Good location, polite staff and a really nice breakfast!

Plenty of room, cheap enough and near airport and metro station.

I am a Spire Elite member but the hotel treated everyone with respect from the GM to the lowest staff member. Had a box of breakfast ready for people on the run before 6 am.

Only thing was check in it took long time to check in

A nice hotel, very close to the airport, can be reached by shuttle from terminal 3. Small rooms and comfortable but small beds. Very nice and functional bathroom. Very nice and well stocked buffet restaurant. Super breakfast. Kind people. All services available

Easy access from airport. Check in process is also uncomplicated. Breakfast is good. Airport shuttles are every thirty minutes.

Rubbish shuttle service. They say its every 15 minutes but have been waiting 45 minutes and no shuttles despite numerous calls

This is soley based on customer service!
I called over the phone to get a copy of my itemized receipt emailed to me. Like I've done at plenty other hotels. I call and this lady answers the phone and she says she cant find my itinerary. So i guess she hung up on me and when i call back. I end up spending a full 3 minutes giving information to a recording of someone pretending to help. Its a loop of a man saying "what is your first name.... what is your last name...ok .. ok ... what is your email id... uhuh .. uhuh.. " then it repeats all over again. So freaking unprofessional. Im making sure my company never sends any of my 103 coworkers thier way again!!!

I needed to cancel a booking for a further date since I had arrived earlier than planned, the hotel had made a pre transaction on my credit card and I asked them to cancel since I had paid by cash at the reception , they way these guys handled my issues was the worst,
First of all the receiptionist(Mohammed) was so rude to me
And later on I couldn t believe they said they had no proof that I had stayed with them the previous day seriously!!!!
It s so unfair charging me for a service that I haven t used and you should check on your customer service too on how you resolve such financial issues other than beating around the bush .

Clean room with airport shuttle. Very convenient for travelling if you have an overnight layover.

Loved it. They've helped me connected thru wifi just to let my Partner came down due to he Checked in first. Then the FOs were accommodating. They smiled. and the room is clean and perfect.. Hopefully, We will be back next month! Thank u!

house keeping knock the door at 9am while I was sleeping. I said later but he knocked again and again to let me get up and ask me stupid question. very very angry!

They reimburse your taxi if you come from terminal 2!
Very good room and the breakfast is packed to go if you leave earlier.
The shuttle for departure is very convenient!

House keeping was really good , brother Asif served us very well , and the service was very excellent , the cleaning was superb. I stayed here for 2 weeks .

Yes, a little expensive, but there are no other cheaper alternatives in the airport area. The room is decent, clean, populated quickly, comfortable beds, tea-coffee-water in the room. From 6 am a good breakfast

This place is ok to stay....not providing any milk power....and all other things are ok....breakfast is not upto standard

The staff is very welcoming and respectful. They are very helpful and actually look after your needs.Rooms are nice and clean

Great location as close to the Emirates Metro station that gives you access to most of the shopping areas in Dubai. Use the metro & get a day ticket as great value. Good room - comfortable beds - good shuttle service to & from airport, beach & shopping malls if you don;t want to use the metro. Buffet breakfast - late check out - bar (lots of smokers). Friendly staff.

Stopped by for breakfast with something staying there. Good variety but was crowded due to an event at the hotel. Not bad otherwise.

I will mention, that I hadn't stayed in the hotel, because it was full:)) but I just wanted to thank the personnel, as our flight was delayed till the morning, and we were trying to find a hotel to stay late at night, and the reseption staff with the security staff helped us in friendly manner for about 2 hours without any comlaint till we found the hotel. I don't remember the names, but thanks a lot once more!

Good for a short term stay ... help yourself no room service no nothing... whixh can be very irritating for busy business travellers... however ... the fact that the airport is minutes away kind of makes up for some of that

Nice hotel near DXB with shuttle service to/from the airport. Rooms were basic and not too fancy but the price is great especially for the convenience. Breakfast is also included, which was a plus. Only thing is the rooms have a weird smell but not too noticeable.

Good hotel for transfer. A free bus runs every 30 minutes to / from the airport. With a hotel taxi for 100 dirharm you can visit the beautiful capital of the UAE.

Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport is an excellent and convenient choice. Very close to the airport with regular shuttle bus to and from terminal 1 and 3 of the airport, as for terminal 2 the shuttle bus leaves once every hour. They also have a shuttle bus to Malls and other places of interest. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, breakfast is included and there is a good choice on the menu. There is a convenience store in the lobby for your essential needs.

Perfect stop over hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a bus form the terminal so easy to get to.

Check in queue can be large, but it is an airport hotel !

The breakfast is good with lots of choices.
