I have been here for some meeting and I liked location of this hotel. This is just opposite Dubai Airport Terminal 3. easily accessible from Metro station. Nearest metro station is "Emirates" on red line.

Restaurant is very good and they offer buffet breakfast and lunch.

Staff is very helpful and friendly

Staff are friendly and courteous and rooms are well priced, clean and comfortable

Nice rooms with free WiFi and complimentary breakfast. Cost effective as well. Lunch and dinner expensive.

Good Hotel for one night. Not far away from the airport, but too far to walk. They have a free shuttle service to all terminals.

Average hotel. Basic facilities. No room service. Good for transit stay but they will not give u shampoo, basic toiletaries or even a pair of slipper. Only bathing gel is available.

Excellent option for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff at the front desk, restaurant, room service etc. It's across the street from terminal 3 at DXB, but takes a while to get to because of construction. Within sight of the terminal but no way to access it by foot.

Quite small hotel with affordable buffet style food at restaurant in main lobby, had dinner for just 65aed was worth it. Good for overnight stays at airports transfers.

A Shuttle available all 30mn 24/7, for free from the airport, a room around 60 breakfast included: the 15 hours transit in Dubai's airport were much more smooth with a night in this hotel, we'll come back for sure!!

Excellent. We stayed for 2.5days in Jan last week. The service was excellent and so was the buffet breakfast. The front desk went above and beyond when i requested to send in for a cake and balloons to surprise my son's birthday. Though it it not their protocol to do such things, they really went out of their way to accommodate parents request My son's day started with a very positive note and we are very THANKFUL to the manager and the whole front desk.

The only sore note is there is this supervisor named Yaseen who arranges for local sight seeing travel arrangements who does not have a desk at the hotel. Be watchful for him and his driver Sunny. They play good cop and bad cop and try to cheat tourists. They are not clear about their protocol while dealing with the tourists. My advise is not to go with him for local sight seeing. Even if you plan to go, do not book in advance for the following day.

Convenient just because it has a low price and is close to the airport with free shuttle every half hour h 24. There is a strong smell of ammonia and detergent in all rooms and lacking of air as the windows are tightly closed and the air conditioning further increases the unpleasant smell.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are not that small. But the service is very slow and breakfast was horrible. We stayed there as a family of three so I had to sleep on the sofa bed and at every move I felt like the bed would close on me. The rooms are not that sound proof. I was able to hear every thing happening in the room next door. The room service was very slow. For breakfast we called 3 times 20 minutes between every call so we waited 1 hour and the never came. As we were about to call them the forth time we heard some noise in the hall way. It appeared that tbe lady giving out the breakfast was walking by and she passed right next to our room with out stopping. We had to call for her to get our (not) edible breakfast. Same thing happened when I need the sofa bed, I called three time and every time they said they will send someone but they never did. I watched an entire movie from beginning to end and they did not come. Dude they need more staff for sure.

Dirty place , insects in toilet, I get a room but this room was already occupied.. I get wrong key cards etc.. never again this hotel

Great Hotel, despite the movement, but the service is exceptional and quick check-in and check-out, very attentive and helpful staff, EXCELLENT breakfast and lunch for many guests arriving or going to board the airport, very good and comfortable accommodations and facilities, best option for those who are in transit through DUBAI, hotel prepared to receive and meet great users movement, EXCEPTIONAL price at this time of year (JUNE), I RECOMMEND

Everything was perfect The hotel was very clean, the food at the restaurant very nice and bountiful. We had everything we wanted.

Great place if you're visiting Dubai as the hotel is very close to the airport. This place is also a fantastic option if you're a resident and just want to spend some quality staycation time away from home.

The breakfast needs improvement.

Another bed with fighting without, even though the booking was made of 2 + 2. Bedding was done on request, but was brought to a covering only a dirty blanket. We had to ask for a blanket to protect the sheeting three times and wait till late at night are dealt with the matter an hour or so.

No second time to this hotel.

Great prices and clean modern rooms. The free full breakfast buffet is great. The lunch and dinner buffet prices are priced right for what is offered. When I was checking out they offered a carry out breakfast. The free shuttle for terminal 1 & 3 runs every half an hour. The free shuttle for terminal 2 is every hour.

Stayed there for 4 nights... no complains like the place a lot everything was to my liking
