The lobby is really nice, and I was very surprised to find an Ethernet cable in the room! I had an awesome time, definitely would come again!

Nice business hotel. But also good for low budget stay for family who wants to spends on other things.
The bar is fabulous. You can spend hours there. But the bar menu isn't that great.

I'm surprised Holiday Inn lend their name to this hotel. Whole place has a tired, worn and down at heel feel. Paper cups in the dining room - says a lot.

Very close to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus pick up and drop offs. You need to call in advance for a shuttle bus if you are arriving via FlyDubai at Terminal 2 .
The price if very convenient. Pay in UAE dirham rather than in US dollars; avoid currency exchange fee.

I arrived in Dubai via Houston Texas. I had a 14 hour layover before my flight to Luanda Angola. Walked over to where the hotel shuttles pick you up and I was picked up within 5 minutes of getting to the waiting location. Check in was painful and quick (5 minutes, I had booked online) Room was very clean and the free wifi was great and fast. I heard not a sound all night at one point I though I was alone on the second floor but I finally heard people walking aroung 2am. I use Holiday Inn Express anywhere I go. If you are looking for a cheap, clean and friendly hotel to go that have all the basics Holiday Inn Express is what you are looking for people. Perfect for long layovers as well.

Stay was ok, service is bad though, you basically have to do everything yourself, no portal.

Clean room, lovely reception from the staff and the breakfast (so much to chose from) My fave the beef sausage and low fat yogurt

Simple hotel, very well located, near the airport and the metro is very easy to reach on foot. Breakfast is very decent. The staff are respectful and polite. The rooms are ok with storage space. Only one negative point, there are many rooms with separate beds.

Nice, clean with big breakfast buffet included and inexpensive rates. Staff is very friendly and organized. If u are staying there to catch some sleep on a long layer, be aware that even though its right across the terminal from the airport, it still takes about a half hour to ge there due to shuttles and no way to walk there. Shuttle is free to and from the airport.

If you have no option to stay in Dubai you can opt for HIE very basic hotel.

Very cheap (8eu) en luxurious breakfast, rooms and beds are good enough and the place is quiet and located next to the airport. shuttle busses departing from the hotel to the airport and back frequently, so no need for taxis!

Very good hotel with proximity to the airport. The rooms are clean and simply furnished. Very positive is that the rooms have soundproof windows. You do not hear anything from the directly adjacent airport and the highway !!! Breakfast is very lush and intercontinental for a 2 star hotel. There is a free airport shuttle. Very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is ideal for a stopover.

No drinking water complements, no wash room shoe, breakfast items are poor, room access card always defected to reopen room locks.

Short distance from the airport, with a convenient shuttle bus serving in and out every 30 minutes. Rooms are large, fresh and comfortable. The breakfast is superb, with international and local food. Wi-fi is free, easy to access and efficient. Staff helpful. The subway station is just 10 minutes walk away.

Worst place ever! Impossible to get to, takes an hour from terminal

Great help and assistance by reservation staff Mr. Ahmer Iqbal , as a few of our friends booked 03 rooms on this hotel to check in on the 08th Aug for a day till their next connecting flight. And just got the information that this hotel is converted only for the "Quarantine due to COVID 19" pandemic.
But your front office reservation staff Mr. Ahmed Iqbal , arranged their stay in "Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah" and also arranged a free shuttle transfer to the hotel.
Keep it up your great hospitality standards!!!

Close to the airport, though! It is not possible to get here on foot, even though it is about 400m to terminal 3. Instead you have to take the taxi or the hotel's own bus. OK hotel but would need some refreshment.

Very good near terminal 1, it has a restaurant and buffet. I recommend it if you do not want to wash a lot by taxi or walking about 150m away from the subway station or if you only carry a suitcase there is a corridor that crosses you directly to the airport.

Excellent service, rooms were clean and a person can feel safe because of great security staff and Let's me tell you that they have many options available for the breakfast and the peaceful decorum are the added petal in it. pocket friendly bar or club is available in order to spare a nice quality time. Shop under this provide everything a person need 24*7.

My check-in was smooth and easy. I wish I could remember the gentleman s name I think it was Terence. He was very personable. This is a great hotel to stay in for a transfer through Dubai. The free shuttle is great and it picks up at Terminals 1 & 3. It can be a little inconsistent at high traffic times, but it will come. If you don t have luggage it s probably quicker to ride to the Emirates metro stop and walk 8 minutes to the hotel during high traffic times. The rooms are small and the bed was hard, but there is a mini fridge and the wifi is good.

Very nice place to stay for a short visit at Dubai,very close to the airport and easy access to metro, with a compliment of breakfast at very affordable price.. Recommend to all!!

Food poisoning from the breakfast (scrambled eggs). Not what you want before a 7 hours flight Staff friendly and room clean and comfortable. Free shuttle bus from the airport and back works well. Don't eat the food and you should be fine.

Cheap and convenient, decent spread for free breakfast. Needs scanning facilities in their Business Centre howeverm

I stayed there before an early flight. The check in was quick, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the shuttle ran every 30 minutes

The hotel is overall all great, just that the staff and service is slow. No one to pick up the phone at restaurant. Other than that it's good.

Bad attention and the rooms leave much to be desired, the towels in poor condition and the frigobar empty, if empty with nothing. I do not recommend it.
