Located near the Dubai airport is very comfortable to rest if it has a long layover between a plane and another. Clean, excellent breakfast.

Rooms OK ..Bad food and nothing around except airport .
Never Stay here .U will be away from everything of Dubai .

I arrived at nine in the morning, and refused to give me a room on the grounds that the rooms are not available, and after two hours I was given the room and the surprise that the hotel is empty, and above all this I wanted the room only ten hours transit ,,,
Procrastination and lies,
I hope the reception staff understand that some travelers have come to this hotel for only limited hours of transit

The hotel is very conveniently located and nice, staff ia very polite and helpful. Room's are clean, spacious with big comfortable beds and off course not to forget food is very testy...

Excellent airport hotel. The room i had was updated, large, and extremely comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were quite clean and I heard no noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms.

No hot water in shower and one of our party ended up in a smoking room when booked non smoking. Airport shuttle find but hotel definitely needs some work or more customer care.

This location is ok for short trips. If you want to stay for longer than there is nothing around like supermarket, restaurants, etc

Excellent, everything, rooms .. hygiene .. staff .. eating .. proximity to the airport and the metro station ,,,

I spent 1 night at this hotel and it was a terrible experience. There was no cold water in my bathroom, the water was so hot that I could not take a shower. I complained to the hotel but they didn't able to fix the problem, they even kept lying that "cold water" come directly from the outside and it was hot outside.

The hotel is spread with bed bugs and the opening of a communication with the Ministry of Health to take appropriate action knowing that the hotel was not surprised and the size of the insect indicates the spread of a long time and I do not recommend visiting the hotel at all

Standard holiday inn...convenient for terminal 3 in Dubai ( Emirates terminal). Free shuttle to and from airport. Good happy hour times too. Not glamorous but clean overall.

I used it in transit from Barcelona to Haneda, but the room I booked with no smoking had a bad tobacco smell and was the worst. Is white taku at the hotel? Was waiting and 80 dirhams were taken to the airport. Dubai price?

I thought it was too expensive. Book by Booking and I ended up paying 20 more for I do not know what rates of All kinds. I would not go back

It's an excellent hotel to stay,I would love to come back again with my family as well.

For a stay between 2 flights in the best way. Clean, comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Shuttle bus goes back and forth between hotel and terminal. Breakfast is good too, wide choice. All in all, next time I would do it again, rumstrereunern better than 11 hours in the airport.

I travel through Dubai regularly for work. My needs are few and expectations low but this hotel meets them solidly. A brief respite and a warm shower during an extended layover in the middle of 2 long flights. It's not fancy but a serviceable place to spend a night. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Free shuttles to and from airport or just a short cab ride away.

The worst, longest and slowest check-in procedure I have ever seen in my business/lesisure travels! However, the soundproof of the room is good, wide parking area in the basement and buffet restaurant for dinner. Continental but not so varying breakfast with fresh products. Five minutes walking from the Emirates metro station, and in front of terminal 3 of the airport.

Good staff. Breakfast is regular nothing unusual. Quite close to airport and they have free shuttle to terminal every half hour which is convenient.

A good stay. Staff was friendly and rooms were good for the price and being close to the airport. If you have a departing flight the airport shuttle can get stuck in traffic so make sure you leave enough time.

A nice hotel next to the airport and the location you can move from in all directions. All services are available and a service center for businessmen and everyone welcomes you.

Terrible experience at this hotel.
I was double charged by the hotel (cash/credit card). Discussed this matter with manager who assured me that I will reimbursed to my c/c by next two days but 5 days passed nothing yet now I have to chase it up.

It is very convenient because there is a 24-hour shuttle bus every 30 minutes. I think this hotel can be recommended for those who use late-night and early morning flights.

Place is close to the airport . Rooms are ok . Staff is great . Bar is open till 2am for them midnight international arrivals. Not a bad place for the price !

They provide a hotel shuttle which was great since I had a 16 hour layover. The hotel room was clean but basic. That's all I expected and wanted. There's a lounge bar downstairs which was nice to kill a little time in. Overall I would highly recommend this if you have a long layover.
