A place to rest your head if you are on a long-haul transit and don't want to sit around the airport.

Decent place to stay if you are on business visit. Very close to airport. Metro is just 10 mins walk.

The staff was very helpful, right to the manager.
Overall it was a wonderful stay along with decent food.

Convenient location if you stay overnight in Dubai. Easy to catch the city train to go anywhere or to catch a early flight. Breakfast was fantastic.

Normally level for a Holiday Inn. Particularly here few kitchen cockroaches at the bar of the ground. Could be pets

Due to the location it is perfect for 1 night but only for 1 night not more.

Had an unscheduled stop here due to flight delays. Nice hotel and handy to station to get into Dubai...as I had to so as to buy a change of shirts.

We have stayed here 2 times and are very good, especially the services and food in the lounge. The staff is very friendly and professional. It took a lot of time to stay twice, the room was nice, clean and the price was good. It is just opposite the airport, so if you are going to fly, it is very convenient. The breakfast variety is very rich.

The hotel is clean. Decent sized rooms.

Good service but all TV channels were in Arabic. I also didn't find any music to listen to. Got bored most part of the night. Other than that I enjoyed the bar. Nice soft music and very relaxing

In the bathroom room the shower gel dispenser did not work, in the room it smelled something, the shower window glass was not well washed.

Give yourself enough time if using hotel shuttle. There's single shuttle driver and its very hard to cover Terminal 1 & 3 in peak times every half an hour. We end up rushing for our flight after waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle service.

Hotel was fully booked and we didn't get the room type we reserved online.

We stayed in Safa Park Holiday inn on inbound transit and that was comparatively better choice if free airport shuttle is not required.

Customer service is just above average. The rooms are okay and the bed are comfortable. Breakfast was okay but more could be done to improve especially in terms of variety.

The best thing about this place is its location nearby Terminal 3.
The breakfast options are mostly continental and English. Rooms are new, however need more cleanliness in the rooms.

Decent hotel with clean rooms. Bar and restaurant a tad expensive. They have an ATM and a little sweet shop with some general goods. Shuttle services run every 30 minutes to the airport. Decent rooms for a decent price overall. Recommend that you book the shuttle or use a taxi to the hotel. Make sure it is a metered taxi as the private taxis are very expensive.

Had a short but pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express located close to the Airport. Even though the website said check-in from 2PM we took the chance and took a taxi to the hotel. They were kind enough to find us a room and check us in immediately. First room was a smoking room but it was exchanged for a non-smoking without issues when requested.
The included breakfast buffet should cover most people's taste and is decent quality.
Room is decent size and has all the things you need. No less, no more.
This is a great place to stay if you have a long layover.

I wish I could give them Zero Stars as they have become Extremely Incompetent and Uncaring towards their Customers - I write this very negative review with a heavy heart. I have been an Elite Ambassador Level Customer for the past 15 years and I have been very satisfied with all IHGs properties. But the management staff here - in particular - Yasir - provide no customers service and are useless. I have a simple request (email me a copy of my hotel bill and receipt) that has not been resolved in ~ 30 days.

Words of Wisdom to HI Express Dubai Airport - Customer service cost your business $0 - but is invaluable

Staff is laid back.
Room furniture is old with stains all over.
Doesnt have indoor luandry options.
Breakfast buffet has very limited options

Convenient if you are doing long transit in Dubai International airport. They provide free shuttles to terminal 1 and 3 every 30 min. But for terminal 2 they require 24 he advanced request... which is not convenient

Front desk are professional and it was a pleasant stay

Comfortable and convenient place for short-term stay. Located close to the airport. The only problem in my room was an unstable wi fi signal.
