Holiday Inn Express, UAE Review

Good hotel for long stopovers in Dubai. Shuttle busses leave every 30 minutes to and from the airport. Big breakfast buffet.

Good sized and clean room. Good breakfast with a wide variety of Western and Arabic products. The hotel has an atm and a little convenience store. The worst part about the hotel is the shuttle service, been waiting an hour for the bus to arrive.

Nice hotel but had a noisy neighbour and due to some unclear reason, had a common door between the rooms. Kept disturbing me a while. Very good buffet breakfast....

Clean and neat place. Just outside of the airport. Good place for transit stay. Breakfast included and there is a lot variety.

We had a reservation, we landed in Dubai airport midnight and went to the hotel, me my wife(swedish) and small one(8 month child).
When we got to the hotel the receptionist told us our reservation was cancelled because of credit card thing, they could have informed us earlier


I am really disappointed with holiday Inn Express

To everyone out their, please be careful with this kind of situation you don't want to experience this

Hotel near Dubai airport. On foot unavailable, although 300m from the airport. The staff first made the bullshit and wanted surcharges for earlier check-in, but then offered an extra breakfast. Rooms nice, clean, quiet.

Checkout experience was worst and poor communication among the team

It's a good stop over for delayed or transferring flights. It comes with a free breakfast and prices are reasonable

Good for the delay of my plane I got this hotel and if the idea is to relax and wait great.

I have been to this hotel about 4x and so far I have yet to have a disappointing experience. When hungry, I even stop down at the bar which has an amazing Jumbo Chicken Wrap. The drinks are good as well, my only wish is that they had a few more options in their alcohol selection. Overall great hotel and my room is always clean.

Great for cheap overnight stay when you have a long connection and want to escape the airport for a break from all the people and I took a smoking room which did not smell. The bus is blue and says holiday express on it and it drives past outside the airport main exit at arrivals (very busy road fuulll of taxis and busses 24/7) so look out for it.

Comfortable, clean room. Excellent room attendant Ernest - very helpful and courteous.

Rooms and food is very good. Junior staff are not quality staff. Manager are friendly.

I was a little apprehensive after seeing all of the negative reviews, but honestly couldn't have been happier. Great room, very good breakfast and a free airport shuttle. Also good value for money.

Just the run of the mill airport hotel. Great proximity to the airport. Shuttle is always on time. Good Wifi. Smoking and non smoking rooms.

Can't speak high enough of my experience here! Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, daily shuttles to popular attractions, and phenomenal breakfast buffet with something for everyone

This place near to the airport, the outstanding about this hotel were staffs, very friendly and helpful. The moments u walk in u feel welcomed and no judgemental look kinda (don't know how to express it but u can feel the vibration). I dropped my purse, they returned it. (Something different about culture here and same with Jordan, they are honestly returning your thing, if it not belong to them....) thank to the hotel security for returning my purse, would love to thank him personally but was in rush to airport.

Oh even the housekeeping greet us. The only suggestion to improve was the food, not lot of choice even its called buffet.

Nice hotel with great location of proximity to the airport, but take care of long check in / out queues especially if you are on a tight schedule

Friendly staff, breakfast and evening buffet too. The rooms, on the other hand ... bad smells, stained and dirty carpets, dilapidated bathrooms. The hotel is well located and there is an airport shuttle every 30 min.

Currently staying here and i must say the service is amazing, the staff are all pleasant and the hotel is very professional in all their operations. It's Ramadhan so we're lucky breakfast is served inclusive of the room charge. The hotel is right next to the airport for those who come in very late and need a quick rest. Bus stops and metros are all within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again

Practical and comfortable hotel very close to Dubai airport. Simple and functional rooms make it ideal for resting on a scale. Comfortable beds and good shower. The hotel has parking. Very friendly staff

The service is unsuccessful and your chances are you are downloading it and the furniture is dirty losing a big name in it and I advise everyone not to lure you his name and its price all what you require something they say we are a two-star hotel we don't have a service

Clean & small size room. But the worst services and stuff

Our stay at your hotel was great , Mr. Manish at the housekeeping was super helpful and took all the time we needed to make our stay better. I would like to thank Mr.Manish for the hospitality and great service during our stay. This hotel is highly recommended for everyone, don t miss the breakfast

Good hotel. Clean and not cosy. Not as many amenities as in other holiday inn like in Istanbul. Location of this is ideal for people who want to live near airport.

Very nice lobby, employees were very helpful. Only complaint was that the hallways and rooms had a strange mildew smell.

Budget hotel which was very loud and crowded. Breakfast selection was very good.

The stafff is very welcoming and respectful. They are very helpful & actually look after your needs.Rooms are nice & clean

This is the most convenient property if you need to use Dubai airport. Very near to all terminals and also offer free shuttle.
The free shuttle is every 30 mins and 24 hours.
The food is just ok but not much options.
The bar is fine. Less rush and quite.
The rooms are good and comfortable.
The property is value for money.

The room and the bathroom are pretty big and the room service is very good.

Hotel is near to Dubai international airport. Staff here are very friendly.

Pleasant place for a short stay. 10-15 mins walk to the nearest Dubai Metro Station (Emirates).
Basic amenities. Free shuttle bus service to and from the airport terminals 1&3.

The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. And they have no smoking signs up. Could not stay. But was very neat and clean. So if you smoke. Then you will like

For a nap before the flight ok. But don't get the idea of having dinner

They waited a long time for the transfer during the Dubai expo, and so the hotel for the solid three with a good breakfast, although formally 2 stars

I stayed there before an early flight. The check in was quick, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the shuttle ran every 30 minutes

IMP NOTE: HOLIDAY INN MUST PROVIDE DRINKING WATER AT LEAST ONE BOTTLE PER PERSON PER DAY . WE WERE 4 ( 2 ADULT, 2 KIDS OF 8 AND 14 YEAR AGE) AND WERE RESTRICTED TO TWO WATER BOTTLES (500ml) ONLY. . I WAS SURPRISED AND ASKED , HOW 4 PERSON CAN MANAGE WITH 1LTR OF WATER IN A SINGLE DAY. Accessible to train station. Maintain the cleanliness of the meeting hall and the toilet.

Excellent location and excellent connection to the airport

We chose to eat at the buffet as the bar was filled with smoke. There was flies all over the food. We took pictures as proof.

Close to the airport with clean and tidy rooms with a good selection for the included breakfast.
