VERY NICE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IN MARBLE FALLS!! WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL ROOM, AND IT WAS SOO COMFORTABLE AND SOO CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS GRRREAT!!

Couldn't cool the room off, bad layout for watching tv from the suite

This is the loudest hotel iv ever have stayed in ...no privacy of any kind called the front desk still didn't help ...even room service is loud an banging an stoping around ....next would be the shower ..very disappointed...no hot water ...just stayed warm the hole time ..... I will never come back here !

First time I've given a HIEx less than 5 stars. Internet was our for the whole first night I was here. Staff was great, though, and the hotel is nice.

Great location. Good rooms and hallways. Staff was very helpful. You can drive down to the river and see some great views and walk along the water.

Clean rooms, but we were short on towels and linens for the fold out couch even though we had reserved for 5 people. The first morning, breakfast started a couple hours late because of some electrical issue. Staff was nothing short of friendly and courteous.

The location is perfect, theres multiple places to eat near-by and the views from the hotel are great. The attendants were very friendly and more than willing to help or answer a question. The rooms are very quiet, you dont hear any of the traffic noises.

Herman at the front desk was extremely helpful. The lid of the toilet had broken off and he had a maintenance guy fix it the next day. Rooms are nice and the water is extremely hot. Lots of restaurants close by.

Good night's sleep in a comfortable room price was good.

Clean room, good breakfast. Traffic noise bad. Loved the shower shampoo, conditioner, and gel. We can read the names on the containers AND there a lesser footprint from all the small containers!!!

It is a decent hotel, but there are some issues. There weren't any linens for the sleeper sofa in the room. The pool wasn't cleaned regularly. The room is decent for the price, but could be improved.

Beautiful spot on a large hill above Marble Falls and the Colorado River. The staff were very friendly and accommodating for any and all our needs. The pool is very kid friendly as it is Olympic size but only stay roughly three feet deep. They have a snack area that has chips, junk food, sodas, etc, plus medicine that you can charge to the room on your card. The breakfast, however, is definitely one of the best aspects, as it is a full complimentary with eggs, bacon, etc. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area.

We really enjoyed our Stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very clean, the customer service was excellent, and we all enjoyed the free breakfast .

My son was married on 20 May 2017 in Marble Falls. He had a block of rooms reserved for guests and the wedding party. We ended up not needing our room because a relative's home in MF became available so we cancelled. Holiday Inn Marble Falls ended up charging my credit card $419 for a room that we never occupied. I've been trying to resolve the issue with the manager who does not return my calls for over 6 weeks now. We had an agreement on 7 July to refund one-half of the room cost (which I hesitantly agreed) and I've yet to see it. My phone calls are not being returned. BAD EXPERIENCE AND I DIDN'T EVENT STAY THERE!!!!

Not a bad place. Located at the highest point in town. Next to the First Baptist Church. Great views. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly.

I recently stayed here for a business conference/training as did about 20 of my coworkers. Each night after our training, we (approximately 10 of us)hung out in the breakfast room to watch the World Series and have a few drinks. One night the manager (Pam) told us that we needed to take the trash out when we were done! We were guests, not employees of the hotel. I spent over $800 to stay at this hotel as did most of my coworkers. I was insulted that an employee much less the manager tell us that. We are not required to stay at this hotel, we chose to stay here. I am a Platinum IHG member and I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Rooms good but breakfast awful. Plastic cutlery, plastic plates, no bacon, rubbery scrambled eggs. Took 2 minutes to download cereal to bowl. A bad experience. Ultra sweet OJ. Avoid if possible

The staff was very nice and the room was cozy. I also really enjoyed the continental breakfast. Lots of choices.

Huge suites that easily accommodated our large family in 2 rooms. Nice hot breakfast that was appealing to all of our kids.

Honestly this hotel me and my boyfriend got at the last minute bc the one we booked was horrible and it was super super amazing it had all the stuff you would need. There was so much room, it was clean. The room was beautiful and in my opinion definitely 100% worth the price

Comfortable beds. The TV has accessible HDMI and component ports which is very nice and unusual. Most hotels DO NOT have this option, and it is very nice if you like to bring your game console or want to connect your devices to the TV in order to stream Netflix or other streaming services. Staff was nice and helpful as well. I have always liked staying at Hilton Gardens Inns, but I will say this one was the only one to have the HDMI ports.

The hotel itself is exactly what you want in an HIE. We had some issues with the evening front desk employee putting a damper on the stay but overall it was totally fine.

First thing I can t stand to find someone s hair in the bed as I turned down the covers second looked like blood had dripped on the carpet third the air conditioning was making noise off and on all night at least it did work!! Location was nice and check in was smooth had a reservation!

Bathroom too dark to see in mirror to put make up on or shower!!! Invest in some lightbulbs. Otherwise, fairly roomy and clean. Desk staff and 'Light bulb Savior' were friendly and helpful.

Staffing is incredible. Everyone starting with check in Chloe was so friendly and helpful. The lady working at breakfast was also very helpful and extremely pleasant. Even the maid was friendly.
The only negative was bathroom lighting.

Rooms are great but after coming back to our hotel, a flat bed 18 wheeler was parked across 9 parking lots along with another truck with a gooseneck trailer taking up another 6 parking lots, when we asked the lady at the front desk about it we were told to go park in the Church parking lot it s first come first serve, glad I wasn t handicapped and needed a place to park b/c they were all taken too! This place needs to have policies in place like most places do for big rigs, not cool at all!
