Went to Bar Nola , jazz club and restaurant, awesome place, well worth the visit

Disgraceful hotel. Barely let me in because I didn t have my physical passport. Then he put me in a room next to the kitchen fan that was buzzing all night. They laughed at me when I complained. Avoid.

It is the second time we stay at this hotel. I prefer it to many others for value, the location in Dubai Marina, free parking, and the downstairs club Nola, great club. The view from the hotel balcony is great on Marina skyscrapers. The service is very good and the staff are friendly.

Worst staff, rude behaviour. In the night 1 am they are calling for the payment. I told them that I will pay in the morning and they said no you need to pay now. How unprofessional these people are? I would not recommend to my friends. Thank you.

Went for iftar at this hotel. I have never experienced such an awful iftar in my life. The variety and amount of meals was poor. The food smelled not well, looked not presentable. The food tasted very bad, so even couldnt swallow it. The only one thing which was okay from the whole restaurant suggested, was pasta, however the size of portion was maybe counted for a kid 2 years old. Cant say about the hotel in general, but the food is very bad. Moreover it was overpriced. Do not waste your time and money for this place.

A quiet place to live and a beautiful view but you need to rent a car for many places

Almost good service.

But crowd wasn't making me comfortable.

A nice hotel. In between two metro stations with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Marina mall is just across the very large road.

It's like a 3star hotel, nothing special, just loved the pool view at night.

Clean rooms, great location with parking. Friendly staff

Check in took long time because the was only one guy behind the disk, hotel very crowded and quality service was poor, location bad and long high way between the hotel and beach, worth no more than 150 AED.

Honest review and fair.
I stayed for one day in weekend at suite room.

Let's talk about the good things first

1.The room size for the price is good.

2.comfortable bed and pillow ofc not like 5 stars hotel but still good and i slept well.

3.Bathroom is in good size and the shower also nice.

4.Bedroom size is good for the price and actually very good.

5.Sitting area also comfortable with the size.

6.The AC was cold and i love it.

7.Clean room.

8. So many restaurants and coffee and also supermarket near u.

Now about the bad things that i noticed it just in one day

1. Parking service only one man and they told u to keep ur car out till someone take it and i was surprised after 15 minutes its still out and eng still working and my key was inside! So yeah that was worst parking service till i come down to complain and waiting for someone collect it ans there is no self service.

2. Check in long queue as few counter just 2.

3. Elevator was 3 but very slow i dont know why.

4. Customer service if u wana call them they will never answer even at 12am i was trying to call no one answer no customer service and housekeeping also.

5. The service if u ask something like water boiling machine as its not available in room even in suite u need to keep calling and if ur lucky its will transfer to the person to his mobile phone and maybe he will answer and u need to wait long to get what u want actually i slept while waiting.

6. Check out u will never get late check out as i was asking for just 1h late but they will lie to u and till u its impossible its fully booked and actually i checked out at 12:45 because i know they r lies i don't know what the big deal for extra hour only.

During our stay we encountered two problems within the hotel.

We had a problem with the laundry, we tried to find a solution with the hotel manager as well as the laundry service and to our surprise, we were outraged the solution was the police yes I said police!

Second thing the elevator, when it was stopped the cabin was raised.

We were disappointed with the way things were done.

Fortunately there were positive valets, room service and decent cleanliness.

PLEASANT STAFF, SYMPATHIC, VERY VERY BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, MAGNIFICENT SEEN ON THE BUILDING FROM THE 20TH FLOOR I LOVED A LOT !!! IT'S DUBAI !!!!!

The rooms are spacious and very clean and the reception is comfortable and welcoming, and the area is very beautiful and contains all the services and suggests relaxation and helps to practice the favorite sports

Breakfast was not enough and pool was too small. But the situation is awesome. Staff were always nice and nice.

We booked the junior suite for 5 nights and when we got to the room we were really disappointed, room was absolutely disgusting it has not been cleaned at all. Found a dirty balcony with a dead cockroach and crumbs of food and dirt tgat has jot been cleaned for days under the glass of the table. In these trying times where corona is everywhere you would think a four star hotel would take extra care to ensure their rooms are clean and customer worthy. We are a family of four and on the description it says the extra large double bed would accommodate four but when we got there the house keeping manager said this bed can only sleep three and we can put an additional bed in the living room, which meant the living space would be reduced to what was an already small living room. The only plus side was the hotel manager who was very understanding and acknowledge this should not have happend and gave us a full refund. We checked out within an hour of arrival

Bad hotel, room cleaning service indecent and embarrassing for a room for 3 adults give 1 towel, 2 single beds and a folding bed with a very hard mattress. Eternal waits for elevators not working most of the time.

After 10pm they won't allow any visitors in your room? Is this a joke? Why would you stay in a place like this?

Regular hotel. Bad breakfast Far from the center. Close (in a straight line,) to the subway station but far to get there.

Armada bluebay 4 * - the room is clean, cleaned on time, kettle, water, tv, iron, everything is there. There is a safe. We took on the basis of breakfast, everything is very tasty. The pool is clean, overlooking the high-rise, not deep 1.5 m. At the reception there are Russian speakers, in general, the hotel is all 4 *. We really liked, no complaints

Great new and clean rooks. Super pool bar with great views and drinks. The best service in JLT by far....

A lot of things to improve

Lifts take forever. No cutlery provided with tea/coffee. No iron/ironing board provided. Room lights hard to figure out and no one offered to show how. Would not stay here again.

1. Breakfast - 1 star. As hotel with 4 stars it must be better. The best what you can get only omlet.
2. Personal - 2 star
We have problem with electric devices. We will asked adapter, men from reception said, ok we will bring you to the room. The same day in the evening we asked when we get it, guess what answer we got "maybe tomorrow, maybe after tomorrow ".

This is the worst experience I ever have in my life and I don t think I will face worse than this experience
They don t know what does mean the customer service. You cannot imagine how rude is the front office it feels that they pays you money to stay at their hotel. I have six days reservation but I cannot stay till the end even my booking was unrefundable I had moved to different hotel. I came to Dubai to enjoy my vacation so I don t want to disturb my relaxation trip

The price has no relation to the quality. Toilets don't work fine, no hot water, no shower gel, hygiene is very low, waiting for elevators you can literally see your nails growing.

good but very far from being a 4 star hotel in dubai and on that street. The cleanliness is not good at all there.

The hotel is nice, very loud. Very good room with excellent bathroom. The breakfast is good, complete, but with little variety of fruits. The beds are very good, the pillows too. There is a small super 50 meters from the exit of the hotel.

They give me a different room the shower wasn't work well no free shuttle not easy access to the metro station

We had a lovely stay here! Nice restaurants too. Just make sure that you make a reservation for the Indian restaurant if you want to eat there.

The hotel is located close to the Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and GPR and near the new gaming city of Lego and others

Huge room, good location, metro nearby and plenty of nice clubs around.

The hotel is luxurious and reasonably priced and is close to the Metro, GPR and Dubai Mall

The hotel is good in general and the rooms are clean and the staff are very friebdly. The negative points are that the elevators are always busy and you have to wait specially at night. The other point that they have shortage of staff which also cause a delay.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever booked. I saw the room, immediately walked downstairs and requested a refund. The room had 3 broken cabinets, water leakage on the walls, dirt everywhere. The pictures of this hotel do not reflect the actual hotel. Two other people were downstairs complaining. The hotel refused to refund the money. I left and stayed at another hotel down the street. Dubai has so many reasonably priced beautiful hotels, STAY AWAY from this disgusting place.

Breakfast is not Really recommandable, room are small and needs cleaning. Pool area is definitely filthy and not worth a visit. Balcony is kind of a joke and not worth the price. Gym is fair. All in all...overpriced and 2 small stars.

The room was nice, every day cleaning well, the beakfast buffet was nice, and I love the pool.
Also the memberships was very kindly whit us.

We took a suite on December 1st which was fabulous and clean and overlooking the fountain close to the Mall of Dubai too and its price was very good the only drawback was the breakfast buffet was not good. Nearby is a supermarket that can shop for it.

The view is amazing. For those who like taking pics and covering moments,it's a perfect place..Very accessible. The Hotel offers a variety of services to customers. Great customer service and room services. Great variety of Meals in restaurant.
