I state that I often travel to Dubai for work, but...

I state that I often travel to Dubai for work, but I have never had a similar hotel! Dirty rooms, with no service, I had to ask the receptionist to give me the vacuum cleaner in my room, without hot water, unkind staff, not to mention the breakfast I made the first day and then I refused and went out for to do it.
I am sorry to give a negative opinion but I have not seen any interest from the staff to improve the disservices, in fact I have seen a lot of indifference.
