the hospitality of the staff was very disappointing, although I had booked and paid breakfast for the entire stay, the hostess at the restaurant declined that my name was on the list even without checking it, on insisting I checked the list myself and pointed out to my name for which she just sighed and said a cold "come", when asked for a glass of water, the waitress took 30 minutes and another reminder through another staff to only arrive with a glass water saying, I had asked my friend to get to you water but she forgot! And there were hardly 7 - 10 guests at the restaurant at 6.30 am!!. moreover I was seeing the waitress serving water and beverages to our guests. Being a Dubai resident and having travelled to cities like London, Istanbul, Singapore had stayed at Hilton hotels there.. the service at this hotel was hugely disappointing! The staff need to be reminded that they are in the service industry and all guests should be treated the same despite their ethnicity!

Nice hotel, great beds, fantastic pool and fitness amenities.

Daily morning breakfast buffet . Clean too, staff were polite.

We stayed there August 8-11. The hotel is going through major remodeling although the room rates are the same. With the exception of 2 employees the management has the manners of untrained pit bulls. The restaurant was open for breakfast only. They kept asking you to order from room service which has a limited menu and seriously overpriced. I went to the make shift bar at 5 pm to get a bottle of wine they asked me to go to my room and get it through room service. I think this place has new owners and have totally lost any sense of hospitality. I have stayed here before and it was ok never want to see these people again. Plenary of choices in the area.

Arrived late at night and staff were not very personable when checking in. After getting to my room, I tried to call the front desk, but it took 3 attemps before reaching anyone; again greeted by a not so pleasant person. Room was ok, nothing extra. To get Wi-Fi, there would be an extra charge, which is just a rip off. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone over another hotel , that's for sure.

Front desk woman was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. Clean and comfortable rooms.... I have been to many Hilton s on business trips and this was one of the best.

Great for DAY USE !, good service, good shuttle and traditional Hilton efficiency

I was on a connection between the USA and Ecuador and the Hilton Toronto Airport fully met my demands for DAY USE. As a loyal Honor Diamond customer I received an upgrade to a comfortable suite; the hotel follows the chain's standards: great bed and bath, efficient check-in / out, super-fast because all the information is in the customer's profile, there is no waste of time with bureaucracy or filling out papers or formalities, the service shuttle in both directions is efficient, on arrival in YYZ, I called the hotel and in 10 minutes the courtesy shuttle arrived at my meeting.

There was virtually no parking for the hundreds of participants. I was here for a work function. I parked about on a side street which was around a 15 minute walk to the back doors. Otherwise, food and fruits were great. Staff were kind. Conference room and hallway is clean!

Room clean and spacious. Front desk helpful. free shuttle amazing. Unfortunately I am allergic to lavender and so couldnt use their soaps and shampoos. Extremely important since our suitcases were lost on Air Canada so we had none of our own toiletries.

The rooms were as expected with a Hilton! The parking is a little confusing, but the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room and facilities were very clean and in great condition.

We had a conference here, and not only were the facilities good, the food was excellent. Only minor complaint would be the very long line for checkin and the awkward parking. Rooms were comfortable and quiet; friendly and professional service.

This HOTEL has Exceptional Management and Staff in Airport Close proximity. The Free airport shuttle takes you to the airport, hassle free
I have stayed here several times, and love the location, and quality. Last visit my airport facing room gave a Great view of planes taking off into the Beautiful Canadian sky. This location has a HUGE Gym, with racquetball and basketball courts. I was there during a folk music festival and talented performers were playing in the lobby. This location is within walking distance of several QUALITY restaurants including the Amazing Ruths Chris Steakhouse. The staff was helpful in letting me check my bags for the afternoon, since I had a evening flight, which allowed to take an Uber to adjacent Lovely Woodbine Racetrack. I will always stay some nights at this hotel Everytime I visit Toronto!

Nice hotel but room wasn't as clean as it should be

Very friendly staff. Suitable location for an overnight stay after a cancelled flight. Wifi in your room is extra but you can access complimentary wifi in the lobby. Very nice pool and fitness facilities.

I went for a conference so I was only able to see the meeting rooms and lobby of the hotel. The meeting rooms were well attended by the hotel staff. The staff was very polite and attentive. The food served to us at lunch was delicious! Lots of parking and location was perfect, very accessible from highway. All in all, I would definitely attend more functions at this hotel.

Getting in at 1am, I needed nothing more than a bed and room service. The bed and room were fine, like any other hotel that is fine. The room service was one of the worst I ve seen. Options were a vegetarian sandwich, or a cold, slimy chicken avocado wrap that had been prepped and Saran wrapped the day before. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked a couple days prior. No hot food available. Two of these disgusting wraps, with two small bags of chips came to $53. I should have ordered pizza, or chosen a hotel that can manage a basic room service menu.

Staff was monotone, unfriendly. Room configuration booked was not available. Would not return.

Staff is very friendly, but the hotel not the best. Toillet leaking, they changed my room, I paid for premium internet, it never worked in both rooms (refund).

I'm platinum member with another hotel and wanted to try another hotel chaine, but I might never go there again

This place is shabby, threadbare and my room even had a big snot loogie spat on the wall. Never again. Their customer service is a joke, and heaven forbid you need a refund.

Helpful service as soon as I walked in. Clear direction to the room of the event. Did not stay overnight so cannot comment on the rooms. Neat camera to track licence plate. Touchpad to input license plate was not sensitive enough. Keyboard wasn't qwerty style

Just the name and convenience being close to the Airport. It's nowhere near what Hilton should be. Don't expect much.

worst possible customer service ever! this is the second time i have had issues with Hilton and never again I booked a room for tonight 2 hours ago and I booked the wrong hotel and they still want to charge me $155 dollars absolutely terrible! I didn't even stay there yet and wait til I get in there.

Air conditioning unit was filthy and noisy. They offered to pay breakfast. Wow. Big spenders!!!!

Was there for a conference. Great location and food.

Generally very good especially for the deal we got. Convenient shuttle service connecting the airport. The only complaint is that in our room the toilet is leaking and the air-conditioning is really loud. We stayed in a suite and these two problems seems quite off the standard.

I only stayed 1 night for nye and it was great. Room was night clear and the view was great.

Terrible customer service. Had my room booked 9 months in advance. Came in at 3pm to get checked in and our room wasn't ready. An hour later I go check on our room and still wasn't ready. The man at the front desk said he'll come get us when it's ready. 430pm comes around and still nothing. So I go up and ask him how much longer and he said it's ready. Very displeased with the service because he didn't care to make our stay any better. We were very excited for our stay here but turned out to be very disappointed.

The only thing is pool and sauna were under construction

The services in this Hotel (Hilton Hotel Toronto Airport) are excellent and unique, all hotel staff especially Agnes, Vicki, James, Luke, James, Badu, Edward, Rhea, Dawn, Jeff, Carlos, Mario and others made our holiday in Toronto more pleasant. I totally forgot all the bad experiences that I and my two young children went through on arrival at Toronto Airport, by some Canadian immigration officers. Absolutely horrible customer service not to mention their absolutely OUTDATED rooms that is more so like a motel. Not to mention the manager has ZERO customer service skills. The employees at front desk have horrible attitudes. Would never stay there again. Please do not waste your money here. They claim they are a 4star its actually a 3 star.

Great hotel all around. Nice people, bit of a pain to get downtown though.

Good hotel very near the airport. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Curtains block out the sunlight very well for those who need to sleep in or sleep early.

I was in the halls and it was very spacious. The downside was that the wall dividers were not noise insulating enough between the smaller halls.

Nice hotel u can walk to this hotel from terminal. There is a shuttle bus every 30 mins .if u have big bags. There are 4 or 5 eateries nearby. .good for aviation enthusiasts.

This is where you need to stay before you fly, they are very helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you stay is perfect.

Im pretty damn sure this room is haunted..im in room 622, i keep getting woke up by whispers, i woke up three times to the sounds of people in my room. I felt the bed next to me press down. I know for a fact i shut the curtains, woke up at 1 am to have them pulled aside....now i cant sleep..i even heard a freaking ghost fly buzzing in my ear haha.. I always thought i wanted to see a ghost..um.. Not when i gotta work in the morning!!!

I had a happy birthday there on August,thanks to the counter person-Luke, he reserved a very nice room for me, and his attitude was very friendly. Because of his good service attitude, I decided to choose this hotel. I hope to reward such employees more. The attitude of the counter is too important. Directly decide whether I want to stay or not.Thank you Luke again!

Came here for an eSports event. Very nice venue although the food was a bit overpriced for lackluster taste

Snobby staff, paper thin walls...i could hear the people watching tv across the hall and 2 doors down...there is nothing around this hotel that you can walk to and the in house restaurant is over priced and sub par

Comfortable bed, good staff, easy to get to from airport

Always a decent stay at the Hilton Airport. As usual, the room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, my room's heating unit was extremely loud, and probably in need of some maintenance. The hotel restaurant also continues to be extremely overpriced. Save your money and plan on eating elsewhere.

Expensive (parking extra ~$30 for airport hotel?), parking lot + scaffolding view, staff rude and unhelpful.

Stayed for one night for a professional event held in the hotel. Excellent customer service, spacious and comfortable rooms, smooth check in and check out.

Nice reception, rooms are pretty nice but cold floors, can hear air through window cracks excellent morning buffet, parking a little slow to get out.Excellent pool with full gym.

Was not impressed with this Hilton! Found the front desk peop5 not very friendly! Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable! Did not eat there so can not give an opinion! The basketball court had water dripping on the floor and the stairs to the pool were needing some TLC. The shuttle was 20 minutes late and we were jammed in! Was very disappointed in this Hilton!!

The lady on the phone was rude when she couldn't find my reservation, but the front counter man was very nice and accomadating to the situation I was in. I checked in super late due to my delayed flight and he allowed me to check out an hour later. Thank you for your kindness, I really appreciated it.
