It's not bad rooms are nice restaurant food is above average.
There are a few restaurants in the area you can walk to if it's nice out Google maps will help you with that.
If it's cold weather you might want to consider staying for eats at the hotel if you don't have a ride.
Remortgage your house before having a beer anywhere in Toronto unless you re fortunate enough to be on an expense account.
Since there are a few Hilton hotels in the area make sure you confirm what it will say on the side of the hotel shuttle.
Shuttle leaves the hotel every 20 minutes starting on the hour and will take roughly 10 minutes of travel time afternoons can take 5-10 minutes longer.
This is a good hotel when you re connecting to a next day flight.

Oh wow where should I start....let me tell you the full story and you can be the judge....
My client reserved this banquet hall for 2 years on new years eve(2014-2015, 2015-2016) with 400-450 people full dinner and more..... they called yearly this year to reserve the 3rd year which is the current one..... after booking it and making plans and more.... a person by name Amira (manager) gave the banquet to other people (some cash under tabel involved)....

Having said that I would like to warn everyone to book some other place just in case if they change their minds (with cash involved) and give it to someone else who is more loyal that keep their word.....

I wish If there is less than 1 star I would give them may be in the negative.

Regards,
FN

My "fridge " in my room, if you can call it a fridge, did not work. Though reception offered to replace it that was only if another fridge was available....it wasn't. Then my room was cool once second, then hot. Though we were in and out it was not at a comfortable temperature when we were there!

Pretty bad. Wi-fi was not free and was extremely slow. Called the front desk to get help at 9pm and it rang for like 2 minutes before I just gave up. (Oh and the hotel hold music is some kind of muslim religious chant! What the heck is that about?) I would avoid this one unless you're desperate.

Overall, strong customer service, convenient location, and clean rooms. The hotel staff even send follow-up text messages (with your approval) to ensure that they are meeting your standards. One note: Be aware that parking is not free.

I wasn't informed that they were doing complete renovations so it was definitely a let down when I walked in.

The room was nice but I had a terrible sleep because it was very noisy in the halls, other doors slamming, and I was on the 1st floor.

All in all, it is a nice hotel but you never want to be underwhelmed and not made aware of renovations. I'd rather know about it ahead of time, hopefully receive a discount because of the renovations, and be overwhelmed with great service for trying to make up for the renovations.

Good.

I m staying here for a weekend conference. That said, long term/event parking was located at the rear of this modern hotel.

Check-in was quite efficient given Friday afternoon arrival of many attendees at the same time. Staff service was courteous. I was given a little gift for being a Hilton Honors reward member.

My South Tower room was very nice and fitted with ultra-modern furniture and a king-size bed! The high outside view of mostly parked cars was okay. It was a quiet floor; no unruly hallway behaviour!

Our whole conference held meetings in the huge Mississauga Ballroom B and two smaller meeting rooms (Dixie, Dundas). Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All meals were delicious and beverages refreshing.

A solid five star weekend!

We arrived from a long overnight flight at 11 pm and were told that hotel is overbooked and they can not provide us a room that was booked 3 months in advance and prepaid. Staff was not accomodating or apologetic. We left after waiting 30 minutes for hotel to provide a solution and drove to alternative accomodation that we found us self. Stay away from this hotel!

I went to the Toronto Airport Hilton for a dance competition. The location was convenient, very close to the exit from the 427 highway. Inside was modern and stylish. The stage was large, unlike the small, rickety stages so often found at hotels that don't have permanent stages. The hotel restaurant had friendly service and cheerfully accommodated our group of 19 girls and parents. The prices at the restaurant were high, like at all hotel restaurants. A 10 " pizza was $22, a starter salad was $10-12, a burger with side salad or side of fries was $18. I did not see the rooms, so can't comment on those.

New renovations are not bad, more partitions needed to cover work areas. Complimentary WiFi is actually paid even though they state it is free/had to register for Hilton honors AGAIN, WiFi Promotion Code is Pride2019. Bar service slow and seemingly judgemental.

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights. The service was good. When we checked in they gave us a little bag of chips and water bottles which I thought was really cute. The pool and change room areas were really nice. There was a sauna inside the changer oom too

It would have been more practical to have an outlet near the mirror outside the bathroom so two people could get ready at one time.
Otherwise, typical Airport Hotel.
Not bad.
Breakfast not included and a little pricey.

Room was comfortable but NOT the room we booked and paid for weeks in advance. Despite my sending a message in advance to alert the hotel that we would be flying in at 11pm and not checking in until after midnight, the hotel had given our More

Location was convient for event attending. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Pool is seasonal, this wasn't clear on websitex so that was disappointing. Staff were friendly, easy to check in. Would not go out of my way to attend this hotel, but its perfect if your event is there or you are flying

Great place to stay. Half coat basketball, pool, racquetball, gym, patio. Lots to do for the whole family. Staff was super friendly, super nice, and super helpful. I've stayed in many Toronto hotels, and this was by far the best experience I've had at one of them, thank you.
