My wife and I stayed here for a job interview that was being hosted here. Not only was the staff friendly and accommodating, the room for both the guests and meetings was modern and well kept.

This place checked all the boxes for me. I was there on short notice ce and on only for one night. Just like all of Canada, this was a very welcoming place. Nothing bad to say about this place. Go there.

Great helpful staff that always try to meet your needs. 5 minutes away from the airport, the hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The text messaging system connects you to staff in real time as opposed to a bot. The rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. You can't even hear the planes next door at the airport.

Could hear noise from the hallway when guests propped their doors open. Nice rooms/ bathrooms, clean, comfortable bed, nice view of the airplanes. Parking around back was a little awkward because there weren't many temporary spots available for checking in and unloading

From the app on my phone, to the staff at front desk was professional as hell! I've never been treated like the way I was by staff, they were very polite, helpful, it was a very nice change. I will definitely stay there again hands down a wonderful place to stay!

My room was next to the stairway and was a bit noisy. My view was towards the parking lot but I m not there to look out the window. There was a humming coming from somewhere as if a generator was running, kept me up all night. I could have said something but what could they do? Overall, the staff was amazing, the room was always clean and as far as a hotel goes, especially one near an airport, it s a good choice.

We stayed at Hilton on the 6th August 2016. it was a great experience. rooms were very clean. More than anything i must mention Mr. MacDaniel Philips. he was very kind, pleasant and very helpful. He even helped us find directions to our next location. we are looking forward for our next stay at Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel Thanks to Mr, Philips.

After eight hours of driving we arrived to check-in at what we expected to be an excellent hotel since my mother-in- law works for this company but it was really disappointed to see how unprofessional and rude was the front desk Mr. Clark. One of our rooms did not have air conditioner we contact the front desk but no one was available at the time. To put the cherry on top the manager that was on site today was really rude and unprofessional when we approach her about the discount for the food. I hope that other guest don t have to experience the complains listed above. The housekeeping and Bliss Restaurant staff were amazing, thank you!

Can I say that I was impressed hands down? The suite that was given to the bride was breathtaking. I wouldn't have minded spending the night lol However, because I was part of a wedding party, I didn't have to pay for parking as I was there for only 3 hours. But I must say that the price of parking is ridiculous, especially if you don't plan to stay a while. And also, for the price of my breakfast, I was quite disappointed. I'm a person who loves food.

Rooms are on the smaller side and outdated but will get the job done. The best part is the bar and eating area In the lobby. Definitely a 24 hour place. Rooms are quiet. It s only a 3 star because the comparisons of the room and amenities to other Hiltons. The 24 hour shuttle is a great connivence. The bus driver is very motivated and entertaining , leaning towards the annoying side if you ask me. Very loud and won t stop talking on the short trip to airport. I recommend this place for an overnight stay due to layover or missed flight.
Front desk has great service.

Good airport hotel in Canada. Most people happy and willing to assist. Busy but laid out well and doesn't feel crowded. On-site restaurant not the best with all the great cuisine offered throughout Toronto

We received a complementary upgrade from a king room to a king corner suite in the South tower. We were quite pleased with the room! The seating area was comfortable, the soundproofing helped us forget we were looking at the airport and the shower was spacious. The sitting area is open to the bedroom, so if one of you likes to stay up with the lights or TV on, that might be an issue. There was a little bit of wear on the carpet but otherwise the room was modern and clean.

The beds are great, hotel overall is decent, but the restaurant sucks. The bartenders are never behind the bar, the music is awful, and the lobby speakers make me cringe every time I enter the doors.

Oh, and the bathroom doors open inwards, so you can't even take a shower or go to the bathroom without awkwardly climbing around the door so you can get into it.

Parking overnight is $25 even for guests, the rooms are dirty, lots of mold in the grout, mold in the sink cracks, rust and mold on the ceilings, room smelled like cigarettes for some reason, on the plus side, electric plugs are everywhere, and distance to airport is about a 2min drive.

Corner suite, very nice layout and great bed BUT the fabric sitting areas (couches) are filthy and the carpet marked with old strains. It's a good transit hotel for YYZ solid 2.5* and as long as there's no sunlight into the room it looks good. I'll probably look for another hotel next time. It's time for Canadian hotels to go to hard surface floors like much of rest of the civilized world.

Easy to locate, room was clean but overpriced for a basic room. Check in staff was kinda standoffish. Arguing with a guest during check out because of a language barrier. Cleaning staff was super friendly no issues what so ever. Wait times for the elevator was long to many guests all trying to use it all at once.

Large hotel lobby, perfect for checking in large groups of people. Restaurant and bar on site, great menu selection. You can get room service from that restaurant as well. Loved the suite, well decorated, lots of space. Great shower, comfortable bed and pillows. Bar fridge with a coffee maker. Close to airport, hotel has a free airport shuttle. Well definitely choose this hotel again.

Stayed two nights for an anime convention, great service! The front desk was very helpful, the only downside is that this hotel is a little farther away from the convention center. This was solved with a yellow school bus shuttle bus, going between the locations. Overall, fantastic stay.

Honestly we were promised a free breakfast with our stay and next morning told to pay for it kinda disappointing cause we made sure to ask twice as we were coming home from Cuba late staying 1 night and wanted a good breakfast before our next flight the following day. The beds were nice but my shower had no pressure and the tub was kinda small for my hips and length. They had no tampons or pads till 8am which sucked cause I needed them at 5am and my morning tea cost 5$

Once again a low rateing for hotels that do not inform their guests prior to booking that they are undergoing complete renovations. No bar..bingo hall atmosphere for temp restaurant bright lighting..no table cloths.
But prices are same as if it was all renovated..such a total ripoff...walk down to Ruth Chris everyone..or stay at holiday inn.

Presently in renovations (06/19). But even when up and running, I recommend staying elsewhere unless you MUST stay by the airport and only want to shower and sleep. Anything else, go elsewhere.

Did this hotel on both trips to Toronto. Nice pool, basketball court exc. And the shuttle service to the airport is the quick and convenient. Also you can hop on the shuttle go to the airport and take the UP train downtown.

This is the second time I ve stayed here in two years. The hotel is old and redecorating hasn t disguised that fact. I m pretty sure the room I had last year was one where smoking was permitted years ago and the smell still lingers. Electrical outlets in the guest rooms are loose (my hair dryer cord kept falling out while I dried my hair in one room and the entire outlet wobbled in the other guest room), outlet and light switch plates are yellowed with age, guest rooms have no light switches on walls except in bathroom (and it s hard to find your way to a lamp to turn it on if it s dark!), the thermostats in the rooms don t actually change the temperature much (and hotel services confirmed that it wasn t just a mechanical issue). Many areas in the hotel constantly smell like engine exhaust (for example the basement conference area and the second-level conference rooms). The conference area carpets leave obvious lint on every bag and on the pant legs and socks of our conference participants. I wouldn t choose to stay here again.

Most friendly front desk staff I have ever encountered in a hotel so great impression off the bat. We were offered an upgrade for a great price and ended up in the penthouse suite for our last night in town after an exhausting week of travelling. Room was beautiful spacious and clean. A great finish to our holiday!!! Only thing I could suggest is ROBES!!!!

The staff are nice, friendly, and helpful. Any issues and questions that I had were quickly addressed. The staff are knowledgeable. The hotel was sold out for the evening and they made me still feel like an individual and not another number.

Place was fine for an overnight stay on a layover and was pretty convenient to the airport. However, we were given a disability access room with no bathroom door or shower legde. It would have been nice to have an option to have a regular room or to be informed about the room at the front desk.

My stay was absolutely great. Parking was great since it was close to the back entrance. Our room was beautiful, clean and big. The beds were amazing, me and my wife slept like a baby. This was the first place I stayed where I didn't have to use the room temperature control, we left it off our entire stay. Entering the room for the first time the room was the right temperature for us which was interesting because that night we stayed it was -18 C and the room had a big window with nice view. I can't comment on the service as our friends checked in for us since we were running late but checkout was super easy. There is nothing I can complain about with this location, well done Hilton. Thank you for making our stay great.

Better than average experience for hotel while traveling for business. The facility shows a little age but staff is better than good, rooms are comfortable and well appointed and clean.
Food was excellent at restaurant and bar!
Worth keeping in target list to revisit when in town for work.

This is unfortunate to share because the bartender was a nice guy but I feel he dropped the ball BIG TIME!
I came in for a quick overnight trip and grabbed a burger and beer in the restaurant at the lounge in the lobby. The bartender spilt a 20oz beer on me when delivering the ketchup and mustard to the table. This beer soaked me all the way down my pants, jacket, wallet and unfortunatly all over my luggedge. He was very apologetic but non the less my bag smells like a steam whistle brewery. Now I'll have to get majority of my clothes washed when I arrive on my vacation. I was actually just disappointed to see that not only did he charge me for the beer he spilt ALL over me but he didn't comp any part of the bill. I still gave 10% tip because he is in the service industry and it's not an easy job but I have to say I'm extremely disappointed in the overall result.
Roy you were a nice guy but damn, if you cover a guy in a beer at least don't charge him for it let alone not give him some sort of comp.... most people would have FLIPPED.
Sorry but this was a bad experience and I'm a bit upset of the overall experience.
-2 stars

Close to Pearson airport. Shuttle took only 5 minutes to get there from terminal 3. Going back is a it longer because it also goes via other Hilton hotel in the area. Nice restaurant with good quality food and service.

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable king bed. Sound from the hallway is rather clearly audible in the room, which is not so nice at night. Friendly helpful staff.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Once I propped the ironing board again the curtain it was dark enough to sleep. The annoying part was getting there. I was waiting at the pickup spot in the airport and the shuttle bus drove past without slowing down. I called the hotel, they sent the bus back. It drove past without slowing down again. I called again. We got to the hotel.

Advertised with free wifi, free parking, etc. Wifi was not free unless you gave a form of info to become a hilton member and parking was $25 per day per car.

Lobby was clean, beds were comfy although our room had a... white splash on the wall.
