Stopped in for a drink k and a snack while waiting to pickup someone from a flight. Bar tender was great but no happy hour snack foods.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Toronto Airport. It was convenient, smooth and pleasant experience. From the reservation to online checkin and room choice to nice shuttle and digital key access it was a breeze. In the hotel the lobby and common grounds were welcoming, contemporary and well maintained. The room was very cozy, fresh and facilitating of rest needed for the upcoming travel. Overall, Hilton exceeded my expectations.
It fits the Hilton expectation that I have. Very decent hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Airport view from the South Tower is definitely a bonus for me!
Second time at this venue, by the same host. Great space, and great service. Catered food was tasty as well
Room was a bit dated but was still nice, roomy and well priced.
Nice room renovations but seriously the lack of usb ports and av ports is quite astounding. Also the bathtubs look like they got missed out in the renovations and make the rest of the otherwise very nice modern room look dated.
Close location to airport with shuttle every 20 minute that depart to the airport. Big rooms with big beds and great layout of room. Service was great and fast.
It is convenient because it is very close to the airport, but I think that sheraton or alt hotel is more directly connected to the airport when it is pursuing proximity. As it is quite far from the downtown area of Toronto, I think it is better to use it the day before the flight rather than for sightseeing. And there are no souvenirs in the neighborhood. There are big souvenirs in the airport after leaving Japan, so I think that will be the last chance.
Nice place, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Airport close.
Good Hotel, large and clean rooms and beds, coffee machine on the room, friendly staff and good airport shuttle. I stayed 3 days and visited toronto, its easy to get there, just take the airport shuttle and then the UP express to union station. Would come here again. Small minus: The toilet was rocking a bit.
Very clean reasonable rates you can have dinner and drinks lots of board rooms to hold meetings
Close to the airport, get on the shuttle bus in no time
The room in the south wing needed to be turned on and off individually, and I was confused after entering the room (^ _ ^;)
Simply the worst airport hotel experience ever. I wish I could rate it zero stars. The whole point of an airport hotel is getting back to your hotel as quickly as possible to get some sleep. The first shuttle bus took 40 minutes to arrive at the airport to pick us up. Then the bus proceeded to break down before we could even leave the terminal. They called another bus to get us, which still hadn't arrived 20 min after calling for a replacement bus. Finally a Holiday Inn bus felt sorry for us and drove us to the Hilton.
The front lobby is gorgeous and neat. Rooms are smaller than expected yet very neatly designed. Would be nice if they had firmer pillows. Customer service was good and knowledgeable. It would be great if there were free wifi in the room. Overall, it was great for a one night stay.
Location close to airport
Room was convenient
We had very a short stay for an early flight, but they were quick check-in, nice bar and a clean, comfortable room.
Executive suites have amazing views and the breakfast is not bad. Cleanliness can be improved though.
Staff weren't overly helpful was my biggest complaint but were courteous. Room was what you'd expect, appeared clean and maintained.
Parking is a pain and there is no drinking water in room. Even if it cost something it would have been better than having to go looking for it.
I enjoyed my stay there but the wifi sucked. I couldn't get it to work.
It was a standard Hilton. Quality of the room wasn't great, though. Our sliding bathroom door was jammed and wouldn't budge. Mentioned it to the staff and got "eh, sorry about that".
Too noisy, quality does not follow price, needs some renovations. Staff is very good, and rooms are clean
Rooms are beautiful. Not far from the airport. Breakfast is refined
Really good bar lots tv like sports bar food excellent 101
BEST service
SK
It was a great experience. Also meet the pipefitters doing the new section there. They really knew their stuff. If you need a pipefitter go with JAD fire protection
My room and stay was just ok. I can't bother to type of all my issues but one of the main ones was no lighting in the room. The ceiling had no lights at all! If you walk into the room and its dark you need to turn on both bedside lamps one at a time, and then another lamp by a chair....that's all there was in the bedroom. The door in the bathroom opens into the small bathroom and so it's very hard to maneuver when inside. Can't imagine a fat or overweight person trying to get around in there and not hurt themselves. Had my room cleaned only once and I had eaten some Cheerios cereal the day before and I knew a few of them fell to the floor. After cleaning they were still on the floor. So guess they only made the bed and cleaned up the bathroom? Very odd to not notice the cereal on the carpet if they had actually vacuumed. Also one night I had four friends (staying in other rooms) in my room watching tennis and a manager came to say we were making noise and cheering loudly...at 9 30 at night. He suggested everyone go watch tennis in their own rooms..... We are all 38+.... And there is no lounge in the hotel or bar area even to do a social gathering. I found him very rude and he spoke too close to my face with bad breath. Also should be noted that we had about 80 rooms in the hotel. No breakfast of any kind was included. I've stayed at many hotels and always there is breakfast even if minimal. I won't stay here again but I would highly recommend Embassy suites by Hilton across the road instead. Also they don't give free parking to guests, even when you're there for a whole week....? While there is much noise and renovation going on....? Positives were the airport shuttle, gym and pool area only. Also, No place to eat very close by walk.
Great breakfast and device from all staff was fantastic. Received free room upgrade from being a valued customer. Will definitely be returning.
Worst Hotel ever. Brand new TV was falling off the wall. No free Wifi and no free breakfast but room was 135 a night. I would rather have stayed at a crack house than this hotel. At least it would be entertaining and maybe I could bum some free WIFI off a crackhead.
First stay. Was really impressed with the room and the service was top shelf.
Very warm hospitality by McDaniel, courteous and acknowledging staff, great rooms. Highly recommend this property.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel.
Pros:
- the staff in the restaurant were excellent, especially the ladies working the breakfast and lunch shift. So friendly and kind and cheerful.
- the fitness facility downstairs is incredible. Check out my attached photos, there's a basketball court, a squash court, a very nice pool, and a huge and modern gym.
- the food is decent
- rooms were clean, though a bit dated
Cons:
- I had some experiences with the front desk staff where they were indifferent to some concerns of mine which I shared
- hallways between the rooms are dark and old
- water pressure is awful
- I was a diamond club member and did not receive any free water. Really curious for a hotel chain of this size
- valet parking is really hit and miss, I waited for a while and nobody came out. Went around back to self park and it was full. Waited for 30 min for someone to come out and leave and I took their spot
- some wear and tear in the room which made it feel a bit dirty
I shared my feedback with management and to their credit they did get back to immediately to follow up. I will try this hotel again, I liked the location and the room I was given was decent. There's just some things they can work on.
Hotel stay was fine, however was charged an extra $4 a night DMPF fee which wasn't included in the guaranteed reservation rate or anywhere in the reservation email terms or fine print. If I book and receive a confirmation of rate I expect to pay exactly that rate, not that rate + a hidden fee.I find this practice extremely deceiving.
