I stayed here for an engineering conference and so far the conference quality has been excellent. Great food and very nice meeting space. The hotel loses a couple stars based on the night accommodations. For the most part the room is nice however the ac is fairly weak leaving me room warmer than I'd like. The vending machines on every floor did not work and may have charged my card anyways (still waiting for the online banking to show all the recent charges). Lastly, I ordered room service and made the mistake of not reading thoroughly the fine print to find that a $23 pizza actually ended up costing $35 by the time it made it to my room ($4 delivery and automatic 15% gratuity).

The second best hotel near the airport. First is the Sheraton.

Good hotel. Nice heated pool. Comfy bed. Unfortunately the walls are thin. Most of the elevators didn't work. Timing was really poor, there was a union strike that woke me up.

Working a shoot here, but it looks clean and contemporary and the staff are very helpful. Lots of meeting rooms, some of them have lots of windows and natural light, others have zero windows so make sure you check before booking.

No complaints on the Hotel Room... but the restaurant!! $20 for Steak Bites appy!! Never mind the fact they forgot and i had to wait over 45min! Get it to go... back to the room, open it up to find 4 pieces of meat. The size of a quarter!! Dont eat there.. go to the Keg down the road!

We had an executive suite, next to the executive lounge that was only open to executive suite key holders. We could access soda, bottled water and a few light snacks as we wanted and there were cocktail hours and breakfast hours each night except on the weekend. This was the only thing that we didnt like. Loved the shuttle between the airport and hotel, what a convenient service!!! Great indoor/outdoor swimming pool as well!

Decent room, inexpensive and sizeable. Rooms cards didn't work periodically, so we had to go down and get them replaced.

It was a pleasant environment at the Hotel. The staff were very kind and knew what they were doing.

Whn I need to travel on an early flight, I usually stay at this hotel. It is handy for the airport and I like the rooms and restaurant

Free upgrades. Who doesn't love those? We had amazing service. I'll be back that's for sure.

Super clean, updated, and fresh design. The beds were very comfortable with extra long pillows. The hotel is in a convenient location and very affordable considering the quality. Totally worth upgrading to the corner suite (only about a $15 difference from a regular room when I booked it). They even have a basketball court in the fitness area! Will definitely come back here.

The desk staff at the most annoying and nefarious, seemed to be doing us a favor and very reluctantly. They charged us 50 dollars of deposit that supposedly they were going to reimburse in 5 or 6 working days and already they go more than 10 and nothing, and for this deposit they accepted NOTHING more than credit cards.

What a great find so close to the airport. Great food at cheap prices. Will be back for sure. Yeah we rang the bell.

The hotel provided free popcorn and water. They also provided the requested items for the room I had reserved. Pretty good for one day so far.

Really enjoyed the Moroccan dishes in the restaurant and the valet parking for the 2 weeks we were away was well done.

Food was great and venue was great. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper twice during out conference.

Very comfortable and modern, but a bit loud being right next to the airport and the 427

Met some friends for drinks. Restaurant was almost empty. Took over 20 minutes for someone to realize we were there. Drinks came quickly. No one came back go check on us, eventually we had to get up from our table, go to the bar and ask for our bill. Fortunately we could pay by cash as no-one came back with a debit machine. And this with the restaurant empty. I would hate to think what is is like when busy

I had a small meeting at the Hilton Toronto Airport today. It was a great room, a great location and great food. It's a very convenient location close to the airport.

Was only there ton shower and sleep for an early flight. Everything was great in that aspect.

A little old building refurbished. Quiet rooms despite the short distance to the runways

Close to the airport. Expensive bar. Paris is known to work the front cash.

Easy to get to by public transit. Somewhat expensive parking. Good food options in the area especially Zet's. Very close to Pearson Airport. Very spacious and well-lit ballrooms. Nice interior.

The service is excellent. The rooms are clean, the food is good. Not negatively

Very friendly staff. Food was good, but could be better. Bar selection was a little slim too. Overall an enjoyable location though!

This was the worst experience at a Hilton I ve ever had. If sleep is what you desire I would not recommend this hotel. The walls are paper thin. There was a teenager event going on and we were placed on a floor amongst a team of kids, who ran up and down the halls yelling and screaming all night. Extremely poorly managed. I m a Hilton Honor member and I ve never had anything bad to say about a Hilton before this stay.

Room is great. For some reason my closet is missing a door, but for an airport hotel, I have a great view.

Nice and clean up to date rooms. Nice evening at the hotel restaurant. Checked us in to room early.

Clean room with upgrade to suite and complementary valet parking. Gym, pool and squash court were available but not used this time around. Complementary coffee was available at front lobby while waiting for shuttle to airport. A pleasant relaxing experience

The hotel was okay for the price but the shower was disgusting and had zero pressure. NOTE: You will have to pay 25$ a day for parking. I would definitely suggest the double tree down the street instead for quality- price conparison!

Two vanities were repaired off site for rooms 617 and 935 on July 20th - our terms which the Chief Building Engineer agreed to are 10 days. This Hotel did not pay our invoice spoke with the Chief Engineer (Nilhan Rodrigo) he was working on it - spoke to their accounting payable department she was aware of the unpaid invoice but not sure when it would be processed for payment - called twice this week left messages inquiring as to the status of our invoice and when payment would be issued. She has not returned any of our calls. We do not recommend this Hotel.

Many thanks and appreciation to the dedication and hard work of the cleaning staff - our staff member has been very helpful, friendly and a shining star for the Hilton Brand - Janette and Dan Nosella Room 551 from 8/1/20 - 10/1/20. Perfect hotel for the last two nights before we return to Ireland. The entire staff, did we mention the Shuttle Bus Driver, the amenities, restaurant and proximity to the TTC link to downtown is AMAZING! Many thanks, again for all your efforts and dedication. It is noted, it is respected, it is recognized with gratitude.

No wifi in the rooms, with kids not funny at all. Supposedly defective !!!

The hotel is in very nice condition. I had some problems with the toilet in the bathroom but the staff promptly resolved it and offered me extra Hilton points.

The highlight of the stay was the gym and pool. They have very nice facility for working out and I enjoyed feeling at home!

Almost next door to the airport, yet the rooms are well insulated and there is barely any noise of flying aircrafts. The rooms are also pretty big

Beds were great. Room was not the same as we booked. Thankfully we were able to switch into the right one.

A short shuttle ride from the airport, the hotel is clean and features a nice bar area right off the hotel lobby. Reasonably priced and had no issues getting a room after missing a comnection.

Had a great Holiday Gala here. Hilton did a great job with the events elegance and the servers were quick and pleasant,

We had our wedding here .. and everything was absolutely amazing. The staff gave us exceptional service, food was so wonderful and even our event manager went out of her way to make us feel special. We couldn't have been more happier to have our wedding here.

Wasn't able to stay long. Super comfortable bed. Very good night staff at check in. Free shuttle from and to the airport.
Some construction going on for the interior in main lobby and floor 6 but not too bad when in late and out early. Was unable to use any of the many amenities. Maybe next time.

Hotel is okay but the wait staff do just that. Make you wait...and wait.

We extended our stay on Sunday. Our room remained uncleaned until 6:20pm. Manager Chris Gobourne refused to alter or comp room. Threatened to have me removed from the property...Will escalate to his manager, Nick Vesterfelt. Totally bush league.

Unacceptable service. Booked the King premium corner suit, which is their big corner modern style room with a fireplace and has a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and all- had this room booked for 2 weeks in advance for my wife's birthday. Called in several times to confirm at the hotel if everything is good, cause I didn't want any problems at the end moment for the birthday. Got everything planned and decided with the room in mind. Came to the hotel. Left wife in the car, so I can first go set everything up in the room and then surprise her when she comes in. Got to the reception, gave them my details and the serving agent said "just a minute" and disappeared inside for 25 minutes. Upon return he told me "We are extremely sorry but the room you booked is not available for some reason. I can however, offer you our king junior suite, which is the only room that's available. I was so pissed, didn't know what to do. I stood there contemplating whether to cancel everything and just go home or go somewhere else. I was having doubts about the hotel from the get-go, ever since I read the reviews about this hotel and how bad it is but I decided to give it a shot anyways- Biggest mistake ever.
The Manager came and personally took me to show their average middle of the corridor rooms. There is of course no comparison between what I booked and what I was being shown. At the last moment, I couldn't do anything as every other placed would have been booked too. Had no choice but to take the room he showed. The manager offered complimentary parking for 2 nights and two voucher for an appetizer and a non-alcoholic beverage and stupidly made it valid only for the same day, which went to waste since it was already so late by the time we came to the hotel. My wife sat in the car for over an hour, while I dealt with this situation. I didn't know how to react front of my wife, as I didn't want to ruin the night for her. I held back my emotions.. Didn't tell her about what happened regarding the room and took her to this ugly room, making it seem like this is what I booked (she didn't know what I booked cause I wanted to surprise her with the big modern suite).
The same night, we decided to shower in this mediocre washroom and the water flow from the shower was so low presured that it took a while to get soap washed off from the body and shampoo from the hair.
Worst experience ever. Noisy room with a loud AC/heating system.. Shakes the room every time it turns on.
I asked the manager when he was showing me the room about my original room, that What went wrong with my original booking and room? He gave a very vague answer saying "Oh it has some problems... Still needs to be further investigated"
I personally feel that its nothing but a stupid click bait game they play, where they show you the amazing room so you'll book and come to the hotel and at the last moment when you have no choice but to take whatever they give you.
Will never come to this hotel..
Ruined my entire experience.. I could have just stayed home in my room, which is 10 times better than this place. Waste of money and time. Would have never spend this much money had I known this was the room I was gonna get. Not worth the price ever.

Right across from the airport but not loud at all. Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Would go again.

Stayed overnight while in transit. Less than 5 minutes in the free airport shuttle to the hotel. Renovation works in progress but little disruption. Would stay there again for a longer stay for a better experience.

Rooms were large and clean. Restaurant staff ignored us for 20 minutes at breakfast. Food was quite expensive, $20 for breakfast buffet.

Good service, comfortable room, and relatively quiet. A little out of date in regards to modem travellers. For as much as the room is decorated nicely, with a decent work top, there are no USB charging outlets. Travelling internationally, one doesn't always have north American charging blocks, and using adapters is inconvenient. It's perfect when they're are USB outlets beside the bed and on the desk.
Other than that, great night before the flight when the weather wasn't great for driving.

We have attented a dance competition and it was very well organized. Clean, well decorated, Large rooms and nice set up.
