Came here for catching a plane. The room is generally good. However, it had not been equipped with good water pressure shower, and they had no free bottled water for ones who are not their members. FYI, the shuttles did not have a helpful intensive schedule. Actually, I saw two shuttles from Holiday Inn passing through while I was waiting for their shuttles. To be frank, three stars and I won t recommend.

Beautiful room. Very helpful staff at desk. I was unable to print from business center, the agent on the desk was more than accommodating, and let me use the computer at the front desk. Shuttle to the airport was great, very quick!
Beautiful location and offices. Unfortunately our colleagues had a difficult time with her room and reservation, but the staff assisted her to our satisfaction. Beautiful spot.
Attended a holiday event at Toronto Hilton Airport. Parking was not clearly marked but once found was pretty straightforward. The event hall was quite nice and the facilities were clean. The dining staff were very present but were very heavy handed during service. Almost throwing the plates down. The food was good (prime rib, mashed, asparagus with light au jus) and they offered vegan, kosher and halal options upon request. One complaint was the location of the smoking area. It is out back and the area is well lit and nicely designed and appointed.i t is purposely stationed 30 feet from the nearest entrance but you must walk through it to get to the parking area. Not ideal for non-smokers The problem is that people congregated right outside the automatic door which lead to a wind tunnel effect where the smoke was drawn into the building and filled the reception area with the smell of cigarettes. The area was not monitored or policed by hotel staff. Other than this gripe, the event was nice and overall we had an enjoyable time. We did not stay over at the hotel
Went here for a conference, the facilities were very clean and organized. The food came out on time for breakfast, 2 breaks, and lunch. The catering staff were attentive and the catered food was flavourful. The decor was modern and new.
For what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, I'd say it's 2.5 tops but I'll round it up to 3. Don't even get a decent cable package. Zero direction from front desk staff on whether we should head to the North or South towers, parking is horrendous, line up for check in on a Saturday was over 45 minutes, that said the rooms were clean and the shower was hot. Colour me not impressed.
Not long ago, I spent two nights in this hotel. It was not a pleasant experience.
To begin with,I stayed in a room at the 10th floor and there was coffee stain on a lamp shade and a chair. That was not so bad until I noticed a hair in one paper cup. So I ignored the coffee stain and threw away the paper cups. However, things got better when I went to bed around 11 PM. I started to notice a constant noise from behind the wall. I did not know what it was, but then guessed it was from the elevator well. It sounded like elevators going up and down. It was constant and it was loud enough to keep me from falling asleep.
Things got even better when I phoned the guest services and told them about the noises. A female concierge told me that a manager would visit me shortly and then decide whether they would switch me to another room or not. I waited and waited. I waited for half an hour and nobody showed up. I phoned again, speaking with the same female concierge who stated that she would switch me to another room in the lower level. She could have told me half an hour ago!
So there I was, in the middle of the night, switched to a room at the basement level and went to bed. Yes, the elevator noise was gone. But the air conditioner periodically interrupted my sleep with its loud noises. I managed to fall asleep anyway. On the second night, I had a shower and noticed the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. What a surprise.
I am glad that I don't have to spend more than two nights in this hotel.
The HVAC in my room has a compressor problem for my entire stay. The Technicians came only to reset each time. However, the management tried to upgrade my last stay to a suite to compensate for the inconvenience.
I came to attend a 3 day workshop. Organized, clean and well equipped. What I appreciate the most about this place is the friendliness of the staff. I asked for a private place to pray. The receptionist advised me to go the lobby downstairs for a more secular place. She followed me down to have one of the closed halls opened so that I can privately pray. I really appreciate her act. There is also an overnight parking at the rear.
Stayed two nights here on leg of international trip. First leg was good. Second leg we check in at night and we re (travelling with my 65 y/o mother) given room keys to a room with someone else already occupying it so we immediately leave and go back down to rectify the situation and let them know that yes this spooked us and how easily this seemingly happened. We get a second room and the sink is broken and won t stop flowing so we go back down and explain the situation.
At this point we just want to eat and go to bed so I ask for some compensation and the manager kindly offers us a $40 credit to the restaurant. In our room when speaking to us he mentioned it was for each of us. When I go to pay the bill the next morning the note says it was just for 1 person. I double checked with my mother and she confirms it was for both of us and even remembers him saying it to us while checking on us in our second room just like how I remember.
I m looked at quite suspiciously at the front desk while trying to explain the credit was for each of us. At this point my flight is leaving and I just don t have the energy or motivation to do pursue further and feel it s best to just let it go, let others know, and vote with my future travel plans instead.
I hardly ever leave reviews if you check my history, but felt this was worth mentioning to fellow travellers who are just looking for a seamless experience.
I stayed at this hotel in July for a 3-day seminar and I really enjoyed it, though I believe there are things they can do to improve their service overall it was ok. When you checking bring your paperwork or app because was initially told that I had a reservation at the other Hilton and that wasn't the case, to register your car you need to have the license plate number. The best piece of advice I can give it to download the app. Since I had the app I used it to open my room and it was quite easy. The room was clean and moderately decorated, I can't complain. The only Issue you can say that I had was the washroom door, there's no privacy and it's a door that slides and doesn't close all the way, so if someone is putting something in the closet they can see you in the washroom, my family and I decided to start a system for privacy but that shouldn't be that case in a Hilton hotel. Also, the toilet kept moving and we were scared that it would come off, the curtain in the bathtub smelled really bad and had mold and dirt stain. I used the restaurant at the entrance of the hotel and the food was excellent, maybe because it was full I feel like the wait staff kept getting confused (they would bring drinks and food that we didn't order) but pass that, they were trying their best. The reception staff was AMAZING! I called their manager just to let him know of the great service I received but I never received a callback..I hope the staff got recognized! There's a Timmies about 5 minutes walking distance but it's just full of flies and bad service so try to stay away from them. We were lucky enough that I room faces the airport so it was so cool to see all of the airplanes come and go. The best part is that you can check out by using the tv or the phone =)
CAUTION: HILTON HONORS IS A RIPOFF. We arrived at this hotel after travelling for over 20 hours. There was a long line at the regular check-in but no one at the Hilton Honors check-in line. Having been a HH member for years, I went to that desk. The clerk pulled up our reservation and then told me to go and join the long line. Why? Because I had registered through Expedia rather than through the Hilton website and thus was not allowed ANY HH benefits. I had used Expedia because for a four night stay their rates were nearly $200 less than the Hilton site (even though they claim that their site guarantees the lowest rate. It doesn't.) What that amounts to is a fee of $50 a night to belong to HH and get the benefit of free Wi-Fi, a short check-in line, and two small complimentary bottles of water (big deal). Which means that the Hilton Honors is a costly rip-off. Strongly recommend that anyone staying here (or any Hilton Hotel) compare the cost of registering through the Hilton site to using Expedia, Kayak, Booking etc. You will likely save a lot even if you have to do without your free water bottles.
I was here just to stay overnight for early morning flight to New York. Check in was very quick and you get free airport transfer as well. Good Amenities are available but could not use any of it. Very Near to the Toronto International Airport so that was good. Room was clean and Checkout was quick as well. The only thing i did not like was on Lower floor AC noise is quite noticeable.
This hotel is really well locate easy to go to the airport with shuttle on time , clean and friendly driver You fill welcome at the check in ! The staff is efficient and friendly ! Room are clear and quiet fit your expectations for what you pay
A great stay and friendly staff. The local is convenient for an early morning flight. As a gold member I got an upgraded room which was nice, clean and spacious.
Started off our keyless access card didn't work ( waited an hour in the lobby for the card). Room was nice, but a little small. Pool was freezing and no hot tub. Breakfast was horrible no ice on dairy products, dairy was warm. 2 people breakfast was $$60 , not including the waitress fraud our credit card for a $59 tip. Stay far away
Room old small and cramped . Good firm beds. Bathroom leaked to main through walls. Room service expensive and plain bad food. Fridge not operating . Fair to good breakfast buffet. Good restaurant staff. Paid unsecure unprotected parking . Place just seems grasping and mean minded. Hilton? . Much prefer the lower priced garden hiltons around the airport. Newer buildings . Better maintenance. Free parking
Close to the airport which was really great as we were getting an early flight the next morning. On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and the restaurant and bar staff were helpful. Our room had a lovely big comfortable bed and the complimentary toiletries were most appreciated.
Rooms good, hallways in the old building in serious need of a rebuild and that's happening this summer. Poor sound proofing to hallways as is typical in many hotels. The floor vacume used early one morning had a bat belt and was screeching like a banshee and woke me and everyone else up. Overpriced food and drinks but there are other restaurants within walking distance.
The killer is the highway robbery Internet access fees, and I mean robbery. Waaaay overpriced and it's per device too. Bring your own G3/G4 Internet access device, A week of paying fees to this hotel will pay for months of G3/G4 access.
Stayed two nights on 2nd floor. Hotel is beautiful, staff is wonderfully friendly, location is about 30 minutes from downtown. Pool is outside, but heated and enclosed.
A very convenient location if you're waiting for a red-eye flight. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.
I have never been at any hilton hotels, well I get 3 to 5 calls every week from hilton hotels to review them, if I could I would give 0000000, don't call me again, learn to do honest marketing, will never recommend you to anyone, avoid hilton hotel
Very good customer service, the room service food was tasty and the doorman was extremely helpful when I needed a taxi and he even brought me complimentary coffee while I waited for the taxi , which by the way didn't even take long.
Hotel was clean, water was hot in the shower. The pricing was higher than I would have liked, but being at the airport and a Hilton it's not surprising.
It was okay. It was really close to the airport. The room I had was huge. Two TVs. There was a bar (I think that's what it was). The bed was okay. 4/5 clean. I did find woman's hair under the mattress. The washroom wasn't too clean. I found a lot of man hair in the shower stall. I didn't like the fact there was no cafe inside the hotel. Only a restaurant. Tim Hortons was 4 minutes away. The restaurant was good. A bit on the expensive side. Worth eating at if you don't want to leave. Sicillion pizza was recommended. I ate 7/8 of the pizza slices.
Room on 10th floor but could hear cars and people in parking lot all night. Staff nice but room loud and had lots of hairs in bathroom. Hadn't been there in maybe a year but seems to have declined
I was checked in quickly and my room was emasculate. Was greeted by a smile every morning and reminded about their continental breakfast in the "Bliss", restaurant
