Love the hotel! In expensive, modern, clean.... most of all, being able to text the front desk for questions! Wish I could give the hotel 6 just for that.

Not really a 4-star... and the bathroom wasn't clean. Service was good though.

Convenient place to stay near Pearson Airport. Great parking option for when you are away with valet service.

No one at the Hilton Honors desk to check in gold or elite members meanwhile regular check in is moving. Digital key did not work. Breakfast not served early enough for an airport hotel where people have to catch morning flights. Construction makes this place inhospitable. Stay elsewhere. Hilton members go to the Garden Inn

Stayed in rm 565 had bed bugs notified hotel they said they called in pros no signs of bed bugs and yet I have bites never stayed anywhere else March 31st. 2017

Perfect place to stay before or after a flight as it s close to the airport. The room are super spacious, cozy and clean. The overall service is wonderful. The staff did their best to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay.

Clean and comfy! The shuttle to the airport was ready right when I wanted to get going. The price is steep, but then again, welcome to Toronto! I can't recall whether or not the Wi-Fi was free, because I didn't use it, but this is a decent hotel for a layover.

Hotel is fine. WiFi costs extra if you're not a Hilton rewards member. You can become a member for free if you book through the Hilton site. Perfectly fine Airport hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel in close proximity to Toronto Pearson International Airport the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites should be near the top of the list. Aside from the Sheraton, which is attached to Terminal 1, you're not going to find a hotel closer than this with all of the amenities they offer. As I reflect on my most recent stay with my son, the experience was almost flawless. I was able to find a room that met our needs at a reasonable price. I booked online without any issues. As the date was approaching I was contacted by the hotel to see if there was anything they could do in preparation of our arrival or consider upgrading our room. The day before our stay we were reminded that we could check in and select our room in advance, so we took advantage of the opportunity. When we arrived we briefly went to the front desk to get our room card and activate the digital key. There is a clean and comfortable lobby area with a separate technology lounge with computers and free WiFi to catch up on whatever necessary, and a bar/restaurant if you prefer. We decided to park ourselves in the back of the hotel instead of valet. Our room was clean and bright. I needed a few minutes to unwind and relax. We were contacted by text message during the evening to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. If you took some time to explore the property you would discover the nicely equipped workout room, sauna, pool, basketball and racquet courts and numerous conference rooms. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport that is only a couple of minutes away. The shuttle is free and has frequent trips all day and well into the night. The hotel was clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. You get great value for your money here. My son is already talking about coming back to the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites.

Great airport hotel. Love the texts that they send after check in. It provides a quick and easy way to ask a question or get information quickly. Also good transportation to and from the airport.

The hotel had friendly employees and the room was clean. However, the Hilton is more like a three star hotel than a four star one.

Parking: They charge $22 for parking, $30 for Valet

Wifi: Their site is misleading in that yes, there is free wifi, but only in the public areas of the hotel. There is a charge for WiFi in your room.

Room: No bottled water. No bathrobe. No fan in the bathroom so the mirrors fog up after a shower.

If you stay here, I don't believe you're getting your money's worth compared to its competitors.

Close to the airport, free shuttle (though be prepared to wait for it - we saw other hotels' shuttles come, go and return again before the Hilton one came). Nice modern lobby and rooms. Comfortable beds, but would have preferred a firmer pillow. The sliding door on the bathroom does not offer as much privacy as a regular door. Standard amenities are provided. In room coffee was terrible - as expected). Neat view of the runways and very quiet despite the proximity to the airport. Would stay again - these are all minor complaints, overall it is a perectly acceptable standard mid level hotel with the features you would expect.

Comfortable accommodations, nice bar , front desk staff not a good first impression

Some staff care, some don t. Depends who your dealing with will make the difference.

Room was nice and clean, but a bit far from the convention center that Anime North was held in. Service was also great.

Great location for airport use...near downtown asell

The hotel was great, everything we needed was there. We just stayed for one night for my girlfriend's birthday. It didn't exceed expectations but it was very good.

The service at this hotel was amazing! When we arrived the service at the reception was prompt. Check in was smooth and quick.

The rooms are large with superb amenities.
The beds are fantastic...a great nights sleep guaranteed.House keeping nd roomservice was topnotch.Ultra clean rooms.





Very Very impressive

The clean rooms and the price quality ratio in balance, another of its advantages is that it is in front of the airport and they have transfer service to it.

Small rooms. Minimum noise insulation. Bathroom not size for 6 feet person like myself.

When we checked in the lobby was blasting pop music almost to the point we couldn t hear the receptionist. Our room was dirty (stains on pillow and a layer of dust in room). The door seemed like it was painted shut and made a terrible noise opening and closing, which took a tremendous amount of effort. When we went to get the airport shuttle in the morning (very early) the front lobby was still blasting pop/club music. However, it s a convenient location and they do have an airport shuttle service provided for free. If you just need a quick overnight it s probably okay. I would recommend getting delivery over the very overpriced restaurant though.

Very nice rooms, EXCELLENT service. They've been continually texting me asking me how my stay has been, if they can get me anything, etc. Also I was able to do currency exchange at the front desk, which was really convenient.

Great accommodation. Comfortable bed. Good amenities. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They seem to genuinely want you to enjoy your stay.

Very clean, close to airport, easy shuttle access pick up and drop off

Our stay started a bit disappointing (due to the first room we got)... BUT I called the front desk and they told me they will do their best to accommodate us with a room that would make us happier. With the understanding that I will have to pay a bit more he found us a beautiful suite and the difference I had to pay was very fair. We also had the breakfast included and the food was average but the staff was so great!! We had 2 small kids under the age of 3 and they made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed a couple of nights and the person that tidy up our room during our stay was amazing. We felt like she/he put the room together like it was the first time we came in. I think people just need to communicate to the staff what they need and Im sure they will do their best to accommodate. In our experience that's exactly what happened. ALSO everyone that works there that came our way greeted us which is so nice to see. My family will definitely come back and hopefully the construction will be done :)

Noisy heating in the room but good staff and nice hotel.

Very Nice hotel, modern style, the morning buffet has a lot of variety and healthy food.
The pool is awesome ,but I wish they would have had hot tub.

Mr. Williamson - is a very friendly & helpfull manger.
When you'll go to eat breakfast Mr. Alsisto will make sure you'll feel like you are home.

Treated poorly for being a priceline customer - over priced

Comfortable, everything you need. Pool gym business center restaurant. But the doors to the rooms slam really loudly. People coming and going will eke you up.

This hotel is an easy way to fly out on vacation as they provide parking for the duration of your trip. Price matches the quality of your room.

Really good hotel. Good restaurant but expensive. The north tower is old. Make sure you stay in south tower. I had room 671. Good two room suite. King bed.

Nice large spaces , meeting environments are good and the audio video staff there is excellent.

Clean friendly staff and close to Pearson's Airport

Stayed for a short overnight.. close to the airport.. when booking with Hilton they emailed me the schedule, and also texted me after checking in to follow up.. suite had two nice lg tvs, nice bathroom and bed.. no complaints on the 8th floor North tower..

Friendly staff..but hotel rooms were lacking amenities

I recently checked into the Hilton airport for a few meetings. Check in staff were extremely knowledgeable, shuttle service was timely and the bar helped relieve some bad news I had received.

My room was clean, was missing a couple towels but called down and received them rather quickly.

Upon leaving, I had checked out and helped myself to the business lounge, finishing up some emails, and making use of my time. I was approached twice by two seperate employees asking if I was a guest at the hotel at which point I was alarmed and shocked as I had just stayed 3 nights in the hotel. I answered politely explaining I was just waiting for a co worker then heading to the airport.

The third time, I was told I no longer was able to stay in the lounge (all of which was in a half hr-45min time span) I politely asked management where it was they expected me to go, I was told to wait for the shuttle to take me to the airport or to walk to the Tim Hortons which wasn t too far.

I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed by this. I have resorted to switching chains because of this innocident and have passed my experience along.

Good Airport Hotel. Stayed in the South Tower, no recent renovations but holding up fine. Would have liked to been on the runway side, but for having used Airmiles and it being relatively free it did the trick for an early morning sleep /park and fly!

Reception is not in ground floor. You need to go to the second floor!

The place is excellent. The service, a little less. Within a minute of arriving in the room assigned to me, an employee of the hotel attempted to enter my room. She could not because I had already locked the door. When I opened the door, she was standing in front of me and asked if her seal was in the room. I told her that I did not see anything, then she went in to check herself. She left then the next morning I started taking a shower and there was hair still in the bath. It was not clean.

Not so great. The hallway has a peculiar unpleasant smell, the microwave and heating system are noisy. The bathroom could be more clean. Not really a great experience, have stayed at better hotels. I only recommend it if you really need to stay close to the airport.

Nice spacious room. Bathroom was tiny and a bit dated. Bar is good. Lobby is meh...

It was okay except for when they tried to wake me up at 7am and tell me checkout was at 9am instead of 12pm.

It s a real airport hotel. To boring for me.. Haha
I think it s an older Hilton because the Hilton hotels I know are a little more comfortable.

The beds were nice and comfortable & nice views from the upper levels of the south tower.
