A wonderful hotel - welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and a lively hotel bar.

The rooms are clean and modern and the airport shuttle runs frequently in peak hours ( every 15-20 minutes). We found there to be a lot noise in the halls (kids running the halls at midnight, travelers departing in the early am). A bit better sound insulation would make for a better sleep

The reception staff were courteous and friendly. We were upgraded to a junior suite which we didn't really need but it was ok. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows and sheets. The parking was easy to access and well-lit and the entrance from the parking lot was also welcoming. We were able to see our car out the window of the room (which I liked). The toiletries in the bathroom were nice and the walk-in shower was much better than stepping into a tub.

Fast wifi, very close to the airport, didn't see much else, we were only there for the night.

Good location near the airport and nice facilities for meetings. The pool and fitness spaces are great. There is an indoor half basketball court and a squash court. I did not see if they supply rackets and balls though. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The restaurant and parking are expensive. If I needed to stay in the area again, this would be on my list of places to check to see if I can get a deal.

Good sized rooms. Decently priced. Our bathroom door didn't close properly but the staff sorted out the problem promptly.

Expedia did not book accomdation.

Shuttle to airport was unreliable at night and no free WiFi in room.

Arguably the most over priced / under delivering hotel I've ever stayed in.

The entire experience was cold and left the allure that I was bunking up in a museum of moden faceless tiles and faux leather everything.

The 189 per night PLUS! 18 per night for the luxury of parking behind the building was insulting..

Add the non existant fireplace and the non existant soaker or bathtub period and you've the classic "my bank just ripped me off for service and interest fee's yet again feel".

Having canceled the second night and being charged 609 dollars for the entire stay and being told I'd be covering the third party commission fee until sometime mid next week was jaw dropping..

Absolutely do not waste you time..

Every single Marriott suite, garden or otherwise we've used is head and shoulders above.

Currently under construction, Aug 2019. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The airport is close but situated to not hear the noise. Parking is additional.

Currently under renovation, but better than average for an airport hotel.

Wifi keeps disconnecting (like every 2 minutes, it's really anoying when trying to do business), no bottle opener in the rooms, no binder for services, delivery, etc. You have to go down at front desk every time you are missing something, instead of offering to deliver to your room. The only food offered foor room service in the afternoon is 2 salads and a burger, that's it. 2 stars because staff is nice and rooms are clean. I'm being hard because this is a Hilton, and it's not living up to it's name.

Fantastic location and great rooms with helpful staff

DON'T park your car on their lot! You will return from your trip and it will be gone!! They will move it without your consent. They will insult your intelligence by giving you ridiculous reasons for having to move your car.

Rooms were spotless, hotel lobby bar stays open late. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. Free Airport Shuttle was convenient. Had a group stay there and will book with them again.

Actually should be 3 1/2 star. The staff very friendly and The Lounge in the 9th floor is little poor in the meals, short variety and just like Continental breakfast. The light is too white so make you feel cold place. Could be use warm light. Room very spacious , clean and bathroom with all toiletries. If you need you can ask in front desk slippers.

Close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus. And breakfast is good. Very friendly staff

The entire complex is under major renovations and staff and management is not very guest-centric in accommodating guests staying.

Hotel itself has no visible means of going out of there way to compensate the multitude of inconveniences from not getting water at check in, no simple gesture of apology for the construction everywhere you turn to not having a restaurant available until 1700 delivered with a blank stare and no apology - instead told that gratuities and room service charges.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Exactly what we expected.

Staff was fine but hotel is older and in need of a refresh. Although not super run down it could do with some extra cleaning and upkeep. The AC was either to weak or just not really good was loud and kept me up all night. Bathrooms were clean enough but the showerhead needs more water pressure. Makes sense for business trip for one night but any longer, there are other hotels close to the airport.

Really great for people who travel for work. there is also a squash court is a really well structured gym.

Rooms are well equipped with hangers, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, power socket in the bathroom, Make UP mirror in the bathroom, all towels.
Rooms are not greatly lit.
Food...steak and Turkey club sandwich...perfect.
Parking is not free $25/night...parking for overnight guests is at the back of the hotel.
Wi-Fi is not free $7/night

Shell petrol station very close by.

It was super busy and parking was a problem. Our room was very nice but the shower was cheap. The shower head was old and crusted with lime scale. The water pressure was like showering under a hose. They were also chinsey with the towels in the bathroom. I will say that the bed was super comfortable. I only stayed one night, and I used points to pay otherwise I would have called down to reception and complained.

Room was nice and clean, food was okay. Bar staff was friendly.

Disappointed as i was expecting the parking to be included thats why i booked for 2 nights. Figured out at desk there is no parking included.

From the moment I checked in to my way home hours after check out the staff at the Hilton were on constant contact with me via text message making sure multiple times if I was okay, if my room was great, if they can assist me with anything! I was so very impressed with there service !! My suite
Was beautifully renovated, extremely clean, the bed and sheets were fresh and clean, the bed was super comfortable!! Really, I travel often and am not easily impressed, this hotel was on top of the game !! Thank you

They lost my car in the park and fly service. Waited hours for them to finally retrieve it, but they get an extra star for their location and convenience to the airport. The restaurant is nothing to brag about.

What a service! The Receptionist Krassi was amazing! He helped me with everything. A very true Hilton staff!! After this service, I was very happy that I choose Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel.

We had our annual office Christmas party here. Hor d'oeuvres, open bar, dinner, desserts, music, mentalists, casino games, we had a good time doing everything. Looking forward to next year!

Very modern and fairly new. Paid parking at the front and is $6 / hr to a maximum of $65 / day. There are parking for guests staying at the hotel. The lobby and hallway are dimly lit. My colleague enjoyed the room and indicated that they are clean.

Clean rooms, good service. If ever in need of a good dinner, walk down the street for 5 min and get takeout from Lone Star.

Had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful executive hotel for an extended stay in 2019. As a businessman, it provided a downtown business-like feel all while at the same time feeling like a vacation with shops, people, conferences, restaurants, fitness centre and outdoor/indoor swimming pool right on site. Yes! A one stop shop including a shuttle to the airport that ran quite frequently. This wonderful experience was made even greater due to the exceptional management & front desk staff that went far & above to make this a memorable experience. Thank you! Highly recommended this hotel.

Sink fell off the wall on night one, staff and service were great.

We book the stay and parking through our travel agent. We get an overnight stay for a morning flight. Nice clean room all you need for an overnight. We didn't use the other services. Inroom Wifi is not included. Guest WiFi in common areas. We used their airport shuttle service to travel to and from the airport. Depending on the time of day it might be crowded. Used their valet parking service until we returned from our trip. You send a text when you return to have your car ready for you at the hotel entrance Our car was ready when we returned. Friendly staff. We've always booked at this hotel when we fly out of Toronto for morning departures.

Under construction. Book somewhere else. It was not clean.

We had a really nice stay here. The indoor pool is beautiful. The room was nice. Overall this hotel is a good value and a nice place to stay. Recommended. Also check out their promotions on Orlando and Las Vegas vacations. You get a free cruise for two people to the Bahamas and the only catch is that you have to go to a two hour timeshare sales pitch while you are there.

There was a blood stain on my bed. Staff didn't want to do anything about it. They said they will investigate

My stay here was awesome very large rooms with a nice view of the airport. I didn't have too much time to explore the hotel as I was there for a business trip, but I'd definitely stay there again. Very polite staff and a really nice bar downstairs to spend an evening in.

Rooms are comfortable, hotel room service is a joke. The "late night menu" is abysmal and even the stuff on the list isnt always available. Expensive breakfast. Staff is nice. Would rather stay elsewhere for the amenities.

Clean convenient facility, great for meetings. Nice parking system. Convenient location by airport. No complaints though can't speak about the prices.

Terrible service by their AV company PSAV. If the hotel is ok with having this company represent them then that says something about the hotel. 2 people from our company stayed at the Hilton and booked a meeting room for a 2 hour meeting. They brought their own projector and just needed a screen. They called to have the screen pulled down, someone came to the room and after completing the job, handed them the bill for $133.00. Again, for the use of a screen for 2 hours!!! They were completely blind sided by this, and the job had already been completed so they signed it and paid the fee. I contacted the hotel and was put in touch with the contact person from PSAV. That person has absolutely ZERO customer service ability, I expressed my concerns and he just flat out said "they saw the fee and signed it", completely missing the point that they saw the fee AFTER the job had been done. I suggested perhaps telling people what the fee will be when they call would be a good idea, considering had they been told ahead of time they would not have used it. The response I received was "the job could have been cancelled". The point was the job was already completed, I would imagine most people wouldn't cancel the job at that point. The only purpose for handling things this way is because they know their charges are ridiculous and telling people ahead of time would result in most people not using their equipment and they would lose money. This is a shady way of operating business. I cant even imagine what they charge if you wanted to use all of their AV equipment. We will most certainly never use this hotel again.

Nice place to stay at Can be a little bit noisy at times due to being very close to the airport. Shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient

Good airport hotel. Cozy rooms. Pretty expensive but clean and tidy. Very close to the Pearson International Airport. Check in and check out very fast and easy. Front desk very polite and professional. The only what I wasn't impressed was the bar. Considering that this is Hilton brand I expect something more classy. Overall good hotel with clean rooms and comfy beds.

Stayed here for anime north so the location was further than most hotels from the congress center, but still walkable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the rooms were spacious and really nice.

Good location close to the Pearson Airport. Hotel rooms have a distinct european feel.
