Stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights for a wedding. We stayed in a king suite in the north tower. The room was recently renovated and quite nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was nicely appointed. The pressure in the shower wasn't the best but otherwise I thought it was great. This hotel had one of the nicest exercise rooms and pools I've seen. The gym is open 24/7 and has at least 5 or 6 treadmills and ellipticals. There are also saunas in the locker rooms which was quite nice. I assume the pool is open year round as it's in essentially a giant greenhouse. While I didn't go in it looked awesome. Airport shuttle leave every 15 to 30 minutes and takes less than 10 minutes to the airport. Overall one of the nicest airport hotels I've stayed in and I would definitely stay again.

Easy checkin. Large gym which is seldom busy. Close to the airport but no noise from planes.

Good place to stay. Was there quick so I'm glad I didn't pay full fare, got a deal on hotels.ca otherwise I probably wouldn't pay the advertised price.

My bathroom door doesn't lock and isn't actually even a door. There was some sort of sticky spill on the bedside table that was there when I arrived and remained uncleaned.

The hotel is comfortable clean rooms, but the treatment of the employees towards the guests is very bad, too much discrimination by the staff, one night was enough to never return to that place
We asked for a taxi and the lady at the reception desk at night never wanted to call us, she was waiting for us for more than 40 min and then asking for it very rude, everyone ... I am very disappointed in the place ... that's why I only give it one star

Spent one night, was given an entire suite which was great since I had more than 24 hours to kill before my flight!

Also, after we checked out we requested and were given access to the pool and patio to kill time until the shuttle.

Service was excellent, provided by friendly staff. Would happily stay again!

Had everything u expect in a hotel but no lock on the sliding door to the bathroom and the fridges didn't get cold enough.

Nice, modern and funky hotel. VERY clean. Hope to visit again sometime soon.

It's a Hilton. ..Gonna have to pay for breakfast. Next to airport but still for the most part quiet. Free internet when I was there. Good service and friendy staff

We arrived at about 1am. Staff were good at check-in. Room was okay. It was a little woren, but clean. Stayed for a good sleep, really quite.

Good, free transport to and from the hotel. Clean modern rooms with a large variety of foods for breakfast.

Overall the place was nice and clean. It had a very professional staff team and was very accommodating. I really appreciated the welcome texts and being able to ask for anything via text message. They also had a check out text reminder as well. I loved it! Only thing I didn't like about my stay was the bed. The pillow top was too hot to sleep on.

Awesome, free, upgrade. Lobby restaurant is up to par with the Keg. Very friendly and helpful staff.

So nice, right across from the airport. Very well insulated and you can't hear the planes. 24/7 shuttle to the airport. Lively pool in a glass room with doors out onto a patio. Basketball 1/3 court, squash courts and sauna. Flavored water when you arrived. Restaurant on site. So many great items.

Ripped off on hotel rate. I was charged $142 per night and room service for meal added a total of 19%

Totally underwhelming experience ... sloppy service, poor amenities for a Hilton, rooms and surrounds were uncomfortable and unkept. Totally baffled how this gets an average of 4stars ... not from this Hilton Diamond member ... go somewhere else !

Best part of this hotel is the location. There is a free shuttle. If you arrive late from a flight, there is a restaurant downstairs. The rooms are clean and you don't really hear the planes by the airport take off. There is also a gift shop downstairs.

Good hotel, Rooms were nice and the gym was good enough for a decent work out. Would stay here again if flying from Toronto.

The room was nice and clean bedding was very nice with down pillows but matress was too firm for me.
Coffee makers should come with complimentary bottled water.

Hotel was modern and well kept. Despite being next door to the airport, did not hear any planes. AC is a bit on the loud side but manageable.

Quietest rooms on the strip, good restaurant offers 24-hour room service

I booked this hotel for the large heated swimming pool but during my stay for 3days the pool temperature is always cold and we requested to adjust the temperature but they told us they will do it but nothing is changing.
The room is a little bit small but has a comfy bed. The bathroom is very small.. The room is noisy if you are going to relax to choose another hotel. I will not go to this hotel the second time.

Here for a conference. Parking was atrocious and then a plot blocked me in. Unbelievable.

no wifi, no bottled water, 20 dollars just to park, draft and noise coming from the air vent , industiral noise from windows, moldy paint on bathroom doors,rusty hinges on doors, most of the tv channels do not work.Industtiral view of traffic .

Clean and well laid out rooms. No exaust fan in the bathroom so steam from the showers lingered. Friendly and courteous staff, and good food

Good size rooms. Comfortable beds. Pillows are awesome. Pretty quiet for being by the airport. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes or so.

If you don't book directly through the hotel there is no free wi-fi you must pay 6.99.

A top calibre airport hotel, the Hilton Toronto was comfortable, affordable, and perfect for my overnight layover. Great service, a free airport shuttle, and a delicious meal in the restaurant were bonuses.

Service was great and the food was even better. The beds in the room were so nice, I did not want to leave.

They treated us very well and gave us a wicked deal that enabled us to enjoy the new penthouse suites. Will be looking forward to our next stay and Carl the front desk guy who was just fantastic. Thanks for a great ending to our trip.

The location is great for a night's stay near Pearson, yet like other "higher end" hotels, costs are being cut for standard amenities. Ie: no fitted sheets on beds, basic training/help for service staff.

The worst Hilton hotel I've ever been to. No microwave unless you ask for one. They even charge you for parking and WiFi!!

Excellent value hotel near the airport but still nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. Excellent buffet and a la carte breakfast. Had supper there too this time and while not cheap the food and service we're excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Only stayed one night. The restaurant in the lobby was pretty good and had great service. Room had clear signs of wear and the phone did not work but was clean and worked out otherwise for a short stay.

Love how open the rooms are, and how stylish the whole hotel is. The bathtub had a few stains (nail polish? Dirt) but I wasn't too upset about it. The pool is beautiful, as is the sunning deck. Amazing fitness centre (with basketball and racketball court).

Close to the airport, very clean and new looking. Bathtub in the room and a very comfortable bed. Good WiFi connection and professional staff. Lots of outlets. Good food from the restaurant/room service. Three things I would have wanted to make it perfect: complimentary breakfast, shuttle into toronto, and a microwave/fridge in room.

Quite expensive, the older part of the hotel needs refreshing. Halasujaca klima.

I stayed recently for two nights for a convention. While the rooms and services were nice, there were a few notable problems. When booking was first done, we were told there was free internet provided. However this was not the case after we checked in. There was also an issue in one of the rooms that the air conditioning would not work for an extended period of time and required near constant resetting or else the 30 degree temperature made the room really uncomfortable. While I did like parts of our stay, the issues we had with our room make it impossible for me to recommend this hotel while similar experiences were had a cheaper locations in the area.

The staff was amazing! Very accommodating. I was very sick when getting in off of the plane and they did everything to make me feel comfortable. The stuttle driver even let me borrow his garbage incase i wasnt feeling well. Beautiful hotel! Great fitness and pool area! Also resutant has great food! Would definitely stay again!

This was once an unpleasant place to stay However there Renovations have made it monumentally better. However the prices in the restaurant as well as service is unpleasant Sirius

Noise in room from hall loud .,restaurant food curried chicken was tooo hot should have warned people pizza for child had blue cheese should have told customer a waste of money ...whiskey sour was not good especially the 2nd one too sour ..

Rooms r fantastic..parking is a tad costly but if u can afford the room it isnt much.

The rooms were modern and comfortable and the food for the conference was terrific. I definitely recommend it .
