Excellent service and very courteous staff. Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovation and the restaurant is currently closed. The room was a little worn and the tones are dull. On the other hand, the bed was very comfortable and the towels new and silky.
Was okay. They are doing massive renovations in there. Inconvenient and a major eye sore.
This place is so nice and the staff was very delightful. Showers were beautiful, beds were so comfortable and even though it s close to the airport the rooms were very quiet.
For some reason this hotel did not have my honours number on file despite checking in through that line. I'm sorry to say but the rooms in one of the towers (to the left whenyou walk in main doors) are old and unimpressive. The plugs are on the outside edge of a massive headboard and chargers sit loosely in them. I called down to complain and got passed around between front desk and switchboard for 10 minutes. I got switched to an identical room with the same problem and got passed around on the phone again. The saving grace of this hotel was Chris. What great customer service. He made sure my file was updated, that i got a room that worked for me and were above and beyond by getting my friend and ia small bottle of wine. Everyone else that i spoke you seemed uninvested in customer service as a whole but Chris was wonderful. Not sure that I would stay again unless i was staying in the nicer tower.... (Back end towards parking) that featured suites.
Great location for the airport, nice hotel overall but my room looked like it could use a couple of repairs. The restaurant in the lobby was great

I really like this hotel for its location, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. The food here is also very good and is a great place to hold a medium sized conference of about 250 people. Would definitely go back.
Great place, used the shuttle from the airport, bed made for a comfortable sleep, onsite restaurant food was good and the entire place was clean.
I can t believe this is Hilton, it is under full renovation without notifying us beforehand and the whole place looks more like a motel. Room is small, equipment is a bit outdated, bathroom smells bad. But worst of all, it was super noisy as our room was facing highway and on lower floor. When I asked for a higher floor room, I was told they are sold out. But three hours later when I came back from dinner, a guyed just checked in and got a room on 11th floor. Staff are definitely not friendly.
Love this hotel.. 10 minutes to the airport.. valet parking, great park and fly rate with on site parking.. shuttles run to the airport every 20 minutes on the hour...
Large pool, large well equipped work out room.. fully stocked hotel store.. and great little bar and restaurant on site.. restaurant is a little pricey but all hotel restaurants are..

I would like to Thank the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel Staff especially the housing keeping as my daughter left her most prized possession her pink stuffed penguin she has had since she was one in our hotel room and we didn't realize we left him until we got home. The house keeping staff saved the penguin and he was returned to my daughter. My daughter was beyond happy - we can't thank u enough!!!
Rooms were clean. However, outdated hotel in general. Doesn't have a fan in the bathroom, so you don't feel like using it. Exec lounge has VERY limited hours. Breakfast from 6:30am to 9am. Who wants to get up at 6am to have breakfast? Not what I generally expect from Hilton
Decent rooms but they nickel and dime... Charging for WiFi (kind of an oxymoron, and included in almost every other hotel) and charge for LOCAL calls and the restaurant is completely overpriced. I'll explore a different option next time visiting Mississauga.

Large comfy rooms and excellent housekeeping. I still remember the humble housekeeping lady called Tammy for her charming behaviour.
Decent price and the attached restaurant is good. Our room was a bit shabby, needed some upkeep - the wall was dirty and it could have used and extra nightstand, one for each bed. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is very quick and punctual. Worth it if you get a good price.
Nice hotel where you can stay for the night for reasonable price when you miss your plane.

Ive never been penny pinched like this hitel has penny pinched us. They charge 25$/ day for a non-valet parking in a parking lot without a roof, so your car is not even protected. I would understand if this hotel was in the city then I would understand the parking fee. However its not and therfore feels like theyre trying to squeeze every buck out of you.
Moreover, they charge 6 dollars for a basic speed wifi. Seriously? Even Mcdonalds has free wifi.
The room was clean it was nice, however, the lobby and everything else is still under construction so that was very annoying.
Overall the penny pinching tendencies of the hotel devalued the quality of what a Hilton should be.
Ran out of coffee in the lobby. The towels felt like 60 grit sandpaper paper very ruff. The bed was comfortable.

Very friendly staff, very clean, and stylish rooms... Got an sms prior to check in and asked if i needed special arrangements prior to check in.. i asked a couple of things and when i got to my room everything was as i wanted. Extremely satisfied with the service

Hilton Gold member - requested late check out, because arrived on a flight late last night/ early this morning. Woke three times by over enthusiastic cleaning team. Terrible nights sleep. Airport shuttle is a shambles and took 45 minutes to arrive. All in all not a great experience. My room was as expected, very comfortable, shame I wasn t.
Meals and rooms were good, but insects came out of the water supply.
Pay for wifi?? Seriously... It's 2019. Construction led to cramped elevators that didn't work very well. No drinks/ bottled water in rooms. No bar. At least rooms were clean.
Edit for Response to Hilton comment: that would have been great information for someone at the front desk to provide. I also was not provided with any "complimentary internet code".
But I was provided with ground coffee for the coffee maker...which used pods.
This is a airport hotel that you cannot stay one night at. 2 night minimum stay only. Absolutely Ridiculous
Rooms were very well kept. Service was above and beyond anything that was expected. Great lengths were made to make sure our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area, especially with there very convenient shuttle service.
So cool that the front desk personnel text messaged me during my stay. It was person with there signature. They checked to ensure everything was good in the room. Next day I was in a corporate meeting at the hotel and had moved everything early to My car. I forgot to actually check out though and get my receipt. A text came through around 10 how was everything. I realized my forgetfulness then and texted back if they could check me out and email me the receipt. It was completed within 10 minutes. Very convenient. Might do that every time.
It's close to the Airport and the Airport shuttle was timely and good. Getting to the airport from the Hilton is also a close walking distance away. I would walk instead of wait for the shuttle to take the UP Train headed towards downtown (UP is nicely situated by the airport).The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Great room amenities and the visual systems were nicely designed. I took advantage of the extra facilities in the Lower Level - gym and swimming pool. Helpful staff also. TY! Request: Water fountains (like the one in the gym room) would be nice to have in each floor.
Our room was well taken care of! We thought we might run into trouble checking in since the person who booked the room was running late, but the staff and customer service was amazing and took care of the issue swiftly. The pool is awesome too!

Hotel is overpriced for what it is. 22 CAD for parking is a rip off. Restaurant is way way overpriced. Upscale pricing with normal amenities.
The hotel is very close to the airport. Plus it provides a complimentary transfer 24 hrs
The check in was fast, the room very clean. Only complaint was noise in hallway. Walls and door seem to be paper thin.
I paid nearly $400 after parking and fees for a pretty mediocre room.
It's close to the airport and has a really nice restaurant and lobby area, business centre and conference area - but the room was outdated and poorly equipped.
The plugs were hidden under desks and baseboards were taped to the walls.
This felt like a 4 star lobby but 2 star rooms.
Side note: the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was empty and nobody was filling it.
This is a modern clean hotel. The shuttle to the airport is prompt and there is a fairly secure parking lot. I have stayed here twice and the rooms always have a cold feeling to them. Hallway noises can certainly ly be heard in rooms that are right off the main hallway.
All in all I would recommend this hotel for people flying out of the nearby airport.

I was very happy with my stay and loved the airport view.
I had the worse experience with this hotel. The room was dusty and old, the AC is so low that I can t even feel cold air coming out of it. They have no microwave in the room so I requested and I had to called 5 times to the front desk to get it but I didn t get the microwave until 2 days later.
I wanted to cancel my stay but they said I will not get my refund back so I got stuck there.
Parking is $25 per night.

Front desk service is rude, treat customers unequally. In my experience, they spoke to me disrespectfully but when a Captain stopped by, they completely changed their tone and speak politely. Come on. Treat everyone equally.

Was attending a training session with my company. It was a nice hotel. Bathrooms were very clean and nice. Food was also very good. Some of the staff seemed very snooty though. Very dismissive and lacked listening skills. I deducted a star because of that. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Good food and atmosphere. Visited for dinner and sat at bar and staff were great and service also very good.
Always stay here before we fly and never have issues with leaving our vehicles here when on vacation
Very nice hotel. Front desk was friendly & helpful. Stayed night before leaving for DR. So convenient, they have valet parking and regular shuttles to Pearson. On return we texted when we got the shuttle, car was ready and warmed up when we got there. Would recommend especially if you are catching an early flight. Minutes from airport.
I called hotel to update my reservation. Front desk agent was trying to explain me policies very rudely. He should explain very nicely. So I decided to cancel my reservation and booked with other property.
Air conditioner didn't work in room. Wake up call was late. Had a odd call at 3am with just breathing on line. Limited food options
They get top points for customer service. They do a funny thing here where they text you after you check in. It seemed silly at first but it was actually super handy. They helped us find the right place to wait for our return shuttle and they had the valet bring the car out before we arrived from the airport, all via text. Room was nice and clean too. Recommended.
