King bedroom, upper floor. Comfortable bed, quite spacious room, relatively quiet except for the annoying noises coming from the stairs to the 10th (?) Floor (which was adjacent to the room). Clean bed and bathroom, without reproach from this point of view (typical of a Hilton, from my experience). It would have been a 4+ star night, had it not been for the somewhat inadequate soundproofing facing the stairs.

For a Hilton, even if it's nearby airport I would expect more. Me and my husband stayed there just for one night between flights. They didn't have even a comb at the bathroom, nor toothbrushes in case of an emergency. We payed $60 CAD for two very dry sandwiches (one of them was supposed to be served in a brioche) + 2 sodas for dinner. At least the breakfast was ok.

Booked one night due to early morning flight, took 30 mins to checkin as the "manager" was fighting with someone who wanted a different room. Parking is a scam, staff is rude and not really a Hilton experience. I do not recommend this Hilton property.

It was a very mediocre stay. I had a rather shady experience where they added a 250$ hold charge to my cost when I checked in, which I was told would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I was fine with that, but several weeks later I still have not been reimbursed. I have had a really poor experience with their staff, who have not been helpful in the slightest. I would highly recommend booking with the Fairmont downtown. The staff are lovely there, and they value their customers and do not make you jump through hoops when they make an error. The staff at this Hilton seriously need to do a customer service 101 course.

Room looks very appealing. Great front desk staff. Unfortunately couldn't get the digital key to work, and none of the amenities I preordered were sent to my room. The design choices on a few of the areas of the room look nice but aren't very functional, like the non locking sliding door for the bathroom, and the sink that overflows if you try to wash your hands. Being a Hilton honors member does get you a few extra perks which are a little nice.

It is the experience of a life time for our daughter competing at a dance competition at the hotel. The hotel and staff are very helpful and accommodating. Parking is expensive and no in and out privledges, but we knew ahead of time as it is clearly posted on hotel website.

I went there twice. The room is big, king bed and all we need for a room. This is very clean. I read some comments regarding the bad attitude of the employees, but i really don t agree. All the employees i met, from the lobby, restaurant or room cleaning were really nice people, always smiling and trying to help me. The free shuttle to the airport is really cool as they are coming like every 20 minutes. The rate of the room is good as i get a rebate for the ATSC show at the International Center, but they stop supplying the free shuttle to this trade show. I had to call Uber for each way, which was increasing the price of each day by 20$. They had a nice gym for an hotel, also a nice pool. I recommend this hotel.

They have a captive clientele and do not pay attention to details. I don't know about other rooms. But my heat did not work. A switch behind a panel was off. Service tech had to be called. Sounded like a truck once turned on. Drains in sink and tub took for ever to empty.

The outlay of the hotel was exquisite and detailed, but easy access to the multiple levels and sections. Wasn't overly impressed with the lack of parking given such a large hotel but was able to locate some after 5 minutes of driving around. Wait staff for the party were friendly and genuine I would recommend hosting a professional event here without question

A great hotel close to the airport. The only issues that I have are

1- the elevators in the South tower take forever. In the morning the wait was several minutes.

2- the washoom door slides and hangs in place of closing like one would expect. If you are sharing a room you may just share more than you wanted.

Overall I am quite happy with the hotel and would stay here again if needed.

Underwhelming for a Hilton in terms of amenities - sauna was turned off and cold, pool is very cold water. On the plus side super close to airport and free airport shuttle that runs very frequently.

The hotel is well managed. Our room is eight next to the elevator. There is no view from our room. There is complimentary fruit water and morning coffee in the main lobby. No complimentary breakfast.

In attending a wedding. I am allergic to nuts. I was ask how severe and i said anaphylactic. I was then told i could not eat anything! I thought that to be absurd. We live in a day whefe nuts allergies are VERY PROMINENT!!! You MUST cater for these types of needs. Telling I cannot eat is not the answer or offering me plane rice is not the answer. The cuisine was Indian. Now majority of East Indian dishes have nuts BUT you have the flexibility Not to put nuts as part of the ingredients or as a garnish. For example butter chicken. This was the first time i could not eat it as this chef said he uses nuts as a main ingredient in all of his dishes!!!!! Secondly, coming to the end of the night we asked the servers for water bottle. They lied it us straight in our faces While LOOKING AT THE CASE WATER saying there is none. What sort of service is this? We told the manager at concierge and he said he would talk to the server manager but he made no notes on doing so. Therefore theu were not going to be talked to. He just gave us the bottle waters that we needed. While we appreciate it .. Why did it have to get to that level? We were taking it up to our room. I understand there are wastage of water bottles happening but we said we wanted it for our room! Worst hotel i have ever been too.

Firstly, unexpected phone charges from my room totaling over $20 even though I never even touched the phone, and I had the do not disturb sign on my door at all times. I ve stayed in hotels hundreds of times and such a thing never happened before.
No wanrning of construction! I find that deceitful. I also asked for a quiet room and got one facing the airport runway. I don t know, maybe the other side is noisier? Windows don t insulate the noise that much. I have been to hotels by airports, and this one is far from best. A hotel by a large international airport with a restaurant closed at 4pm! No food. Swimming pool without changing rooms. Noisy air conditioning in the room. Thin walls - you can hear a conversation in the next room.
The little snack shop allows you to charge to the room, but they make you fill out a paper form each time. Wow -that s high tech :)
They charge for the internet access too.
On the positive side, the room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was ok. TV was actually a nice size and it allowed you to change the aspect ratio so you can watch different channels with the correct proportions. Well done on this one. Could use some non-ad channels though.

We were travelling for a hockey tournament and booked 4 rooms. The guy in the front reception, I believe his name was Carl, was extremeley rude! Disappointed at Hilton and would never come back to this specific location because of the front desk staff!

I stayed for 1 night.

I stayed for 1 night.
It was a very nice room with 2 queen size beds. And it was very comfortable. I had a great night sleep
Car parking cost an extra $28, not impressed
Internet was free only if you join their guest program. Not what I would expect from a big hotel chain. Most hotels I've stayed at, the internet is free and they give you a password when you check in.
The room serves lady was very nice and helpful

Very poor experience checking in. The entire lobby is under construction. They didn't honor my hilton honor because I used a 3rd party to book and charged us a deposit fee without letting us know. The $270 room that we booked is in lower level basement area. Kendra in front desk and management didn't try to fix anything. They were not even going to offer us free WiFi because we booked on booking.com! I stay at Hilton all the time but never again

Parking security is just about non-existent. My son was staying there for one night before his flight the next day and sometime during the night the truck that he was driving was stolen along with all of his gear. They use cameras to scan your license plate to determine when you enter and leave. There are no parking tickets so if someone breaks into you vehicle and can start it they can just drive out with it. I would recommend finding a hotel with a secure and staffed parking garage.

Staff was rude. Room was unbelievably dusty! Staff ignores the "do not disturb sings". Fire alarm went of at 3 am (normal stuff for our safety) the part im mad about is the fact that no one told us when it was safe.Parking is very expensive. They were renovating and our route from the entrance to our room was constantly being blocked off. No signs of were to go... it was a maze. The gift shop(the 1 day it was open) was ok but the staff was useless when looking for something. They often say "no we dont have that" then get insaulted when id look and then find what i was looking for. Tiny pool. Everytime we would turn on the fausset, water came out of everywhere (the tap, the pipes ...) Ugly view! Good luck sleeping with the noise of airplanes comming and going. So loud! Pack ear plugs!

Disappointed in this hotel my last trip.

Disappointed in this hotel my last trip.
Usually my go to hotel for an overnight by the airport.
However my last trip there, wasn t the night I expected.
Having a late flight my arrival changed from 1130 pm to 130am. When I did the online check in for the hotel during my layover delay, somehow the dates got pushed to the following day as my time zone was two hours behind the hotels time zone. Upon arrival at the hotel they were sold out as a large number of people had walked in for some sort of company function. So the manager called around to find a competitor hotel IHG property. I am exclusive to Hilton and was not happy I was referred to an IHG property. So once I arrived at the other hotel, my hotel search via gps stated the average hotel cost per night was around 90, however my room was 190 that night with tax and a breakfast package, over 200.

As I mentioned I am exclusive to Hilton because I enjoy having the points Hilton properties offer. Not only I am upset I was referred to a non Hilton property but I m upset that the price was much higher after the manager had called them to find a room as many hotels were sold out.

Nice hotel, close to the airport, no aircraft noise, breakfast buffet is good. Rooms are a little bit outdated. I'm giving only 1 star because all their 8 Tesla Connectors parking spots were taken by ICE vehicles parked by the hotel valets... I'll stay somewhere else next time.

Edit after owner's response: Tesla wall connectors are located inside the valet parking building. Valets took the EV charging parking spots, not the hotel customers. Nice try though.

Food is great. But the dining area was cold and uncomfortable. The room wasnt clean but could be better. Room look nice other then that. Room was also chill to even with heat turn up high. Nice looking other then that with great service in the kitchen.

Stay was fine. Very standard but the staff was very rude and thus the low score.
She charged a deposit fee without letting me know beforehand and when I later asked about it she did not apologize. Instead she very demeaning and said that I must not I have travelled before.

I have travelled and not every hotel does this, but when they do they always tell you beforehand before charging you anything. For someone who really hasn't travelled before, it should be even more important to let them know!
