This is my third time staying at this hotel, and needless to say I'm very disappointed. I stayed in room 607 and it was filthy, hair on the beds, yellow and brown stains on the comforter, holes and mysterious grey stains on the sheets and pillows, black and brown stains on the curtains. The whole room smelled like a 74 year old hobo man's fart. Very dusty too and it severely triggered my allergies. I'm also pretty sure the beds had bed bugs or fleas in them since me and the fam were up all night itching and I found bug bites all over my legs and shoulders. When I went out to the parking lot to grab a pair of sweatpants from the car, I was harassed by a drunk man, who called over to me and pulled out his dick and took a big piss in the grass and proceeded to follow me around and harass me more. I had to lock myself in the car for 20 minutes before the guy finally left. I would have given this hotel 1 star if it weren't for the delicious burger I had from the restaraunt, the cute lobby and the friendly staff. They should find jobs at a better hotel, though. I'm never returning to this shitstain of a hotel

Update 8/7: Hilton management is great. They provided me breakfast vouchers for part of my stay. I can really appreciate good customer service which is why I choose Hilton hotels. I appreciate what Ogla did to make my stay better and realize she didn't have to do anything to help me. I still give one star off due to the rooms... They really need an update to some of the decor. D.C. Hiltons have set the bar high.

8/6 Rooms are in need of updating. Seal near window was peeling off and flapping around. All lampshades were severely tilted when I entered the room. I didn't get breakfast vouchers... Usually when I'm TDY and stay at Hilton hotels I get vouchers. I'm staying here for 10 days, so no breakfast is a real bummer considering I'm spending a week and a half here.. I'll update with more as my stay progresses, but my first impression is I should have stayed elsewhere.

Stayed on the executive floor and the room was clean, spacious and nice. The only problem I had was connecting to WiFi didn t work for the first day in the stay on the floor, but it did work from the bar. The bar was nice and had a good atmosphere and lively crowd.

I pefer the King size bed over the 2 full size. The pillows are wonderful. The pool area is nicely landscaped but be aware at dusk the No-Seeums are voracious blood suckers. I found the halls noisy since the doors are not sound proofed. I would like to see trash receptacles in the public areas. Overall the hotel is fine for short stop - overs.

The room seems recently renovated. Everything looks new and very pleasant. The only complaint is a layer of dust around the TV, showing that it wasn't dusted for at least several days (I am allergic to dust mites). Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Great staff (especially Matt behind the desk). Shuttle leaves every 30 min but there is only 1 so make sure you get there early or you will have to wait (it's 30 min roundtrip). Room was good

Great hotel, rooms clean and comfortable, staff super nice, gym with great equipment, bar and executive area really nice.

The best of this hotel is the restaurant area right behind, great restaurants, all types of food including Brazilian barbecue, packed of people. I really enjoy that staying at this hotel.

I alway stay at Hilton properties when I travel for business or fun. The hotel and staff were so great. They allowed me to early checkin early and gave me a room upgrade to a high floor. They were friendly and made me feel welcomed. The room was great with a nice big tv. Walking distance to a bunch of cool restaurants. I will stay here again.

Shuttle "only goes to the airport". We found this out after checking in during our stay for the Bucs game. Usually shuttle includes within a certain mileage radius. Beds are comfortable like all Hilton's. Hotel is a little dated and needs HVAC updates....always feels humid or damp in rm.

The best part was their food and their great transportation people. They could bump up security though. A tip if you go there : always lock your door and make sure that it is pulled shut all the way. Many times people will try your handles then slide a fake pizza add under the door. If there is an add in you room then check fir an address and see if it is true. If not then don't order because they will steal your money.

Love staying at the Hilton I said Rewards member I don't even have to check in at the front desk my room is available and waiting and I check in over my phone period I walk straight to the room scan the door with my phone through NFC technology the door unlocks and I'm enjoying my weekend great day clean room what more can you ask for

Upon entering the Hilton Tampa Airport, one is met with a smart, minimalist and comfortably furnished lobby and adjacent corridors to other conference rooms.
The elevator was fairly quick going to the 11th floor. There was a panoramic view of the airport and surrounding area.

First room was on the 3rd floor. Entered room and noticed tiny ants crawling on the wall of the entry way and bathroom. When I went to change rooms the staff stated they only had one room available which was on the first floor. That was great considering it was close to the fitness room. However the scent of the hallway and room was awful. It smelled like soiled carpet, mildew or something moldy. There was a fan blowing continuously in the hallway which the niose carried into the room all nite. I guess to help dry whatever was wet. Then the room was quite dusty and carpet was severely stained. I stayed here many times before however this was my worst experience ever. Extremely disappointed in the Hilton.

Be prepare to be charged $12 a night to park in their parking lot.$30 a night hold on your card for damages.and read the fine print on those bottled waters in the room before you open them..last hilton i will ever stay in..money wasnt the problem,telling me beforehand is good customer service.pool is small,no hot tub.no free breakfast.$11 for a grill cheese sandwich on their menus.housekeeping made one bed but not the other.just not satisfied compared to the other hotel chains with lower star ratings.

This was a terrible experience. The staff is very inexperienced. My card was charged 6 different pending transactions for 1 stay. Eventually 4 of the charges fell off but 2 remained; so I was double charged. The hotel needs upgrading as well. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I expected more from the Hilton brand. Never again!

For a hotel that Chooses to be green it s ridiculous that there are no towel holders in all the bathrooms at the hotel. I guess they expect for the towels to dry on the floor. Whoever did the renovation and did not include towel holders in the plan should be fired.

Attended a First Coast conference over the last two days. The facilities were nice overall. Leaking ceiling vents, and freezing conference rooms were an issue on day one, but remedied early on by hotel staff.

Soooo this hotel was the highlight of my vacation....

Soooo this hotel was the highlight of my vacation. The night staff and the day staff are absolutely the greatest. My flight came in at 630 am and I was ready for a shower and get a little more rest from the uncomfortable red eye flight. The young woman that checked us in was amazing she got us in early and we even got breakfast. It was one of the smoothest check ins that I have had in a long time. Eric was stellar he worked the day shift and was phenomenal. We were greeted every time we passed the front desk either coming or going. We are not big on house keeping entering our room so to get towels was very easy and they were really nice about it. It was so much good about my stay I cant even tell it all. I'm sorry if I have forgotten other names but everyone on the staff were great. Thank you Hilton airport westshore.

The hotel manager gave me an unpleasant experience . One of the staff members was not helpful and rude also. I am a diamond member and have frequent this hotel many times . While on business I have stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks at a time. I made changes to my reservations, when I did not receive the email as promised I called the hotel directly to verify the change. The staff there did not have the correct change and treated me as if I lied about it. I needed two more days and an additional room. I was gaurenteed a lower rate than what they were willing to do. It was a 50 dollar difference. The manager said she could not change the rate to what I was promised for the one night. Not withstanding I was paying for 5 nights. I know this is untrue. She suggested I get a another hotel up the street . When she could not accommodate me I canceled the reservation the same day however I was charged for two nights as a no show or missed the cancel date. They are unwilling to take the charges off even though I booked another Hilton hotel that could accommodate me for the same nights. I have spent more than 2 hours trying to resolve. I have not received a call back yet. I will never stay at this hotel again for the principle of how I was treated. Nice hotel but the staff is very unpleasant and have no customer service skills. This was the most unpleasant experience from a hotel employee and manager. Mr owner you need a better representative for you hotel.

Went there to welcome the Kyle Petty victory junction charity ride and the place was very nice. The staff was pleasant. They had 50 scouts and 200 motorcycle riders hanging out in the lobby and they accommodated everyone. Great place.

You can' t beat the location. Near the airport, the mall and great restaurants. Hotel was dated but they were also renovating things. As far as service I can not complain. The online booking worked great and had the digital key as well.

the remodeling of the rooms is very elegant, but the cleaning leaves much to be desired, there is no trash can, a lot of dust, no pencil, pillows without changing and especially the Hispanic supervisor called Marta all day I saw her entertained with the cell phone, even inside the rooms, (because you hear what she is talking about) when you are supposed to be inspecting and not wasting your time on the cell phone! Now I understand why the rooms are not clean.

Rooms were dusty, carpets were not well vacuumed, and sheets were stained. Not all of the outlets and lamps would actually turn on and it was difficult to turn the shower all the way off. Pipes/AC were loud enough to require earplugs. That being said beds were comfortable, staff were polite, and location was good, I'd potentially stay here again, I just hope it's cleaner.

Overnight guest and we are there monthly for my husband's class. The hotel is very nice. The rooms have a pure allergy filter which is very nice. Loud banging sounds occurred this morning around 9 am. Thankfully we were up, but it would have been very annoying if we were still sleeping.

I m giving it 2 stars because we didn t stay there and it looks like a nice hotel. My issue was the staff and food quality when we had a banquet dinner there tonight. So we attend The Dinner Detective performance and the show was comical and entertaining enough but we pay $65 per person and the food was not even edible. It was so over cooked and the staff was incredibly rude. Our table asked several staff members for ice tea and was told it wasn t included and then find out it is they just hadn t made any tea. Once he made it he said now everybody will start asking for tea too. Seriously is it that hard to pour tea?!??!! Then a guy reaches over my shoulder tosses some papers over to the other side of the table and grabbed an empty bread basket. All they had to do was ask or say excuse me. I ve waited tables before and would never treat anyone like that but I guess since the tip was already included it didn t matter. FYI I would ve tip extra had they been a bit more attentive and kind. Would never pay for this experience again because of the food and staff but not fair to blame the show for the hotels issues.
