Elevators are match boxes, and there wasn't anything special about the place. 360 bar is okay, but nothing to scream about!

Don't complain about anything. They're a vindictive bunch.
Rooms are decent and pretty new, but compared to other hotels of similar quality, the rooms weren't as nice. The bathroom door catches on the toilet, toilet paper is hard to access (under the sink, a little behind the toilet). When we stayed, housekeeping walked in before we checked out (and we still had two hours until checkout). The lobby and restaurant were really nice, but to get to the restaurant you need to go all the way down, have a staff member key you in, then go all the way back up to the top floor. Staff was friendly.
The engineer guy helped us set up a game console on the room TV, 10/10 for him
Our favorite hotel in the Lou! If you're planning a trip to Busch Stadium, the Arch, Ballpark Village or anywhere near by, I would highly recommend the Hilton at the Ballpark!! We've stayed here dozens of times and always our #1 choice!!
The property is nice and in a great location. I was put in the West Tower and it seems very dated. Internet continues to drop. I'm a Diamond Member so I am supposed to get water, still haven't seen that. I can literally hear the conversation in the next room and the people next door aren't talking loud at all.
Perfect place to stay, for visiting ballpark village. Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly.
Always stay here. Always meet cool people at the bar and the staff is very attentive .
I must say this place is huge. Two towers. One side of the hotel offers the view of Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals. 360 bar is located on the roof of the main tower, which nice place to be on a home game. Food is good and the drinks are cold. Rooms are some of the better looking and comfortable around the $100 mark. Clean and modern that are smoke free. Definitely worth a stay if in town for the Cardinals.
Second stay and the hotel and the staff are always great! The valet guys are always so nice. However the parking attendants in the parking garage are HORRIBLE and just rude. Every time I had to leave (which was only twice) they tried to make me pay an extra $20 besides the $26 i already paid through the hotel. I'm sure Hilton doesn't hire the parking attendants but for such friendly nice people to be working for the hotel, it really takes away from your Hilton stay experience to have to deal with the rudeness in the parking garage. And to have to walk all the way back to the front desk for a new parking ticket every time was so irritating. I will stay at the hilton again but if I have to deal with this again i'll just find another hotel to start going to when I have to come to st. Louis. I think the rules for parking in that garage need to be communicated better between the hotel and the parking attendants, cause their seems to be some sort of miscommunication between the 2. If you plan on staying her I'd advise to spend the extra money on valet services to avoid the headache and frustration of fooling with the parking attendants in that garage.
Good location near Arch and Cards stadium, but parking is not connected and an additional charge. Room had a nice view, but poor water pressure and subpar shower head.
Nice location, friendly and helpful staff, room was clean, comfy beds, loved the service, they kept checking to see how the stay was going and if we needed anything, I missed the rooftop bar it was closed on December 24th and 25th maybe next time ,I hear the rooftop bar is really nice. We ordered some burgers & fries, delicious. The blackout curtains were awesome for day sleeping . Very clean pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.
Mediocre room, seems a little dated. I was in the west tower, so it was a little walk from the front desk. Friendly staff.
Right next to ballpark as expected, and very close to st Louis arch as well. Room was quite nice, and the rooftop bar is pretty great as well.
Very friendly staff, luxury accomadations, excellent price.
Had a fantastic view from the newly renovated wing overlooking the park and with a side view of the arch which was beautiful in the morning during sunrise. The rooftop bar is amazing and not to be missed!
Excellent view of Busch Stadium. Perfect location if going to a Cardinals game.
This hotel is one of our favorites. Very accommodating and comfortable. There are many sites and restaurants within walking distance, including the Ballpark Village. Don't miss the attractions.
One of the best kept hotels I ve ever been too before. The staff is very attentive and caring and the views of Busch Stadium and the city are breathtaking
Very nice hotel. Elevators get to be a challenge at times, but very comfortable. Non valet parking is a few blocks away and can be a pain if you domt want to pay 40/night for valet.
Really bad WiFi. Low ceilings. Hit my head on the ceiling in the bathroom
The location is great, but the hotel itself is a bit run down. That said, the beds are comfortable and the view of the center of the St Louis Cardinal universe can't be beat except by a trip to the top of the Arch. We will stay again.
Comfortable room, impeccable service, and every expected convenience.
Great beds comfy excellent view of arch nice people and very respectful and kind staff
Great location, clean rooms, attentive service. Nice rooftop bar and executive lounge.
Leaving in the morning was our only complaint...the valet was shorthanded, had to wait
Would stay again. Great location and views! Pool and hot tub were nice. On site Starbucks was a big plus.
The hotel has become old and outdated. Only stay here if you can stay in the main tower closest to the lobby as the other one is old and further away.
Great staff. Rooms can be overpriced for what they are. Elevator situation is real bad.
The rooms are large enough. Some nice views of the arch. The valet is expensive and pickup is inconveniently located on the opposite end of the hotel. The east tower could definitely use another elevator.
Has a great view of the city with a nice indoor pool and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and maids are nice and helpful. Would stay there again.
The elevator system is terrible. During the day they have 3 small elevator working. They hold 11 adults minus luggage. After the 360 bar opens they only have 2 elevator. Which means 15 plus minutes to wait for an elevator after a game on Saturday night.
I will only be giving one star because of the view. I went with a group, and the billing was a disaster! They charged two different cards to hold the rooms. They couldn't spit up the cost of the rooms for anything, and multiple people got billed two or more times after check out. If you do decide to stay here TRIPLE check what they bill you!
Nice hotel, but the elevator situation is horrible; cars are small meaning a long wait for a ride during peak times. Parking cost at least $20, even for guests.
We stopped at the Starbucks while on our way to the Arch! Great service, easy to access location, and great coffee!
Absolutely the worst Hilton ever! When we first pulled up to valet, there was no one in sight. I finally acquired my own cart at which point I heard a foreign accent individual yell something about how he would be there at some point. He finally helped load one bag, rolled the cart in the door and said this was the end of his assistance and hand out for tip. This is not a reflection of the staff as a whole but more of the poor management that made our stay extremely disappointing. Second of all there was food left over from the previous stay in our refrigerator. We had to request a cot even though we checked in 3. Fine, however, they dropped off the cart with no blanket or pillows. They chose not to advise us that room service was not active, which wouldn t have been an issue however our vending machine on our floor was empty for the three nights we stayed, we couldn t even get water. Service, price and food quality at the in house bar was horrible. So what they do is blame 3rd party vendors for their garbage service. Guess what, you hired them idiots. Don t plan on using the pool if you stay here, it is continuously full of children. Valet $45/day. Management at this facility should be ashamed of the quality or lack there of, they are providing.
Room was okay, but considering the price of the room it was ridiculous that breakfast and parking was an additional fee.
Stayed here with my family last week to take my husband on a Father's day weekend trip. As soon as we got there a fire alarm went off, I smelled smoke, so me along with my two little girls in a panic(my husband was moving the car) had to run down 21 flight of stairs only to find out once we got down to the 1st floor that it was a false alarm! My two 7 yr olds were terrified running down the stairs and one fell tripping over her sandals and I fell trying to get to her. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk asking why couldn't they notify guests that it was a false alarm? She said the restaurant on top floor burned some chicken wings but not much empathy was shown. We were all out of breath and I was upset that my girls were shaken up and hurt. When we finally do get back to the room I noticed our sheets were dirty, by this point I was too tired to call and request different ones. Thank God I had brought my own and my girls had their blanket.
I had so many things planned for the weekend and I tried to enjoy it as much as I could but I was severely sore the entire trip barely able to walk due to the pain in my legs and lower back.
I went to my doctor yesterday because the pain has still not subsided, and he believes I pulled alot of muscles in my back and legs, and had to prescribe muscle relaxers. It is so bad that my husband has to help pull me off of the couch!
I have tried reaching out the their General Manager Jason Several times and I have yet to get a call back.
The location is about the only positive at this location. When arriving in the room, our toilets weren't fully flushed, there was gum on the wall, and the A/C didn't work. After a 12 hour day of work, we returned to The hotel to find that the elevators weren't all working and it took nearly 10 minutes to get in an elevator just to realize that our keys weren't working either. After telling the front desk about all of these issues, they told us "sorry" and gave us new keys and an oscillating fan to put in the room!!!! That's it! Horrible customer service!
Great place! If you want the experience of crazy ball park crowd then stay here if you don't then choose a different hotel. Unless you ask for a room away from the crowds. Overall the place is clean and the beds are comfortable. It is a great place just turned off by the crazy drunk young crowd.
We absolutely love staying here! Not only are the rooms clean and it s close to everything the hotel restaurant/bar area is amazing with the best staff! My personal favorite is Doug! He goes above and beyond for his guests. Aww come once a year for a dance function and he even remembers us! Looking forward to my next stay there!!
When I travel to St Louis I always try and stay at the Hilton at the Ball Park. The rooms and property are always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.
The roof top bar has excellent City view and a great view of the ball park.
Very bad service room service messed up two out of three times but one of messed up twice
Nice venue for events or a great evening at the rooftop bar. The view at the bar creates a beautiful ambiance, whether it be with friends or a date! The workers at the hotel & bar are also all very respectful and nice.
Needs more Elevator, or scalator, 30 mins of waiting for the elevator is quit bad, no AC on the hallway,
This hotel has great pool attendants and great door attendants. The front desk guy was nice until he listen to the lying managers saying we had 30 people in our room.
Very nice room, excellent view and friendly staff. Did have to pay $27 for all day parking to be able to use our car and the garage was a little further than we would have preferred to walk but overall our stay was great!
Nice rooms and location but damn! It's so big and spread out you walk for miles between front desk or amenities to your room you almost need a shuttle
Used a conference room. It was a great size and very tidy
Overall a great stay. No complaints other than it taking 30 min to get our car from valet parking.
I have stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time. The downtown location that is Busch Stadium adjacent is perfect for a baseball weekend. The rooms are spacious and many of the towers have been recently rennovated. Each floor and each tower has a pretty great view. If you're lucky you may even get a view of The Arch park. The staff is great here and is extremely accommodating. Definitely check out 360 on the top floor and be sure to grab some St. Louis originals such as fried ravioli and Imo' pizza from the restaurant.
Once again..... beautiful night. Great people- watching. Tasty fries! Lol
Can't wait for the warm summer nights
We had to wait 25 minutes to check in. Our room was clean, but smelled like sewage. Would stay there again, but NOT in that room.
The location of the hotel was perfect--just a short walk to the Arch. My room was awesome, very comfortable with a great view of the Arch. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful too.
The hotel is very nice in appearance both on the exterior and the lobby. The room however is lacking in amenities and is very dated. The popcorn ceiling was pealing off and most if not all the furniture was dinged up and scratched. The king bed had dirty linens with some small blood stains on the sheets. At this price I would have expected the quality of the room to be better. Also plan to pay for parking or valet for an additional fee.
Great local for sports fan to visit and watch. there team play
Knowledgeable, pleasant, considerate staff, there are many options and many wonderful sites.
Had drinks at a conference after-party. Seems like a decent venue. It is right across the street from the Cardinals stadium and within walking distance of Anheuser-Busch but that's about it.
Only went to see the view lol but it was worth it!!!
THE BEDS WERE A JOKE - NO REST AT ALL - CAME HOME FORCED TO GO SEE CHIROPRACTOR DUE TO THE BACK PAIN - VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HILTON
