Room is decent, beds have no fitted sheets only a bed topper, which in our room has a stain (looks like from coffee) our group has about 4 rooms probably won't be returning to this hotel. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable, (we have a 2 queen room) Bar looks nice but haven't really checked it out yet. Not free breakfast but they do have order off menu or Buffett, which is about 20/adult. Shower head is broken so won't stay up.
Coat of parking is outrageous, $27 per night in self parking if you want to be able to go in and out of the garage. Room was OK but my shower didnt drain. Conference Room and set up was nice.
Attended a weekend of Irish Dance competition, meeting rooms were adequate, food service was adequate, nothing really stood out good or bad.
I wasn't expecting the out dated room. The lamp by the bed couldn't be turned on because the button was pushed in. The bathroom had peeling wall paper and broken tile. I paid $222 for one night and got a room for the early 90's and a 20" inch tv that could barely be seen at the bed. The amenities of the hotel are updated except in the old tower I was in there was just 2 small elevators servicing 26 floors! It was ridiculous. Someone thought it was a great idea to throw a restaurant at the top and dedicate 1 elevator to that while 25 floors shared 2 small elevators which included staff like housekeeping! We were constantly fighting and waiting on elevators. Such a disappointing stay. Also have to pay for wifi. The days inn is much nicer and this is free along with a new cleaner room for well under this price. Make sure you book in the new tower not the one the restaurant is on. It's a rip off.
Also my faucet in the bathroom was broken. No parking available and the valet parkers literally pull you out of the vehicle to try to get the cars moving. I stood out there watching them as my husband drove around the block to find a parking deck (another expense) and they were trying to get to the nice cars and when a regular Ford Focus pulled up they were like almost annoyed but a really nice Lexus pulled up and they were pushing each other over trying to valet drive it. It was weird bc they had a valet full sign up when we pulled up. I guess our car wasn't nice enough for them to valet park.
This hotel is not adherent to Covid precautions at all, no limits on public spaces or elevators, TONS of people not wearing masks, very little cleaning and no housekeeping or other services you d expect with a hotel. Staff was not helpful except for Greg who was a real pleasure. We wanted a quick getaway from the covid crisis but are leaving feeling more vulnerable.

Our room was great and the check in was pretty easy and painless. Club 360 was smaller than I thought it'd be but a nice atmosphere. I was disappointed that there wasn't room to dance like we had anticipated after reaching their website and other reviews.
Stay was good except the bathtub clogged one morning and it took two calls to the front desk before they sent out a plumber to fix. Other guests complained about the weak water pressure as well when showering.
Nice facility, good rooms, great location for ballpark, but pricey.

Visited for a conference. The bars and roof top bar were nice. Had constant issues with out room. The shower boxes was set up backwards. So Hot was C and Cold was H. The shower novel didn t work causing water everywhere. This was a common issue for many conference attendees.
Our toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom floor with out us even using it.
There was built up grime around the toilet handle too. Overall, will not be staying at this Hilton for future St. Louis visits.

The hotel is great as always but customer service was absolutely horrible today. I actually moved from 1 clerk to the next in hopes that things would be handled a little more respectfully but that didnt happen. When you're playing $300 for a hotel room the staff should at least be friendly. Last night we stayed in a Holiday Inn, much cheaper, and much more friendly.

Was a little bit breezy. Visited near 6 pm and the outdoor section was nice and too crowded. Drinks and lobster roll were great.

The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to Busch Stadium. They charge for everything, including internet! Who does that?! The elevators are ridiculously small and you are forced to use their people to bring your luggage via cart. I don't mind paying money for the experience, but the bathroom has the most horrible design, no space! If you were to slip you'd end up with a head injury. Everything is so overpriced and not worth it at all. Book somewhere else!!

Location is right next to the old courthouse. The Arch is a less than 10 minute walk away! Service is very professional and courteous. Rooms are good and sound proofed. Would highly recommend a stay here!
We had a great time there. The staff was super helpful and friendly we went for the cardinals division series final game and this is an awesome location, just walk across the street and your at the Busch Stadium your also within walking distance of the old historic courthouse and arch and plenty of good food. I recommend this hotel and just use valet for parking, It s a bit more money but you gotta pay to park anyway so just pay them and let them fight your traffic

I was their for a work conference. The employees were wonderful and the rooms clean. Not a huge fan of the baseball decor, I found it very cheesy.

Executive suite is a bit smaller than expected, but nice. Hot tub is large. Amenities are decent. Friendly staff.
Not quite worth the price of a room but it was ok. Paid $250 a night for a ballpark view and we were on the 4th floor and really only see the top of the ballpark. Got a 2 queen room, it was a tiny, plus no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
The hotel is located at a convenient location in downtown St Louis close to popular spots such as the gateway arch. The price is affordable and the service was prompt.

The Hotel is beautiful and has a lot of potential with a great location. The problem I have is therooms are outdated and has a mildew odor. The parking cost too much for the location. I didn't feel safe walking to my car and I shouldn't have to pay extra for valet. People shouldn't be held hostage into paying a high price because you guys are so close to the stadium. I'm sure rates will rise once pandemic is over and thats unfair to people who work hard for their money.

Very misleading front desk. When I showed up in the middle of the night, the front desk attendants seemed like we were bothering them and even took the time to stop and pay for his food delivery in the middle of check in. The first room they put us in looked like just the beds were made and that's it. There were moldy coffee filters in the coffee maker. Trash was still in the cans. Crumbs on the windowsills and the place was very dusty. The parking was to be $20 per night and it was come and go as you please. Received the bill under my door sometime in the middle of our last night and was floored due to having been charged twice per day. Motel 6 would of been an improvement.

Awesome hotel. Great staff. So close to Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. Could not recommend more. Parking is steep but that is true anywhere downtown.
This is a good hotel. The front desk people are great and they will hold your luggage no problem. I would say the staff is fantastic here. The negative are its a dated hotel, doesn t have a lot of updated and you have to share the elevators with people going to the rooftop bar. The elevator thing drove me nuts because I would have to wait to get on a different elevator since they get full so quick.
I went to Bar360 for dinner and drinks as part of a bachelorette party. We all loved the atmosphere! Service was a little slow as the restaurant/bar was very buay, but the food and drinks were great! I plan on going back soon!
Went to a Cardinals game for a birthday party and had a great time. The room was real nice and had a great time.
This is a comfortable hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The location is great, is close to the Arc, the Busch Stadium and many bars and restaurants around. The service in general is quite good!

Hotel is pretty old. Room was ok at best. AC was not cooling appropriately. They did check it out for me and the handyman said it's the best it would cool the room, however I found that hard to believe, he did end up replace the AC and lo and behold, cooling improved.
The lobby gets so busy at night since there's a bar, but this causes a long line at the elevators and people staying at the hotel will have to wait in a line to get to their rooms!
The parking garage elevator is as filthy as it gets.
I think it needs some serious renovation.
Unlikely to stay here again.

We actually stopped by Starbucks on the way to the game to grab some Joe. Quick friendly service and helpful staff.
