Parking g was an absolute nightmare! There was a ballgame and we had trouble just trying to check in. Very confusing finding the self parking that we have to pay for. Other hotels don't make us pay for parking. Do know if I'd comee back to this particular hilton.

The young man at Guest Services was very polite and understood our needs when I asked to switch rooms. I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with the beautiful view. The hotel is located in a great area in downtown St Louis however I will admit that I did prefer the Hilton that is just across the street by the arch- If you're going to stay at Hilton, make sure you stay at the one by the arch and get a Corner Room - you won't regret it!

Very cheap. There was no drinking water in the room at all and I don t understand why did they put a coffee maker with no water available.

You have to pay for the parking..you have to pay for the internet. The hallway to the room was smelled weird+ bathroom is very small and they will tell you the check out is 11 am regardless the 12 pm check out in the website.
The Starbucks line in the morning is very long and there is no online order for this location.

Went to Bar 360 on the top floor, excellent views though could use more shade on the outside patio for the hot summer months. Bartenders were friendly and sociable, providing a nice laid back atmosphere

Booked Executive King with Ballpark View with reservations line. This is NOT what they booked. Furthermore, I ve had MUCH nicer & MUCH larger rooms that were not executive rooms. The extra cost was ONLY for access to the lounge. The room is totally basic and very small AND NOT FACING THE BALLPARK...or the arch...or even the downtown park. I see other hotels. Way to go Hilton! Front desk said, What do you want me to do? I want to make this right. However, the promised room was not avail....so it can t be made right at this point, unless we kick those people out.?.?.? She knew there was nothing good to offer; so she offered nothing. #hiltonhonorsbenifits in action.

chose this hotel for its location as I needed something downtown and the location was good but the property seems pretty rundown. I stayed in the east tower. The room was large but the furnishings looked old and worn out. The furniture looked like it was from the early 1990s. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was small. You have to shut the bathroom door to use it and the shower curtain was too short and the water pressure was terrible. Toilet paper is hidden under the counter and hard to use. In the room, the light fixtures were loose; the luggage stand was broken and there were marks on the walls. The room was either too hot or too cold no matter how I adjusted the thermostat. No USB ports and the electrical outlets were so worn, my charger plugs just fell out. The lobby was nice and there is a Starbucks which is good because the restaurant was pretty bad. The service was good but the food wasn't. I did enjoy the pool and gym during my short stay. Bottom line is the place was okay but you can probably do better in downtown St. Louis for the price. I would not stay there again. It just seemed like a tired property where there isn't much money being spent on fixtures or furniture. The east tower rooms are in serious need of a refresh.

The views are amazing. You re either able to view the Arch or have a perfect view of the ballpark. The city is beautiful at night. I love being able to walk over to ballpark village to grab a bite at multiple restaurants within the village. The ballpark itself is also walking distance. There is also a rooftop lounge with fire pits with beautiful views on top of the hotel. You could socialize while ordering drinks and food at the same time. When in need, there s also a Starbucks located within the hotel as well.

Great location within walking distance to the Arch but otherwise typical business class hotel. Comfortable but nothing special. Woeful lack of outlets in the room. Returned recently and the bathroom has a wash basin which didn't drain and no curtains for the shower, which is why I removed a star from my previous time.

1 1/2 hrs to check in. Reserved a room with a ballpark view and two queen beds, but our room was given to someone else and we were left with a room with no view and two full beds. It is well worth the extra money to book at the Drury or Hyatt. People were friendly, just ill prepared.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The location is great because it is pretty much in the heart of downtown and there is easy access to a lot of local restaurants. You can either pay for valet parking which is about $40 to $50 dollars or you park across the street at an offsite parking lot for approximately $27. Breakfast and wifi in your room are not included. Free wifi in the lobby. I felt like the receptionist who checked us in was rude when I was inquiring about prices. Other staff members were nice. The lobby has a nice seating area. The room was okay. The bathroom did have some stains in the tub. Otherwise the rest of the room was fairly clean and you get a nice city view from your room. The best part about the hotel was the roof top patio. Definately busy, but awesome view and the weather was great for September.

Staying here right now for a work retreat. I'm very disappointed in the room for what it's costing and the valet service is a joke! We are staying in a West Tower room that shows a lot of wear and tear. There is rust on the light fixture in the bathroom and the flooring in the bathroom needs to be redone. The beds feel like trampolines and the pillows are worn out. For almost $300 a night I could have stayed in another hotel with a much nicer room. Now about the valet. When we first dropped the car off with valet, the interaction with the attendant was fine. When we went to pick it up the workers at the pick up location were rude and unprofessional. When we brought the car back later in the day, there was a sign that said valet was full. Keep in mind i'm paying for valet ($40 a day). It's part of the bill for my room. So we pulled in and the attendant wanted to know how he could help us. I told him we needed to valet the car so we could go to our room. He then proceeded to tell us that valet was full and wanted to know if we had a guest pass for the valet. I told him that we were never given a guest pass for the valet. He then told us that when we left earlier in the day the valet should have given us one. At first he wasn't going to valet our car, so I told him that I wanted my money back. At this point he asked for our room number and went into the hotel. I have no idea what he was doing. When he came back out he said he could valet our car, but to ask for a guest pass when we left again. During the whole interaction I felt like he thought it was our fault that we didn't get a guest pass. Last time I checked, it wasn't my job to know how to do his job. This hotel is the preferred hotel in St. Louis for my work so my firm spends a lot of money at this hotel. They have their employees stay here and they also use the facilities for work seminars and retreats. I will be sure to let the appropriate people at my office know about my experience so that maybe they can choose a different preferred hotel.

This place is absolutely awful. Do not stay here. Seriously. Over a 5 day stay, I had more negative encounters with the staff than positive ones. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and the beds just had sheets and comforters laid on them. It was a truly awful experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!! You will regret it just like we do.

Great location. Directly across from the ballpark as the name implies. Super friendly staff. My wife is a Hilton rewards member and they were constantly checking on us to make sure our stay was good. They even gave us a free breakfast voucher. The lobby gets extremely busy before and after games. The elevators are small and somewhat claustrophobic if more than 4 adults ride. Parking is over $40/night.

Comfortable, simple rooms decorated with old Cardinals player photos. Nice indoor pool and huge hot tub. One downside is the parking. The garage is about a block from the hotel. The street is a one-way going the opposite direction of the hotel, so if you leave and want to drive to the hotel to load your bags after your stay, you have to drive down to the next block and then double back three blocks to get back to the hotel.

Rooftop restaurant was really cool. lobby area is very nice and hotel in a great location. I stayed in the east tower and the rooms were dated and no convenient electrical outlets. I heard that rooms in the west tower have been updated.

I was very impressed with every departmental staff. From the front desk, to the housekeeping to the very polite staff parking the vehicles . Would recommend to anyone staying in st. Louis.

I get it "covid" so I'll give it 3 and not 2 or 1 stars.
The room was nice just like everyone else says it is noisy we were on the 23rd floor. Great downtown view and we could see the 3rd base side of the stadium.
Housekeeping has to be asked for a day in advance so we asked for new towels on our 3rd day but never got them because we didn't ask for the the prior day. I mean how hard is it to drop off 2 or 3 towels, it's not like we asked them to make the beds.

No lounge again covid so we got 3 appetizer coupons for the 3 nights. Breakfast was good a lot of food as diamond members it was free but even if you had to pay it was a lot of food.

Basic services need more but the stay in general was good. Just not great.

The Hilton at the Ball park was a great hotel. It has two towers, east and west. The views of the downtown were amazing. The pool and hot tub were great, they were on the 2nd floor of the East tower, and the rooftop bar in the east tower was hopping and you can go out on the roof. Will definitely stay here again.

I'm not a person who leaves negative reviews. Typically I just forget the experience and eat the money it costs. First they didn't have the room I bought. The man behind the desk was muffled through his mask (Not really his fault) and they gave us what they said was an equivalent room. It was not. We lost the concierge buffet breakfast in the transition. The view sucked. The room was dirty. The toilet had stains of the defecate nature. This was a planned trip for me and the wife just to get away and instead of relaxing and enjoying ourselves it was just wasted money. I really try to make the best of any situation but there was no coming back from this one.

Rooms were slightly dated although we had very nice views from our panoramic windows and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's theme pay homage to the city's rich baseball history. We really enjoyed our stay here.

First room they put us in maintenance was working on. So went downstairs to get another room. It took a very long time to get another room. The second room was not the view I requested. The room was dirty and smelled. On the second day the shower broke and waited for maintenance to come fix it. Missed our dinner reservation. Very loud street noise and listened to barking dog for 2 days. Long wait times for the elevators. I don't recommend.

Customer service is horrible. We paid $40 for one night of valet. And we had to walk downstairs to ask for our car to be pulled up. The waiter was rude and the buffet was not worth the price.
