The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet! We had an enjoyable stay.

Room really smelled horrible. Thought someone took a monster dump like 6 min b4 i checked in. This was not true. Turns out the smell was the chemicals they used to clean bathroom. If bathroom door was kept closed, room was ok. Dirty sheets and filthy shower curtain wasn't great. Ovetall, rest of amenities were great. And my conference was top notch. But beware if you are a germaphobe.
City view room in the East Tower. These are the "cheap" rooms at about $200 per night with all applicable fees and taxes included. There were mildew stains in the shower, the showerhead was covered with calcium buildup, the bathroom light fixture was rusting and the paint was peeling off the bathroom vent. The main room had a large crack in the ceiling, peeling wall paper and weird stains where the wall met the ceiling. The outlet strip which was supposed to be built into the desk was just sitting on top of the desk and there was something poking out of the side of the mattress, which scratched my husband's leg as he got out of bed. It was my understanding that the west tower was recently renovated but the east tower had not been yet. However, every item I have mentioned could, and should, have been taken care of by either housekeeping or maintenance. For the money, I expected much better.
Great location at ballpark village. Nice room, clean area. Had business meeting there worked out great
It was a nice, modern facility, but a nightmare with a small child in a stroller. We attended an Irish dance competition there last weekend and the way the ballrooms are arranged, there are multiple levels with stairs everywhere. There was a handicap device on one set is stairs, had we been wheelchair bound instead. But it was not easy or convenient to navigate with small children. Not very many family friendly dining opportunities either, unless you want Starbucks 3 meals a day. Not for families, in my opinion.
Best place to stay in St Louis and great views of the ballpark during baseball season.
If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
Great hotel. Service was excellent. Staff as usual was very friendly & courteous. Food at the bar & restaurant was really good. Great location downtown. Highly recommended.
This hotel is across the street from the ballpark. The rooms a very comfortable, bedding soft, luxurious sheets and comforter. The open style lobby has a large gas fireplace, a bar area and registration area. Within the hotel is a Starbucks, a bistro and a security guards access to the Roof Top Bar. The staffing is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back.
Across the street from the ballpark. Nice rooms and friendly customer service.
Rude staff. Stayed 2 nights. 2nd night they locked all the parking ramp elevators. Very inconvenient to do to guests. Which they treat nothing like guests. Staff was really rude, and short with any question. Had to wait 5 minutes for gate to lift for parking because the attendant was on phone not paying attention to us. Will not be spending my money there again. $135 and not even a microwave in room....smh. horrible experience.
Decent looking hotel overall, the girl that registered us was rude and didn't have our room ready until after 4:30. This was our 3rd time staying here and only one time did we thoroughly enjoy our stay. The last two times have been for Cubs and Cardinals games, and the room rates are literally doubled. First game our air was not working and it smelled bad. They resolved the smell and air after two attempts. This time our toilet didn't flush unless you stood holding the handle for about 2 minutes. It's already spending $500 (per night) for a 1 king room (with very little space to walk around) and with a roll away for our daughter, but now we get to enjoy everyone having to stand around in the bathroom to flush the toilet. Not happy with this visit at all. At the very least they did everything to accommodate our last visit issues. We were pleased with management care, this visit literally was one thing after another. First rude registration, then tiny overpriced room, and then toilet that doesnt work right. Did I mention when I called the night we checked in, they didn't even note it for the morning shift, so nobody came to do anything before we all could start getting ready. Thanks Hilton!
Amazing. Super nice staff, and absolutely beautiful hotel.
Visited 360 drinking establishment for dinner and cocktails. It is at the top of the hotel. A bit run down, stained floors, dirty glass separations, disorganized staff.... Very pleasant though and really trying, hut oh, so lacking leadership. One of the cooks was on his phone behind the grill half of the time we were there. Will probably not return, since the views are not that spectacular .
Was not given the group rate at the All Academies Ball even though others I know were give the rate. Used my son's military discount. Early in the evening our toilet nearly overflowed. Nothing was done. I informed them upon check out...they acted like it was no big deal.
Room was excellent. Rooftop bar was also great. Would recommend if you can afford it.
Talk about customer service......Will, thank you for going above and beyond to help us. Jayson, we appreciate your for making our stay memorable.
Let's just say the bell hops and the bed was the best
The room was very clean and nice. I booked with a booking agent online and saved quiet a bit of money. I wasn't happy that they booked merr in a handicap room and that I was charged because I chose to park my own car instead of letting the valet park it. Overall it was a great place to stay!
I have stayed here multiple times. The staff is great!
The bar upstairs was very nice and the food was delicious.
I stopped in for Starbucks before attending an event at the stadium. The service was great and they seemed to have a good selection of items in the attached store for guests and visitors to purchase.
Nice rooms and friendly staff. Location is very close to the Arch
The hotel is nice. Parking is pricey but for the location I suppose its fitting. The room was nice and clean. I was a little disappointed there was not a microwave in the room but that is the only thing I can really complain about.
Rooms are new, clean, and modern. If you're a Cardinals fan, you'll love that the stadium is right across the street. Valet parking is pricey, but worth it if you're in town for a game (and can stay in parking until 4pm the next day). Plenty of food/drink/entertainment within walking distance. For us it was a Friday night ball game with a Saturday walk to the Arch. We will stay here again.
Awesome place for every type of occasion from ball games to weddings to date nights to conventions this place offers it all!!! Not only is the 360 bar awesome, but the bar in the lobby is always full and a great time with great bartenders and servers!
There is no better place to stay in St. Louis. Close to many attractions downtown. If you are attending a Cardinals game, it is right across the street.
Great place that was a nice walk to the convention center!
Great place to stay if you want to see the city. It's centrally located to most of the destinations. Hotel itself is lovely. Bar on the top floor has terrific view of the city and ball field.
We were at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark for business, found it to be very clean, friendly service, great rooftop bar/restaurant.
Very comfortable accommodations. Had a very positive experience.
I would definitely stay here again if I return to st.louis. great customer service
Very nice staff and super clean rooms, but the elevator is frustratingly slow...
Had a group event here. Friendly and helpful staff, and convenient conference rooms.
Great atmosphere for fun, food, & drinks on any day!!
The rooftop bar plays live music. Unless you like sleeping under a bar find another hotel. No earplugs or warning was given when booking with a 2 year old child. $300 for a sleepless night. What a joke.
It's a full fledged Hilton stumbling distance from Busch stadium with a bar on the roof overlooking the field. What's not to like?
Clean and specious rooms, good service by hotel staff....very conveniently located from all major attractions, restaurants....swimming pool is small, crowded and water temperature is not maintained during our stay. Night shift front desk staff can be little more pleasant..but overall great experience for room and service. Would definitely stay again if in st.louis
Clean, great staff, comfortable king-sized bed. Only negative was no fridge or microwave, although staff brought us a refrigerator upon our request. Overall, would recommend.
Nice and clean.. Drinks on the rooftop. Ballpark a block away.
We spent an evening at 360 Bar and really enjoyed our 4th of July. The fireworks were beautiful and food and drinks were great. Definitely should've made a reservation as it was crowded and most tables were sitting vacant waiting for the reserved party. We had a great night!
Overall the experience was wonderful! Easy to navigate the large hotel, and the staff was wonderful, respectful, and cracked a joke here and there, so certainly worth it!
Loved this hotel & it s location! The staff was very friendly & accommodating!
I have no idea. I'm literally just doing this review for Googleplay credit. It looked nice as I was walking past it.
Wonderful accommodations. Clean rooms, nice lounges. Also within walking distance of a lot of great downtown eateries.
I was there for a football conference this weekend and it was an awesome location! Very close to Ball Park Village and a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.
The 360 located in the Hilton at the Ballpark is a great departure from the crowds at Ballpark Village. Great views, nice small plates selections and a good crowd.
Great rooms. Great service. Wow the view from the rooftop bar! Simply amazing.
We had some water from the rain dripping in on the window sill and there was some mold in the shower, but overall, it was okay
Nice scenery from the windows. The ballpark is right across the street. So many things to do around the Hilton for people traveling or vacationing with family.
We had a fantastic time, the room overlooked the ballpark and was really nice. The staff was great, and let us know about things to do since it was our first visit to St. Louis. No complaints here, and will definitely be back.
Good service
Front desk was attentive and interested
No soap two days in a row at the lobby bar bathroom
The hotel was beautiful. I had a wonderful view of the ballpark from my window. The arch was very close to the hotel and is amazing to see. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food from fresh fruit to omelettes to order. I would definitely return to visit.
Great downtown location, exceptional staff, ideal place to meet for coffee/cocktail
Nice place. The 360 bar was awesome but very expensive. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable.
Overall room feels a bit outdated. It is clean and executive loungde have good food and soft drink options.
