Great hotel, friendly staff, but the parking was an absolute mess! Why charge for parking when hotel management is aware the payment machine does not work. Standing in a queue for 25 minutes watching people wanting to pay run up and down asking for some change.

Great hotel but make sure the cleaning staff dont remove any items

Very nice hotel as well as the restaurant where I attended a company event a few years ago is of excellent quality. The cleanliness of the rooms and the welcome are the masters of this well-known place. Advice

Love the place and thier hospitality was top. We had great workshop and our delegates that were sleeping in were happy too

Amazing hotel perfect for hosting international visitors

Room was clean however shower continued to drip all night, no bedside globe, no hair dryer, no bin in bathroom. Breakfast fantastic and free use of computers for checking email.

Classy venue. Great for a business trip or wedding.

Staff does not have a clue what customer service means.

Professional staff and wonderful service. Rooms are tidy and clean. Food is 4/5 at best. Central location and easy access to Sandton and surrounds. Shuttles available but Uber is much more affordable and available.

Hilton has confortable rooms and Nice staff who deliver great service and are willing to accommodate your request . Amenities are well equipped. Internet is good but it seems like you cant connect more than 3devices at a time. I had a good stay here and I'll definitely return.

Centrally situated for Sandton City - a great shopping and eating experience. A typical Hilton International with well trained experienced staff. I had the privilege of staying in the Presidential Suite - a mind blowing experience all on its own
I can also however vouch for the rooms.

Went for breakfast. The bacon looked like it'd been cooked for days before, the eggs and bread were low quality. The range is now very limited. The Head Chef was so overwhelmed due to lack of help. At 250 per person, I was not pleased at all. The carpets have stains and there isn't a level of quality

Fantastic hotel, with great accommodations. The rating does not reflect the staff, nor the friendliness or feel of any one individual but merely the facilities. As there were events, restrictions were made on the pool and seating areas during the stay. It was frustrating and no alternatives or accommodations were given for the lack of access. Additionally, the cleanliness of the lobby and restaurant washrooms were surprising poor.
To end on a very positive not, a huge appreciation and gratitude to Charles (5 stars!) the driver who went above and beyond his duty to pick us up considering our difficulty with time and location. He was very kind, thoughtful and accommodating.

I like to go to Hilton Hotels, in normal clothes, and be surprised how I get treated, even though I am a Diamond Member. Here at this hotel, I was only 23 hours on the spot, there is much to say. Actually completely disappointed! In some areas, if you do not walk around with tuxedo and tie, you are poorly served (executive lounge, check in). I was not even allowed to check in at the HH Counter, and I was left in the executive lounge.
The room was large, but the shower was impossible, because the temperature tap very difficult to move. The breakfast in the restaurant was good, the staff was very friendly.
Conclusion, here the management should already consider how to deal with customers.

Nice place, stayed here for work as close to office. Services are great and staff very friendly. The accommodation offers a gym, tennis court, swimming pool and a sauna center. Also restaurant provides good food, enjoyable stay so far

CLASSIC! I like the location and i enjoyed the free shuttle service to and from the hotel to shopping mall.

Good service, accessible to the sandton city mall, the Gautrain station, Mandela square etc. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Sandton mall to guests every evening at 5pm.

5 star treatment. Buffet Breakfast is so scramptous

Spacious room and walking distance from Nelson Mandela Square.

The plug on our dressing table was not working. Dirty cutlery was standing in the wall way the whole day. Until i reported it to Management.

This is a five star hotel, therefore the 2 stars, as they need to keep up to five star rating. Bathroom, shower faulty water Luke warm, no way to warm it further. The device is faulty. Toilet seat very Cheapy flimsy plastic. Lamp switches very inconvenient at bedside. Some of the room lights not working. Very poor level of maintenance for a five star hotel. The coffee shop, wish worst coffee on the planet....for a five star at premium prices, please get a coffee barrista....as the coffee filter need to be cleaned before making next cup of coffee else you get a bitter burnt nasty tasting cup of coffee. oh ya, rooms not very well sound proofed...can hear the smallest noises out side. Air conditioning controls need attention. I have been to places in South Africa with fewer stars that was far more superior...these little places took pride and effort and went beyond to service the customer. Like city lodge or town lodge...Hilton hotels your services are not five star...how u got that rating...eish....

Nice from the outside. But small details show there's no clue about customer service. Let me in without a parking ticket. Then demand a parking ticket when I leave, forcing me to go all the way back. Truly vile coffee. Frozen puffs at the breakfast snack table. There are plenty of other fancy hotels that do it better.

Beautiful hotel. Great security guards who are readily available to help. The receptionists are friendly and the rooms are elegant. Centrally located on the main road. Tourist attraction.

The rooms are amazing, clean and the workers are friendly, but the food, except breakfast the rest of the food needs to prepared in an way that accommodates everyone from around the world

Very Nice neighborhood, side by side with Mandela Square and the Convention Center for 2018 Brics summit. High price good facilities, huge breakfast.

I am loving the employees I do not speak the language of the country and they are very attentive and patient with me.
I will spend a week at this Hilton which is super well located. I always stay in this network because its services are excellent.

Very disappointed, paid Extra for the Executive Lounge, only thing was oily cheap chicken fillet, which looked and tasted terrible. On our 2nd the lady saw us entering and switched off the lights then told us that they closed an hour earlier and that reception should have notified us.
