Really nice hotel and function venue with ample parking

Very nice hotel, comfortable, spacious and pleasant atmosphere. I like the lounge area for a relaxing and comfortable meeting area or just to have a drink or snack. Very friendly staff and excellent service from the waitrons and very quiet place. I m not sure what the rooms are like but would imagine that they are quite luxurious. JGT

Nice clean hotel, with a nice outside pool and tennis. Gym is great too.. bar area has TV and good service too

The room are spacious and neat. It has the sauna and the tennis court,which I love.

Excellent hotel, rooms are clean and huge. Breakfast was far above average. People are very kind and friendly. There is nothing to be complained about. Food in the bar is not expensive at all, and there is decent selection of beers available. You will love it.

I have been a guest of the hotel a few times. Having stayed in various rooms (including suites) I must say the shower cubicles lack a shelf for toiletries. The only place to put soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. is on a tiny plastic 'thing'. However all the negative features I can point out about the hotel end up here. This is the best hotel I have ever been to and that is why I keep coming back.

Service was really really nice and accommodations are good. Food is what I'm not that happy with. Once I ordered tomato soup and was so salty I couldn't eat it, udon noodles were too greasy and they were listed as 'keeping it light' option. The only food I enjoyed was breakfast they have many options, fruit rotates through different days, they make fresh juices and again service is really nice for breakfast as well. They also have shuttle that goes to Mandela square and back about every half and hour. ask the concierge about it.

Extraordinary smelling of the hotel welcomes you. Very kind and nice stuff. However, Although they say that there is 24 hours gym, they keep its doors and lightning closed. It has a really cozy bar with the pictures of celebrities that have been..

Spent some time meeting with friends in the foyer lounge. Very pleasant. But some of the chairs we sat in had collapsed. Uncomfortable. Otherwise the service was good, the coffee was great.

Great place to stay for a few days. Very friendly stuff. Clean and comfortable, even in standard rooms.
Breakfast is very good with a buffet. Location is close to the train station to airport and in walking distance to the Nelson Mandela Square. Will come again if in Johannesburg.

Most friendly and helpful staff. Fine dining at Tradewinds restaurant highly recommended.

Attended an awards ceremony at the Hilton. Service, catering, facilities and experience was excellent.

The service was great and food was good also. Nestlife Assurance was celebrating it's birthday journey of 23yrs in the insurance industry. 100% Black owned company. We had the celebration at Hilton with staff members from other branches Bloemfontein, Welkom, Durban, King Williams Town Port Elizabeth and the 2 Gauteng branches.

In need of an upgrade, but facilities are upmarket.

It's a Hilton. Pity when I was there for two nights there was no water, as the area was suffering with water restrictions or problems

I was there for two conferences. The set up and arrangements were professional and of a good quality. The venue looks great and technology works.

Worst food ever. Conference room had mould on ceiling. Just the hilton name remaining

Dinner was fine but skip the Passion Fruit dessert. There's no freshness nor lightness of fruit to experience.

Staff were friendly with great service. The place was good and clean

Visited the restaurant today for a work meeting. The COVID compliance officer at the entrance looked at me blankly and seemed genuinely confused until I asked him if he needed to use his sanitiser bottle and check my temperature. The restaurant was visibly neglected, this was confirmed by the greesy menus we were handed and the food was average. But the worst possible experience was visiting the ladies bathroom. I was utterly and completely disgusted by the state of the bathroom. I can't repeat what I saw but will have nightmares for a while. With so many staff hanging around, and so few visible customers the state of the bathroom for a hotel supposedly of this calibre was baffling.
