This is not expected from Hilton. Being a Hilton honors member I have been to many Hilton across the US but this is worst hotel I have ever stayed.
Room 713 is in poor shape, bathroom is so dirty, furniture is old and there are lot of stains and cuts in the furniture.Carpet isn t in good shape, not worth to spend money and stay here.

I absolutely loved the decorations! Incredible work! Front desk staff friendly and professional. Room are spacious and comfortable , water pressure perfect and towels soft! Near the water, ideal for a walk...

Terrible services!! I booked a reservation for tonight back in May for me and my daughter, and somehow they just could not find it, even with a confirmation number. I was a little frustrated with that, but that was not what's bothered me the most. The worst thing is the representatives hang up on me three times!! Was I not worth their time?? I will never even try to book that hotel ever again. 7/27/2019
I changed my rating from one star to four stars. Mr. Kellites has resolved my complaint in a professional and timely manner. I still don't know what might cause the issue regarding my reservation, but I am confident that under his leadership, the hotel would always take good care of its guests. 7/29/2019

The hotel and its amenities were great. It's an older hotel but the hotel still holds some class. However the bar food was NOT good. I ordered the cheese steak and the meat was chewy and tough, and bun was plain and a bit gross.

Close to the airport, but a bit far from any sort of real restaurant area. Rooms are clean and it is nice to be close to the bay, but you never feel like Hilton is an extremely good deal unless you really use the pool and gym.

The check-in process here went smoothly. I booked through a third-party app and I really wish that the $20/night parking fee had been more prominently mentioned in the details of the hotel. However, the low price at which we booked the hotel made up for the extra fee. The rooms were very pristine and clean, and the housekeeping staff was very nice about cleaning around the things that we left in our hotel rooms each morning when we went out to explore San Francisco. We booked double beds and that is exactly what we got - very comfy and clean double beds. An extra plus for the people still playing Pokemon Go - the elevator art is actually a Pokemon stop, so Magikarp, Horseas, and Psyducks frequently popped up while we were just laying in our beds at the end of the day. The location was great for people looking for a quiet, relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, since it is located in Burlingame, rather than San Francisco itself. I had a wonderful stay here!

The bathroom tiles should be changed. Breakfast of $20 a person is pricey. Internet speed is not fitting of the bay area. That said, the view is good. Bed is decent. The pool was heated, which was nice.

If your going to charge an arm and a leg for everything on the menu - 18 bucks for 3 pancakes and 10 for cheesecake, don t you think the cheesecake should have a crust ? I ve been traveling for work for over twenty years, and here just as long because of Kincaid s next door, but with it closed I d rather be at a Hampton, time to innovate and bring this old lady up to speed, menu quality and rooms. About Phil s review below ....

As a Gold member, we got access to the Club Lounge...

As a Gold member, we got access to the Club Lounge, which is great! This is our second home before flying out for any vacations. They gave us the great service, i.e free shuttle to the airport, free trolley to downtown Burlingame and their front offices are really nice & friendly. That's the reason we always stay here.

Meh. It's a hotel. You park your car, you check in...

Meh. It's a hotel. You park your car, you check in, they give you a key, it doesn't work. You try to go get dinner, the restaurant is out of most things. The bed is lumpy, you don't sleep well, you leave the next morning, and that's the good part.

Your Hospitality was great ive been to other Hilton Hotels but nothing like this one. Not once did i spend any money on food or beverages. every thing i ate was delicious no complains. Thank you for making my stay feel welcomed and safe.

The hotel itself is great, staff was friendly as well. However, if you use there parking garage beware they have no security guards or security cameras watching your vehicles. I had my windows smashed in and stuff was stolen out of my car. You pay for parking but no security at all protecting their customers. The staff says there is nothing they can do, however this happens a lot. I suggest if you want loyal customers to come back to your hotel you will need to beef up security and at least attempt to protect your paying customers. I will not be staying in this hotel ever again.

I can see the plane getting off at San Francisco airport well (except for some rooms). The facilities are a bit old. No fridge. Although there is a Don't Disturb tag, there is no Cleanup Room tag for some reason. There is one room service menu. If you are 180 cm tall, bet is a little short. Free Wi-Fi is slow and cuts well.

This is the most terrible experience for my family...

This is the most terrible experience for my family! First, we booked a suit, but when we arrived the room with 6 luggage s, there are someone else stay in MY ROOM! We are shocked by Hilton can make this kind of terrible mistake. Second, we ordered UBEREAT, the driver asked the front desk about which floor are we in, the front desk gave the driver a wrong floor, which caused we lost our food and drink! Can you imaging how the front desk people do not familiar with their floor map?? Third, the day we leave, we called the front desk for asking a luggage assistance, but after 10 mins, no one is coming. We called the front desk to ask when they will come, the front desk just told us no one will come, because their luggage assistant are all busy right now. But why you don t tell me at the first time I call you?? And waste our time for waiting the luggage assistance?? And we missed the airport shuttle bus by that! Overall, this is our most terrible experience in this hotel, we will rate 0 out of 100 on this hotel. Please don t come, because this hotel will totally ruined your whole travel experience!
