I checked in on July 6- July 7 at Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront. I chosen this hotel to give my mom the best visit before she leave USA. I am very disappointed of the room that it was provided for me ROOM 621. The room was really dirty and disgusting. I see hairs in the bathroom, the bedsheets is not properly fold. I did not want to put my luggage in the floors. The breakfast not so much selection but it does not matter to me except the coffee that is not hot. I hope this hotel will give more training to the employees.
