Very nice place... Beautiful location and we'll maintained

It is a large resort with good trails. Both the city of Karon and the city of Kata are close. It is good to take a walk because the beach is good. But the food inside the hotel is bad. Rotor swing Room condition is good and high-rise view is too good

The hotel is old but licked. Huge territory, comfortable. Beach across the road with clean, creaking sand. Around is quiet and calm. Dvizhuha left and right within walking distance

It's a Hilton Hotel but they cater a bit less than all of the other Hilton hotels/resorts I've stayed at. Check in and check out took too long.

I m writing this from beside the Garden View pool. My last day of a ten day trip. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping team, bar staff at happy hour and the wonderful Uthai who always greeted us with a smile at breakfast - thank you for making my trip to Phuket such a fantastic experience. I ll be back again soon and recommend your hotel resort to everybody.

There are many stories that still need to be done and fight for friends, staff and welfare. Everyone, like they used to live in the past, came to hilton.

Had a heavenly time at this place! It is so well landscaped, and so well maintained. All the services are excellent. If you can, do stay at the Hilton.

The Hilton Arcadia Resort is huge with acres of grounds, several accommodation blocks and 5 swimming pools. The housekeeping staff were very good and always spoke when you saw them and asked if you needed anything. Grounds and pools were spacious and well maitained with plenty of sunloungers - but it was quiet in February 2020. Huge standard room with big bathroom & balcony. While the rooms were spotless and comfortable I felt they were not quite 5* standard (for the cost) and need a re-paint and new furniture.

The Hilton here is not as good as you think. In a remote place, walking around requires a lot of roads and it is dangerous to be a car! A taxi is required to go out! The armrests of the balcony are very dangerous. Although they are inclined inward, they are very attractive to children. The need to take the children has always been watched. The 5th floor elevator is broken and there is no notice. The facilities in the hotel are very old, the door of the balcony can give you a big hole, but the scenery downstairs is beautiful but it is a cigarette butt! The worst thing, no matter what kind of situation you meet, there is no place to complain, the front desk here is even threatened by an alarm. It is not allowed to take pictures. Very bad experience. I am very angry! The important thing is to talk about it three times. There is no complaint here. They will play the ball at the front desk! There are no complaints here. Rooms were clean, delicious food, and most importantly excellence service.

We really enjoyed our stay and were thrilled to have such beautiful grounds and privacy yet were so close to town, street food, markets and bars. Compared to every other hotel we saw in Phuket we felt quite happy with our expo eve. There were a few small negatives but the positives far outweighed in our experience. We will be back some day.

Beautiful place. Perfect for families with kids with lots of swimming pools, children play areas, restaurants and cafes.

Great resort. Green and calm. I enjoyed 10 wonderful days in September. The staff is doing a really great job. If you stay here you will feel like being home. I will be back in early 2020!

Great setting with 5 pools. Great service and lovely staff. It's big complex so I would expect high season is crowded. We are here in last week of Oct. The food is excellent quality and fast service, the price is reasonable for big chain hotel. They're are several towers with big rooms. Big rooms as the place is old and outdated but never the less good quality and all maintained. Over all good value for money.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Hilton. The seafood buffet was superb! Only downside was many guests with noisy children running in pool areas and in Jacuzzi. The Hilton has a kids area at the pool and it would be helpful if parents with children stayed in that area so adults could relax!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Tropical Paradise it's a bass property and the room was nice as well as the executive Lounge all staff were friendly and the open-air hallways really gave us a tropical experience

Big hotel thought we are a hitlers

Amazing staff. Rooms were often cleaned more than once a day. Even took the time to organize and stack things left in room. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location but the D tower where we stayed was a bit dated. About an hour and 15 minutes from airport. Overall a pleasant experience. We rented a motorbike for transport and this worked out well.

Staff were excellent! Tram drivers, reception staff & housekeeping staff were ever willing to please. One staff member in particular was simply outstanding, his name was Pea
(Preecha on his name tag) he was in the restaurant that served breakfast. I was late for breakfast but he just went completely out of his way to assist me. A truly remarkable customer orientated person that should be in a senior role if not already.

Beds were very comfortable & the shower had good water pressure. Rooms are spacious but dated.

One of the better hotels near Karon beach. The premium rooms are really nice and the view can be beautiful if facing the beach. WiFi can be painfully slow at times. It's a bit of a trek from the airport so plan accordingly.

Very general, no special hotel, no Thai elements, the sound of room air conditioning is too noisy.

Massive property with multiple pools, bars and restaurants in a peaceful quarter of Phuket. Friendly staff and a lavish breakfast spread are a great start to the day. The beach is very clean and a stone's throw away from the property. Loved our 2 nights stay here.

Great resort. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet. However, I was a bit surprised I had to pay for drinking water at the restaurants. Thought that should be included.

Best Hilton I've stayed at as a Diamond Club member, that should say a lot. Very accommodating and went out of their way to turn our trip around after a stay at another resort went sideways. We spoke with the general manager. Very professional and attentive gentleman. I give this Hilton my highest possible endorsement without a single complaint. I am only left with wonderful stories about each and every member of the Hilton team that we interacted with here. Frankly,. the best place I've ever stayed with my family (incl. 2 children)

I love the hotel overall. I can t get enough of this stunning resort. Lovely and most friendliest staff. This is the best place to go to relax . So much to do and I like the fact that they have facility for extra activity such as yoga class and games. They kept the entire building and vicinity clean and tidy. The fish pond are everywhere. The rooms are kept clean and towels and sheet sre changed daily if you request. i totally loved the housekeeper, they are most honest people. Definitely going back and recommending this resort to my friends. The executives Markus and Robert thank you for making our stay full of excitement. Robert thanks for all the tip .

Amazing place for one to destress and enjoy the resort moment. Booked through Club 1 Hotels and received a good rate.

Amazing staff. Great view and nice pools. Tennis courts were a bit run down but the amazing breakfast made up for it.
P.s. if u get a room at the top floor facing the sea prepare for very strong winds!

We went here to celebrate our 5th anniversary. Staff had made romantic present for us on top of the bed and fruit basket for free of charge. Because we both had our health problems (not caused by Hilton Phuket Arcadia) we did not try swimming pools.

They also had nursing staff for minor problems and they cleaned my wound daily for free of charge. That was very good service!

The only negative comment we had about this place was that the AC was not working properly, it leaked and it leaked inside to one of our bag. We had to change room after mechanic tried to fix it but was not able to.

Staff was very nice and polite. Eventhough we arrived too early for our check inn they tried to make our waite time as comfortable as possible.

The best parent-child hotel around Karon Beach. The open-air breakfast is accompanied by peacocks. The restaurant on the weekend afternoon is perfect for a birthday party. There are many swimming pools to meet different needs.

Very big hotel. It is very spacious and inside swimming pools are there. Morning breakfast is included in the booking. But you have to pay 4500 bht refundable security deposit at the of checking and that you will get back while checkout. In breakfast there are many options are available. Next to hotel beach is there. But there are no toilet spray gun is there near the toilet, so for Indian people it is difficult to manage. Also bathroom is having big slide door with no latch and that directly open to room. Overall it's nice.

This is a very large resort, so don't expect a boutique feel. We enjoyed our stay overall, but found breakfast in Sails restaurant to be pretty average.
