Loyal Hilton Honors customer who booked in advance...

Loyal Hilton Honors customer who booked in advance and uses Hilton all over the world yet.. when the prices plummeted the hotel management and Hilton provided extremely bad customer service as they would not price adjust prices or cancel reservation to reissue. Since I have honestly been loyal to the chain I am beyond disappointed by their lack of support and will need to reconsider using Hilton for future travel.
