It was a terrible experence for us to visit this h...

It was a terrible experence for us to visit this hotel we arrived and they told us to wait for 10 minutes but we waited for at least 1 and a half hour. We didn t even got a Glas of water while waiting. After reciving the card for the room they wanted 6000 Rupies for security but I already gave my passport for their secure purpose. I already travelled a lot of destinations but never had to pay something for secure purposes. After clearing this we finally recived the card. They call themselves a 5 star hotel but the corridor was a total mess everywhere Tablets full of food where lying on the ground. So we took a shower and went out but realised that the lock of the door is not working and again waiting.

SO I REALLY NEVER GAVE A HOTEL A 1 STAR BUT THIS HOTEL IS TO BAD DO NOT CHECK HEREi

5 star hotel in West delhi near janak puri west metro station, the main thing is this hotel is nearby peeragardhi, uttam nagar and first five star hotel is in place when this hotel open it's name was hayat after some time it's change to Piccadilly janak puri the service is good but it is costly and always there is renovation is going on so noise is also create ,in front of hotel their is lots of rikshaw and backer are available so it's not look good

Not worth it useless and highly priced even after having room we were denied early check-in even after requesting for early check in prior and informing that we have a infant who isn't well and is suffering from diarrhea and fever no human touch or concern complete professional into hotel industry .

Decoration and air conditioning of the ball room where I attended a ring ceremony was very poor. Food was okay but the presentation and serving was way below expectation. I would rate this place 2 out of 5. Small banquet halls do better than this place. Huge disappointment.

Room service of hours long wait, no cleaning held for more than 24 hours, food was also good - you can find the same taste in road side food (or even better) menu is same except one or two specials for a day. Very well connected by metro, nice meeting hall, neat and clean campus.

Rooms are alright except for the mould! Be careful to check your room as one of our friends rooms was completely covered. Water in the showers isn't hot it's only Luke warm. Terrible customer service if you want anything you have to ask a minimum of twice. There was cockroaches in the food buffet. Don't buy any drinks! It was $6 for a small can of sprite or coke!!!! Key card need to be reset at least once a day. The corridors smell terrible and they were very dirty. they got one star because the beds were comfy and the food was tasty. If your looking for somewhere to stay I could not recommended this place less.

Worst Hotel that I have stayed at. Running water is muddy, the rooms are dirty. The area in which the hotel is situated is the worst I could ever imagine of. The key card took me three rounds to open. Finally I had ask the reception personnel to come and assist me with. There was some upgradation work on the same floor going on during my stay. However, to my surprise the room was still allotted to me even after knowing it is going to cause inconvenience to me. Extremely poor service. A Big NO for anyone who wishes to try this hotel.

I live in the UK and my opinion is that this is not a 5* hotel. There is a problem with damp, the air in the rooms was wet and they smell of mould. I recommend not staying in this hotel. Management didn't care about our complaints and just kept changing our rooms to the same low standard as all other rooms. One room had bed bugs. Avoid this hotel.

Who says its a 5 star hotel? One star is more thrn enough for this hotel.
Lets start with the things which were bot working at all:
Ac
Some construction was going on in lobby which kept disturbing us.
One light was not working.
There were no doormats anywhrre in the room.
Bathroom kit was not there.
Most important thing the phone was dead so in case we want to report any of the issue mentioned above then we have to go to ground floor reception from 6th floor.

Outrageously stupid rule, in place since April 201...

Outrageously stupid rule, in place since April 2016, that guests can't bring in their food and drinks, including liquor. You have to purchase everything from their bar, restaurants, & via in-room dining. I'd made my booking in March, & wasn't informed about this nincompoopness & skulduggery. Almost an hour of speaking with my agent (goibibo, also royally unhelpful, I must add) and various people at the hotel wasn't enough to make them see reason. My point was that I wasn t told about this stupid rule: it wasn't mentioned in my hotel booking voucher issued by goibibo, and no one (from the hotel, and from goibibo) cared to call, text, or email me to inform about it. And yet I was expected to comply with the hotel's bizarre rule. One can see that such Tughlaqi decisions need to be conveyed in advance, so people may understand that the hotel is deep in red & desperately needs money by hook or by crook. I have stayed at many properties, including those run by the Taj group, and at no place have I seen such preposterous a rule. Nobody wants to purchase & then throw away their food; I hope this gets into the thick head of the management there.

We lost an item in the hotel. An expensive item actually. We went back the next day and the staff - Mr. Vinay was super diligent and helpful in getting us back the product although one of the staff members took it with them. Kudos to the team and thank God we didn't file a police complaint directly and went and checked in with them first. Thanks!

I booked this so called 5* hotel with good intentions But when we arrived the room we were given was so small smelling of damp I ask to speak to the manager. ..he said the photos were 10 years old on the web site and you get what is available I was so annoyed with his attitude I told him I paid for 3 people at 5* prices I am not happy with the room he asked me to pay more then he will upgrade us .in the end he put us in a different room the smell was no better it's a filthy hotel staff are not professional breakfast was awful I will never come back to this dump and I do not recommend this hotel to any 1 paying for a 5* more like 2* I'm 1 very upset customer .

This is located near to the metro station and very near to it, rooms are spacious and the cost is not that high compared to other 5 start hotels, have stayed for a week and the service was good , only thing is they give very small bottles of water and it very difficult to keep on calling to get the water Everytime , this should be improved for sure.

Poor hospitality to say the least!! I called the hotel multiple times in order to do a group and banquet booking, each time I was transferred to the room reservation personnel who reassured me that another associate would call me back in half an hour , 10 mins and finally after 5 mins . I received no call. Finally I was directed to speak to Amreen Khan at the Banquet s office, who further passed the phone around to 3 or more people forcing me each and every time to explain what i was calling about. Her lack of interest, basic knowledge of her job and her unprofessional attitude was appalling. Shockingly, she failed to understand either Hindi nor English , yet she was apart of the sale team?
As a last resort I called back the hotel and was put through to the Duty manager ie at 7.30 pm on 22/12/18. The wonderful manager gracefully asked me to send a email and when I asked her email she proceeded impatiently recite the same in a hurry. When I requested her to repeat the same she warned me quite formidably that she would just say it only one more time . Which she proceeded to do at break neck speed which resulted me having to ask for the same again. I was quite horrified when she then banged down the phone !
Human Resources needs to re consider their hiring process. Hospitality management is about catering to the needs of guests, assuring quality service.
Piccadilly is a wonderful property sans their illiterate, uncouth, unprofessional, unscrupulous staff !

If they can put a msg like OUTSIDE FOOD NOT ALLOWE...

If they can put a msg like OUTSIDE FOOD NOT ALLOWED then they should also have mentioned that one should carry a LOTA with them as there was no Jet in washroom...you need to wipe your poop with toilet paper. They actually upgraded my room to delux room so i am not sure whether they have Jet in lower category room. Only best part is there are lot of Restaurants and outlets nearby. Staff is humble..parking is safe...Reception staff need to be increased.

Piccadilly New Delhi is located in Janakpuri West and this hotel is also near by the Janakpuri West Metro Station it is a 5 star hotel and the customer service was good. The rooms were neat clean and tidy . Also loved the view from the room. Overall the service was good and totally loved it. It also has a mall adjacent to the hotel.

Take my advise GO to another hotel. Lobby has ants and mosquitos. I had a paid confirmed reservation and this so called 5 Star Hotel . They told me they had no rooms. They should be a 2 Star Hotel MAX.
1. Ravinder Mahendra the duty manager at front desk was making up stories and giving me a run around. He should be fired for incompetence.
2. Pradeep Kumar front desk no help.
3. Amit Jain the GM was no where to be found.
4. My luggage was unattended for 10 minutes once I arrived and left out next to the Taxis.

Superbly Mismanaged... Poor/bad Maintainance... Hopeless Front desk staff... Care a dam about customer's satisfaction... Food quality and quantity very low... Swimming pool area very dangerous for children's, broken floor tiles can seriously injure anyone... Intense security check at main entry... Not for threats but to assure that customer's don't carry outside food and especially liquor so that they can sell their own at prices unbelievable... Stay here only if no other option available... Yes rooms are good and spacious... Furniture well placed...

Worst reception staff I have ever seen... The service staff is quite good and friendly... Food is also nice... Room is ok ok... But the way reception staff talks is quite weird, unusual & unacceptable. If you want to improve your hotel please improve your reception staff & guide them to talk nicely with ladies...

Just one thing...it doesn't seems properly maintained. But you will feel at good place. Very nice Halls for party or conference or yearly events.

Piccadily's Dinner Buffet is a must try. It have ample varieties for both Veg and Non-Veg and taste is perfect as well.
Highlight of the Buffet was the Gol-Gappas that were just unmatchable.
While service of breads can be improved!
Although it is not the most cost-effective affair, but it's worth the price!

Been here a couple of times and this place stands ...

Been here a couple of times and this place stands silently next to the famous District Center.
Untill you are inside, you can never know whats waiting for you!!
If you love your way around and still going to the traditionally famous Taj and Radisson, you are missing out on this one..

Very shabby hotel .not worth for even 2 star. The rooms they provide for online travel portal guest are really bad. Most pathetic is their staff behaviour. We were refused to give one extra chair. And for everything they have a simple answer No. Don't stay in this hotel ever.

I like the designing of the rooms. Interior of this hotel is awesome. There is a swimming pool (one of my favorite things that i like in any hotel) at the roof. Food taste is average. There are lot of varieties in food. Nearby areas are crowded. You can easily get public transport such as auto, taxi, bus, metro rail. Nearby markets and malls which you can visit in your free time.

The hotel is obviously grand and love the lighting and structure. Service is awesome and people are so gentle. Staff is supportive and hospitality is too good. Bars and restaurants are A1. Loved the food and drinks.

Worst experience..Their superior rooms are equal to extra small rooms..late responses you have to call 10 times to get 1 thing done.. they have limited staffing.. Food is not up to mark..I do not recommend anyone to spend your money and time on this Hotel.

New delhi,claim to be a five star hotel, did not keep up d standard. Recently planned my baby shower and had a horrible experience dealing with the staff, bad management.
Stay clear of this hotel.It was the worst experience, very poorly managed extremely dissapointed.
Service-1/10(extremely dissapointing)
Food quality-2/10(promised to provide all the mocktails.. but nothing was fresh n everything was served cold)
Arrangements- 1/10(we booked the place for 3:30-7, even after reaching 1 hr late, their wre no arrangments done, tables wre getting arranged in front of our guest... such a disgusting laid back attitude of the manager)
Extremely unprofessional and rude.
Even aftr spending so much had an embarrassing experience in front of our guests.. we literally had tears in our eyes.
Bottom line is HONESTY NOT DELIVERED
HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED FOR ANY OF UR SPECIAL OCCASION .. You will end up crying and wasting ur hard earned money.

I don't know why the staffs was in so much of attitude. I really recommend others to please think twice before stepping into these type of hotels.I am giving 2 star just because of the senior staffs are bit educated but the ground staffs are.....!

Worst hotel to be in. No hospitality, no respect to the guests, no maintenance..

They are just running the hotel for the sake of running it. Their paints are fading mosquitoes and insects inside the restaurant area and even rooms. No charging points were working. I saw 3 guests being mistreated in front of me.

The place seems to be deserted, probably this is because renovation is going on and it is being handed over to Hyatt by Jan 1st, 2020. So probably we are going to get Hyatt here in Janakpuri West too. The coffee was good and the cookies looked delicious. I gave 4 stars as I felt the the ambience and service could have been better which was not so good. Let's hope Hyatt opens soon and we get a better service.

A hotel run by unprofessional staff. I booked my first wedding night in this hotel and the same turned out to be a big blunder. The air conditioner was not working and even the staff was unable to do anything about it. I even took membership of this hotel but it's worth nothing. Swimming pool is majorly non operational. Food served at cafe 29 is useless and the staff is least bothered to help you. Cutlery and plates are placed miles away. Half cooked food is served and when by the time you ask for milk for hot coffee, it becomes cold coffee. Those who love risking their time and money for worthless place may stay there. I certainly won't recommend anyone to visit that so called 5 star hotel. It does not even deserve 0.5 star.

Worse place to be. They spoilt my first wedding night. No air conditioning in rooms, ask for scissors the electrician comes and hands over pliers. Service is really slow. The breakfast buffet is pathetic. We were served with half baked food. I wonder how it got labelled as 5 star hotel. Worse of all they don't even respond to the complaint made by guests.

Location was a bit away from usual places of my shopping n movie theatres though rooms were very spacious, clean n large bathrooms, in room amenities like hair dryer, high speed internet access n WiFi at all places including basement.. Wide variety of complimentary breakfast though with some improvements. Staff courteous though some policies (for corporate bookings probably) like checkout @ 10 am was a bit weird thing, informed to us at 6 am with wake up call. Spa gym n pool facilities were great.. Nice experience visiting Piccadilly overall.. My first..

We have recently visited such a greatly named hote...

We have recently visited such a greatly named hotel Piccadily.... Though they call themselves a five star hotel but we didn't get an experience of even 1 star hotel... The rooms were not clean, the provided towels etc were not cleaned for ages...And stinking.... The worst part was the staff i have never seen such a casual, irresponsible and careless staff ever.... First aid was the height and they did gave us number excuses for not giving it.... I don't at all recommend this hotel....
