This Hotel does looks Charismatic but It's Location is really worst it's Full of Noise Pollution though one Advantage is there is that it's located just in front of The Janakpuri West Metro Station... It has a Decent Car Parking area and a Small but Beautiful garden... Overall It's a Must Visit Hotel... It's Theme is good from Inside though the Location they chose is a stupid one

An old property must need to improve. In room no.902 door lock was very problematic they repair it three times but it always hanging in our entire trip . Uncovered electric sockets in 902 . A.c. of room 903 was non functional . Room service is 00 on scale of 10 .915 was ask to clear room after dinner and it was clear next evening after multiple requests. Small napkins not available in 902 &915 and towels are not changed on daily basis. Two lifts out of four were declined our room cards.
Worst hotel, never a 5 star hotel. 1. Breakfast place is small, cant accommodate much crowd 2. Breakfast food tastes so bad, and at 9 am breakfast options are finished. 3. Water is not hot in room, complained so many times and none took care 4. House keeping service is worst. You will find dust, tooth paste and what not under the bed... they don't clean at all. Wasted all the money. Booked 3 rooms for 3 days and experience is worst.
Worst service ever, worst food ever . This lady mrs. Divya sharma ( calling herself a event manager ) doesn t have any knowledge. It s proper waste of money . Not even single thing was neat.
The staff is not at all cooperative. Digilocker Verified IDs are denied at the counter, even at odd hours. Even after having confirmed booking, they're happy to send you back saying that cancellation can be done by sending an email. And when you send the email, they say it can't be cancelled now and money can't be refunded. Worst experience ever!
Hotel is located just in front of the metro station. hospitality is very nice. Rooms r clean and tidy. all the staff is very helpful. Provide services for Delhi tourist places.
I had a worst experience staying in this hotel. I totally didn't get it that how can it come under 5star hotels.
1. The AC wasn't working properly. After complaining so many times they changed my room but still cooling wasn't upto the mark, so I have to get an table fan in my room which is really disappointing. 2. Toiletries were not there. 3. I have taken the buffet breakfast but in moring I got to know that there is limited breakfast items- besan chilla, omlett n coffee. 4. No hygiene 5. Room service is really poor. I mean literally poor. 6. Usually, they don't pick the phone. So, I had to go downstairs from 9th floor to the reception mostly for any requirement. 7. I have made the payment online so I had no option to leave the hotel because it would be wastage of money. People who had to pay earlier were leaving their room in midnight due to the AC and poor room service.
So, people who are thinking about staying here, kindly go for other options because honestly I am regretting it.
Nihati gatia hotel, non suppoting policy and staff, can't even give extra glass in room, I have been to almost 50 hotels, but this was the worst ever seen. What quality to expect from hotel that advertises itself as unmarried couple friendly. Don't go and waste money in this hotel
A clean hotel to stay but doesn't live up to the expectations of a 5 star hotel. Elevators don't work, you will have to wait for 1.5 hrs before you can check in. Not because there is something wrong with your booking, but because they are slow as tortoise and will ask you to sit for sometime. I booked a superior room and despite confirming it at the reception I was given an ordinary room. Had to shout at the them so that my room can be changed. When you check in you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 6500 INR for one room. As per them, it will be returned to you in 48 hrs. Its been more than 120 hours and I'm still waiting for the refund
Only 5 stars in this area, otherwise one has to go to Dwarka. Approach is difficult due to traffic of district centre and janakpuri west metro station. Food quality,taste is below average. Infra is not maintained properly.Overall below average experience.
I went here for a relatives wedding. I liked the place and found it a good option for planning functions whether indoor or outdoor. The food options are different from regular catering. I tried Jalebi chat which was totally rocking and creative idea.
The most pathetic hotel I have stayed in my life. They say they follow international standards but pathetic hotel , pathetic service , they don't provide jets on the flush seats. Poor service from any angle. Even when you will go for buffet breakfast they have a policy ( take time save more food) You will have to wait so much for pranthas and other stuff that you will leave eating some cornflakes. Very less variety for Indians . Would not recommend to any1 for this hotel.
Place is ok. Receptionist lady needs more training for better communication. Higher management not responding emails. Water availability was not available for more than 7 hours during my stay. Utility service was lathargic - needs to remind more than 3 times for requirement.
Luggage was not sent to my room when I entered. Receptions take time to answer the call. No dental kit was provided. No Jet spray in washroom. Very difficult for Indians. Rest stay is good.
A really good place, comfortable, excellent food, wonderful conference rooms everything was of great style. especially loved the Christmas tree put up during the Christmas season, it definitely was the cherry on the pie!!!
Not a five star hotel. Hot water not available. When it is available, it comes out dark brown. There are four elevators with only the service elevators card reader consistently working, allowing us to get to our floor. The hallways smell of mold and are not maintained. As you walk down to your room, the paint on the walls is chipping everywhere and bulging, while every room and service door looks worn. Many walls are just covered by cloth because they have been cut out for repairs and never fixed. The rooms are also improperly maintained and cleaned. Our trash cans were not emptied from the previous room occupant. The bedding did not look very clean. The bathrooms have an obvious buildup of grime and mold due to not being cleaned thoroughly. The bathtub does not properly drain. The central air does not work (no heating in the room during the few chilly weeks in Delhi). Some rooms have wallpaper that is peeling off, the furniture is very worn with dings and chips, obviously not maintained. Some rooms have sanded floors that were obviously not restained. Spoke with the management, all they can say is I understand, and we can switch rooms. The problem is that many rooms suffer from the same issues (like shower knobs being loose which prevent control of the shower temperature, or random power outages.) When told of all the problems, no one took notes of the issues and just kept staring at me. When people were sent to resolve a problem, they just ran away without commenting and the hotel does not have a system to track of what was broken or fixed. They also put up a large Christmas tree in the lobby, that was split into two pieces, but the bottom piece was upside down, making it a rhombus shaped tree. There are some good things, like it s location which is between shopping centers and next to the metro, making Delhi accessible. Their food is also decent if not a bit expensive. They also provide Kinley water bottles in every room, which is nice. In all, our experience at this hotel was horrible and should be avoided. There are better hotels next to the metro.
Very nice hotel, actually a nice 5 star hotel located near janak puri west metro station...... It also do marriage arrangements...... And food is awesome, no doubt and you can go for dinner as well, everything is mainly on ground floor.
The prime most area can be done ,in a good condition,the behaviour of staff can be improved (Front Desk) Restaurant was gud with the Food and beverage staff, FOOD was AMAZING ,loved it.

At first the lobby was nice so i booked the room online but once i tried to check in service was extremely slow ravinder at the front desk took really long to help us he helped all the indian guest first! it took 45 min wait before he helped us once we got to the room it smelled like mold all the walls in the hall way are covered in molds would not recommend anyone to stay here please beware not 5 stars
Not so good..things are never in place..i cannot give it 5 star..staff was fine but overall the experience isnt good..things are not available in bathroom so u gotta call house keeping service all time..trust me i visited 3 star hotel in goa which was wayyyyyyy better than this hotel.
Piccadily have really nice rooms with wifi and nice AC. Management is really good but service is not that up to the mark and food is really good. Overall hospitality is good and ambience is nice. It also have a swimming pool with clean water and gym is great.
The property is not well managed as expected from a 5-Star Hotel. Following issues flagged during my stay :- 1. Staff lacks basic feedback seeking courtesy. Grievance redressal was very poor , one has to ask for basic things which are suppose to be in rooms like Hand Towel, Cups were broken , AC could not be set at desired temperature even after seeking help of staff. 2. Restaurant lacked courteous staff. Staff were more engrossed in Mobile than serving customer. Refilling of buffet layout was only at request. Coffee machine was not working properly.
I had a horrible experience! The door to our room was jammed, and I didn't know it wasn't locked until the following night. The room was not clean, and there was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast did not have an adequate selection of western foods. It is not the 4 stars it claims to be. Don't go.
Visited for a family marriage function. The arrangements from hotel side were horrible. They served cold food, not refilling the empty bowls etc. I mean absolutely no management control over the function
Shows as 5 star but not actually. Got a room where too much moisture. Stinking. Room temperature system was not working working properly. Some of the staff are rude. No complimentary drinks as promised. Asked for water they send me a jug of water too dirty to even see. Some walls required to be repaired. Some rooms look like cheap hotels of paharganj.
Awesome building but not accessible to common man. Security is hard for common persons. Advice - please allow common persons to enter for 1 day a month with pre registration so that they will get Experience of 5 star hotel in their life and it also increase your PR and you can promote this as your CSR initiative.
Though the food quality has been tolerable the facilities show signs of run down. Focus seems to have shifted to only the banquets business resulting in lack of hospitality focus in restaurants, rooms upkeep.
It is a fake 5 star hotel. They said we are old Hilton. Why Hilton get its name from you ???!!! Ac system not work well and after two nights freezing they give us a heater. Internet isn t bad. Breakfast was good . In all of india finding meet is rare, veg and fish and chicken . I saw cockroach in self service table. Room was clean . Reception crew was nice but management don t spend money for hotel. The places was beside Metro and it was really good.
A 5 star luxurious hotel in South West Delhi located near District Centre Janak Puri. A host of facilities available like 4 restaurants, lounge, bar, shopping centre, beautiful banquets, vela parking, close proximity to two metro lines - blue line & majenta line .
Pathetic Hotel, have to give 1 star as don't have minus option, don't know how they get 5 star, a guest house will be much better as they have very unprofessional sales team and after booking they will not provide any services. booked an event for my brother marriage and they have spoiled the entire event with their poorest service and management. its not a paid review or something. i have details of it. if you want to know please get in touch. Nice one with 5 star facilities. Near to Janakpuri metro station, if some one wants to hangout in metro. Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are beautiful with many eminities. Hotel entry is from gate no 3., Other gates are for staff members and other purposes.
Nice hotel, we went for a farewell party and arrangement were very nice. Courtious staff. Food was good. The only problem is that the entry is from service lane kind of road and exit is kind of main road.
In need of some maintenance. Rooms and furnishings definitely past their best. Staff not particularly attentive and breakfast best described as chaotic. No longer worthy of 4 stars. Tour companies should find alternative accommodation to avoid disappointing their clients. Handy for the metro but not very accessible by road. The only hotel that we disliked on our 3 week touring holiday!!
At first, I had to wait even after making a prebooking 15 days before the stay. Not they are not returning the security money even after 4 days. Worst place to stay. If you ask for water, they will say "abhi itna Sara pani hai to apke pass". Completely deserted hotel. I couldnt see more than 4 families in the hotel.
Abysmal is the definition of this hotels management. High disregard for customer satisfaction and lack of the most basic requirements of a hotel. During my stay, I happened to injured myself and the hotel didn't have a first aid kit. We got our rooms at 7pm and somehow the front desk tried to pin the blame on us. Even though we were almost borderline badgering them to give us our room. It was insulting and demeaning. Never in my travels have I come across such atrocities at such high rates. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The location is in the middle of the cluster f of the traffic the people are rude and the only thing passable is the looks and the view if you're paying a premium that is. Cannot stress it enough. Avoid. Much better hotels at lesser prices are available.
Great experience every time I visit.. I recommended my family members from US and they loved it too.. friendly staff, 5 star ambience, what not u like is nothing here, pool view from gym gives another charm to hotel..sitting pool side and enjoying winds won't let u leave from there. Thanks piccadily team for giving so good amd pleasant memories..
Awesome place to stay but not so good not so bad food. Great facilities. Vallet is available. Swimming pool ,spa,u name it's there. The only minus point is that it is deep inside Janakpuri. You need Google maps help on this one for sure .Best place for weddings and engagements(pics below )
Luxury? Comparible with European 3 star. Rooms fine. Staff discourage ordering a la carte in restaurant instead of buffet. Slow to replenish food at breakfast buffet. Would think twice about venturing out after dark - not in a city street.
Pathetic rooms, poor service and average food.<br/>I booked my stay for 5 nights here. And that was the worst decision I took. The whole hotel is going under renovation and construction is going on as it is been handed over to Hyatt by Jan'2020. <br/>Rooms are smelly and early in the morning renovation work starts which is a major disturbance. Also, the supply of water is salty and you'll regret taking a shower.<br/>But the best part is management has zero concern with all the issues going on. <br/>Most bizzare or funny thing is staff members by themselves saying to me it's 5 star only by the name.<br/>Highly disappointed.
Water is salty.. no doubt the staffs behavior is good but then the service is poor.. the key card doesn't work properly in lift. And one of the most important thing is that they dont have any hand shower or jet spray so u are left with only one option i..e, tissue papers
There was a rat in my room Room number 626 Instead of being concerned or shocked, the staff got a rat trap from another room and placed it in mine. Like a regular day to day activity. They shifted me to another room down the hall, I received no hotel apology courtesy or anything. I hadn't taken this issue public at all untill now, to but I surely expected the hotel to react and treat this issue as a concern and not a joke The hotel is maintained at below average condition, with several bulbs blown out, negligible toiletries, worn out washrooms. The food is extremely below average and they don't let you order food from outside, forcing one to order from them. Additionally they have a flyer in cafe, demamdide Rs.500 per head to sit there This place is trying so hard to extra money out of customers it's unbelievable
I recently attended a marriage function in piccadily. The food quality was cheap. Even the service was much below expectation. Guests have to remind the staff that fresh cutlery is finished, food is finished, etc. And to my surprise there was no security check at the entry gates, not even my car was searched. Well, this was much below than what i expected from this hotel. I dont recommend piccadily hotel for any type of function.
A upscale hotel & stone throw from Janak Puri West Metro station. Modern rooms with minibar & big marble bathroom. Hotel has free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and writing desks with chairs. Room service is available. Hotel offers few restaurants and a bar/lounge. Staff are friendly & accomadating.
Nice place though awfully difficult to drive into what with the traffic around Janakpuri West Metro. The lobby is nice for meetings and you can get tea and some light eats from the coffee shop in the foyer. Finding the entrance a bit confusing though...not where Google Maps says it Is, but on the service road parallel to the main road...adjoining the station.
