A Beautifully located hotel. We here for business. Convenient centrally located.

Rooms are very large and service is good, but they seem to be too old. Not enough electric plug outlets, air conditioning not working properly, elevators randomly stop working, and corridors smell and look dirty.

Because it is not even one star hotel. Room quality poor. Room service poor. Temperature control zero. Restaurant food zero. Waitors and Adm staff not professional. Won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Ossum taste and Quality Shakes are always fav one of mine and juices are pure and very healthy

Perfect place for organizing corporate events and family functions. "The great Hall downstairs" is big enough to host 200+ people with an open area/lawn connected to it. The restaurant is quite good and well connected with lobby. Do use Google maps while visiting it as the entry might be confusing because of Delhi metro.

Extremely good services. Good breakfast. It is a very well constructed 5 star hotel. It has really good washrooms. Well maintained. Extremely good cakery.

Piccadilly is very awsm and very best for any function or any kind of casually party.....our college organized our fresher here....its seems to be great time their.

Very bad hospitality.... They asked you to wait for one hour even after a confirmed booking because there staff was on hunger strike... Ridiculous

Over the past few years they have lost the touch , they need to maintain and keep the standards high ..just few couches here and there will not make any difference...i ve been regularly visiting the place ....May be this is only my observation coz there are many more competition already in the market. For eg ( Hotels in Areocity) have different level of management... Especially to admin dept : Kindly change the red couches from the lobby area...i ve been seeing them for past 5 years now or change the upholstery atleast.

However the menu needs to be upgraded , no complaints regarding food taste, coz food is always good.

I stayed here in October 2017.Had a lovely stay. Currently a group of South Africans staying there with One Stop are not having a pleasant stay. Getting lots of bad comments.. Please sortout issues. I would hate this hotel being struck of by South Africans.

The connectivity is amazing. You just need to exit the metro station and the moment you reach the road it's right there. No need to take further transport.

Piccadilly New Delhi was established as a ***** hotel, run by an owner who have brand name from Chandigarh where they are running a hotel and a restaurant under the same name. At New Delhi they have facilities for 5-6 banquet halls, some 2 restaurants, swimming pool, night club with host of other facilities but all these facilities are available at present. Only one restaurant cum bar is running at the ground floor near reception. Couple of banquet halls are operational and similarly not very huge number of rooms are operational.

Very bad experience, Staff not co-operative at all, food is average.Duty manager was rude and not helpful.

It was nice property, spacious and very good location. Walking distance from Janakpuri west metro.

Food is pathetic... They serve stale food. Same repeating food. Ambience is not that good as per a 5 star hotel. Rooms are very small. They don't have hand jets in the washrooms

Excellent hotel offering good service but staff behavior is rude

Only had a one night stay, sadly there was no toilet jet, only tissue . But the breakfast was awesome with all varieties including Indian and continental. Service here was good. They should and I hope they would improve soon. All the best.

This is a Hotel, closed to Janakpuri West Metro station. Seems, nice one but don't know reality because I haven't visited there. May be, the party space is also there. Please also share about Hotel, who visit there after reading my post.

Most definitely NOT worth a 5 star! It has absolutely NONE of the qualities a 5 star hotel Should have. Had lot of problems in firstly locating the right entry gate for the property, with many gates being closed. then when I did enter the property, the staff didn't bother to direct me to the reception and I ended up driving to one end of the property which was a dead end. Finally after some misleading signboards I managed to get to the reception area where I handed over my car to the valet. There are no people to greet u as is typical in a 5*. Interiors looked drab and dull. The restaurant twenty9 was quite below average with very under average quality of dishes. In the buffet Almost everything was north Indian with just 2 chinese dishes - which were more chindian than Chinese. In this day and age of masterchef watching generation, the variety, taste, the service, the lack of availability of Indian breads when someone takes Indian main course dishes, the lack of basic convenience while pouring some food on one's plate - was highly disappointing. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Food disappointed me, they don't have wines even though they took order for that, ambience is good , helpful staffs, but food is not worth for money

Great experience at the hotel. Food has the perfect balance of spices. Would highly recommend the place to anyone.

Its located at very convenient place and hotel offers almost all required facilities. Resolution on the TVs fitted in the room is bit awkward.

First and last visit to this rediculous sp called 5 star property. Key wasn t working initially and when contacted reception, asked to wait which eventually became more than 15 mins wait oitside the room in corridor with luggageFirst and last visit to this rediculous sp called 5 star property. But got given an access by a master key and got promised that some1 will come back with a spare key. Which was proven to be a false statement as no one bothered to solve the issue. 2 hrs later went downstairs for dinner and asked reception to change the key and told them about no one came to provide another key on which the apologetic gesture was just no where and a very non eye contacting sorry seemed to be thrown on my face.
Story doesn t end here, the second key wasn t working either and this time the wait time in corridor even longer with a receptionist struggling finding a master key. I mean what kind of jokes was it. I didn t even ask for any complimentry stuff or any thing else. All i wanted them to solve th issue and the receptionist told m that they will send and engineer to have a look at the door lock at 11pm, an I am like, are you serious. You guys have decided to ruin my night just with full conviction.

Uppn check out they didn t even have my final room in the system as occupied and the check out operator seemed confused as if I invaded the property with out anyone s concern or what.
Over all the worst experience and wouldn t recommend anyone to to choose this self proclaimed 5 star property.
This might seem an over exaggerated review but this is my word to word experience.

Great! There was event of sales and mastering event. Staffs were very active. Thanks for such a wonderful place.

4star hotel some things feel like your in Europe....

Very good hotel and well maintained.It is very well connect with road as it is on ring road. It is also connected with delhi metro janakpuri west is closest metro station. It's 2 minutes walk from station.price waise it is also very competitive, and staff is good.only drawback is it is not very suitable for tourist/travelers if you are here to do delhi tour as it takes 1 hr or more to travel by road to reach tourist attractions like qutub minar,red fort,india gate.

The hotel is being renovated right now...Being brought under Hyatt group... Room availability is an issue as on date...
But hats off to the lavish reception lobby..

If you want to stay in a dhaba by paying five star charges then only go to piccadily. I wonder who calls this a five star. Right from the start, i had a bad experience of the hotel. The reception was cold with the staff not bothered to care about you. Dining staff was crude to the guests & no hygiene maintained in dining hall. If you call room service from room, nobody picks up your call. It feels that they are doing you a favour by letting you stay in their hotel. No complaints are attended to. Nobody takes care to check cleniness of your room. Worst is the attitude of staff. very unfiendly. pl do not make a mistake of booking this hotel. You will regret.

I had a mixed feeling about the hotel. I cannot give it a 1 star for some bad experience neither I can give 5. Here is my summary of what was good first:
The hotel infrastructure
Breakfast
The rooms were big
The shower was hot
The linens were clean
Right next to the metro

Now, what I did not like much

The hospitality of the staffs from right at the entry point. They tried their best but their facial expression and body language did not convey what they said by the words. They looked more irritated, frustated and sattirical.

The toilet paper was very limited. If you ran out of it, there was not even a single extra.

The heat was not working in any of the rooms. We accommodated twice and both the times the heat was not working

The lift is scary. It should have been there for quite a while. We got stuck in one of the lifts for 10 minutes before the help arrived.

I would recommend this place because this is a beautiful property, has small gym, has swimming pool but do not have high expectations.

Nihati gatia hotel, non suppoting policy and staff, can't even give extra glass in room, I have been to almost 50 hotels, but this was the worst ever seen. What quality to expect from hotel that advertises itself as unmarried couple friendly. Don't go and waste money in this hotel

Good service and food.
Easy to reach by metro, cab and ect.
Good option for corporate meetings and functions. Food are very good.

I have visited this hotel couple of times and found that this hotel is a very nice place to visit at least once. But their food is not that much good as compared to the price. The food is pretty basic food you will get there at very high cost

Loved my stay.Rohit(front desk manager) is very professional yet friendly. I was sacred staying during pandemic but these ppl managd so well...it felt almost like a home. Must visit!

Very dissappointed . Its not at all a 5 star property. Local hotel r better than this hotel. Reception staff is very rude forget about smile they dont acknowledge greetings from customer bcz they are over occupied(as per their staff when complained about staff rudeness. I was wandering which city the hotel is located india or Us. Bcz in toilets you dont get a shower you have to survive with toilet roll only room wr spacious but bed was from 18th century .
Room service was even worst. You have to call.them atleast thrice for any service bcoz staff was over occupied in empty hotel wait for atleast 45 mins for room service. They should close down .

Great spacious rooms at an excellent price in September....my favorite place to stay in Delhi... right next to metro...

Being a premium hotle chain the facilities are not that good. Maintenance was an issue. Corridor was smelly. Rooms though are of good size but again the smell of the dampness irritates you the most.. and it follows you everywhere.

I went to attend conference of doctors from 4 pm to 11 pm inclusive of dinner. There was display of products of pharma companies Venkateshwara hospital in sector 18 dwarka. Hall and seating arrangement were good. But Mike's for hearing could improve. Dinner was good quality. Parking was plenty. It is located at metro station of Janakpuri so easy to reach by metro. The building is beautiful looking.

Look fancy from the outside but quality lower than hostel.

I stayed 1 night one Dec 10. The place was nightmare. Imagine staying in unfinished renovate room. The floor was covered with dirt and dirty wall. Bedsheets and pillow are unclean. Stay here if you love location and don't care about cleanliness.

Service was poor. I complainted to front officer in the morning. She said this is normal because the room is newly renovate. She sound like I should appreciate having a newly renovate room. I have to take 1 of her staff to check the dirt on the floor. Hotel manager accepted that the room was dirty but she cannot help much. The is really disappointed.

Google does not allow 0 star. So, I have to give you 1 star.

Very poor, as I have visited this hotel during my friend's stay and experienced a disgusting behaviour of their staff by saying that they can not provide an extra glass or an extra chair in the room..but the best part was that they refunded our money back. It shows that they r not a good businessman as instead of giving us an extra glass they refunded INR 5500 rs.

Bogus hotel. Old furniture. Low maintenance. Smell in room. No menu book . Intercom not working. Staff is careless. Tried to call with mobile at reception but no response. 3 hours since made complaint but no reply n no apologies from hotel. Never stay here. Why shown in pics n what u see exactly is real big difference.

Hotel is so good I attended a wedding here... Food was scrumptious and tasty one can organize a well get together here for any occasion.
Overall it was a nice experience here...

Was here for the SLM 2019. One of the most appealing Hotels of Delhi, being super close to Janakpuri West Metro station makes it easy accessable, the staff is quite polite and Friendly. The morning buffet had many variety and was quite delicious. Would highly Recommend it.

I went to a big sale published in hindustan hindi newspaper but that was totally waste of time.

The hotel is located in West Delhi, Janak puri. The nearest metro station is Janak puri west. Hotel is okay kind and near by a mall that is west end mall. That mall is worst and not recommended to go. There is one more mall unity one that is little good for food and shopping.
Overall good place.

I know about this place since last 6-7 years.. and been there , I live the pool area on terrace of this place , and yes now Piccadilly needs renovation as it started looking black from outside, although the entrance is great and rooms are spacious.

Location of place is good but as the standards-based they are unprofessional and worst part this hotel is they force you take there foods and drinks because outside food and drinks are not allowed. When ever you buy the room its yours right to do anything but they make you feel they are ordering you . Price is the only things which is genuine for five stars hotel but it is lower then 3 star hotel

Hotel has good connectivity to the city. Exterior of the hotel is nice but the rooms are not worth. One can easily find better options by paying the same amount.

Its quate a good hotel i must say. Its really near metro station i went to Janakpuri. Its easy to locate because of the name and location. Rooms and service are good also. Rooms are neat and clear and luxurious as well.

Worst experience..washroom facility wasn't up to d mark..Hotel authority said that this hotel is according to American standards..so no washing jet in toilets.
On the whole it was not so call d 5 star hotel.

They don't have good service.
The room they booked with full advance in that AC was not working. They are not bothered about where you will go. They simply refund the money.
And you are nowhere.

Would really appreciate the quality of rooms they provide and the service they give, the service is courteous and the ambience is pleasant.
They provide valet parking and room service is good.
I personally liked Mr alok and Mr rajender who provided me the best of services and took good care of me even in the midnight.
Though the hotel is a bit expensive but it's worth the experience one would get.

The breakfast was very good and the room was ok despite cleanliness was nor the best. However the consumer service was poor, the internet connection never worked and every time I asked, they said it will be fixed soon. It never worked. After a long day, we bought some beers outside and we were surprised when the security guard checked our bags and took them away.

This is a very horrible place. You will get no security, no water, even not any feelings that you are staying in a Four star hotel.

I lost my wallet from hotel room which contains near about 1500 USD + 15000 INR. + All debit, credit cards and important IDs and papers. But, hotel staff was not admitting that they did it. They have many robbers inside the hotel on the name of hotel staff. Shocking thing was that neither Duty manager nor Hotel manager was helping me out.

It's a hotel that should be a one star by the way it treats it's guests. Specially women . At 1.23 at night as I write the fact that they have made us wait for 40 minutes outside our room and the guy who came with the key has a dysfunctional key . Maninder on front desk and Arjun the Manager incharge could not answer to why there was no response to the operator. Emergency or house keeping lines on the intercom. so and so that in the cold at night desperate I had to walk to the reception. That took 4.15 minutes and deal with it myself. No wonder Delhi has a reputation of things not working and women not being respected. It's a sham to the Hilton name. Sad. But true .I'm still here now.

Very Awesome Hotel and To Say About The Hospitality is Just Amazing. Very polite, Humble and always there to serve and help the guests. The reason for five star is that they consider the guests at the first priority and that too in very professional manner.
The ambience of the rooms and even the corridors was such amazing with nice lighting that it just gives you an awesome mood and relaxation. Must visit place for hangouts.

We had visited this place 4 years back and received some fabulous services. But the level has degraded to sub-optimal leVel now.
Rooms are sticking, half of the day guests are stuck in the lift, the room key needs to be changed 5 times a day as it stops working every now and then. Very ordinary experience.

The hotel itself if ok... The rooms were pretty good, the reception were a bit over whelmed at times... The facilities were good but pool area was average ... The only thing that annoyed me was that security didn't allow alcohol which is a bit of a joke really . But the food was top notch and the bar area was lovely . Over all it was average

Whenever I think of Janakpuri, Piccadily come to my mind. If you want to stay here insist on a Pool view, rest all other are building sites.
