A Beautifully located hotel. We here for business. Convenient centrally located.

Piccadilly is quite near to Janakpuri west. Cabs and E-rickshaw are always available.

Only 5 star rated hotel in west delhi. Its accessible via metro at Janak Puri west metro station. Restaurants are good and there there are 3 banquet halls and ine open law for holding parties and family functions.

Not even one staff at the reception to guide the visitors. It felt like a haunted house. Shabbily built property with not much to talk about.

Great food and well service fine to visit even in this pandemic

We stayed at this place while we were on transit at Delhi. The property is under renovation. Most of the floors are under renovation. Ambience and food is amazing. Food is extremely costly. Buffet spread is vast. Highly recommended

A upscale hotel & stone throw from Janak Puri West Metro station. Modern rooms with minibar & big marble bathroom. Hotel has free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and writing desks with chairs. Room service is available. Hotel offers few restaurants and a bar/lounge. Staff are friendly & accomadating.

I had a horrible experience here. I ordered fresh fruit tart at the cafe. And specifically asked if the fruits were fresh. To which they said the fruits were.
But while gorging on it I spotted two flying insects sitting on the fruits.
I had a bite in my mouth when I saw it and so instantly puked. It just ruined my.experience.

Now you may think that incidences like these can happen once in a while. But you pay twice or thrice the amount in a 5 star hotel hoping for good quality.
I am appaled at their standards and at the body that's stamped on them a 5 wretched stars.

My experience was very bad. It shows that it is a 5 star hotel, but I've had much better experiences at a 3 star hotel. The necessary items were not there. The staff was rude and the room was very small. Even it has water leakage in the washroom. It showed that it has a mini bar that was not there.

Near Janakpuri (west) metro station. Very nice hotel ,ample space for parking, opposite District centre Janakpuri, adjacent CNG/petrol pump.

This hotel surely looks beautiful,spacious rooms ,nice ambience but the staff are strictly instructed not to provide immediate services,you call the operator for vain,they won't be responding quick,but they are quick at availing bill,pls provide the sitting or resting couches at open spaces especially for the long corridor walks for the elderly,I experienced a house keeping staff telling me to call the operator,when my mother felt unconscious near the lift,when I asked him for a chair,he didn't even have a look at the situation.what more should I say, the south menu sucks,the morning buffet was all thumbs down.they should learn to make tasty food for a five star rated hotel.this is India so the comods should be provided with health faucets or bidets,learn to be an indian when your making business in India piccadely. Had good sleep but missed all the pampering I had in other many hotels.

Fridge and other equipments not in working condition

The room smells terrible.aircon faulty and had to be turned off as it was banging !filthy bathrobe and cold shower that totally flooded bathroom.staff uninterested. Renovation work being undertaken so only 1 restaurant available and pool out of commission. Would rate as 3 star at best!

Hotel ambience not upto a five star mark. Location is v gud and approach is also v gud. One feels that hotel would be too good but entering the hotel doesn't give you a luxury feeling. Overall location is nice but food quality can't be commented as a whole as I tried only coffee which was very good.

The hotel is being renovated right now...Being brought under Hyatt group... Room availability is an issue as on date...
But hats off to the lavish reception lobby..

5 star hotel.just in front of metro station.Good hospitality.

My best friend went here today for his sister s birthday celebration. The staff was so pathetic and rude. He brought in a birthday cake, and when the hotel staff refused to take in any cakes from outside, my friend politely asked them to get the birthday cake placed in the fridge, meanwhile having dinner there. The hotel staff denied having any space left in their refrigerator and asked my friend to keep the cake elsewhere. My friend kept the birthday cake somewhere safe. Two minutes later, the hotel staff comes and tells him to keep it somewhere else and misbehaves. NO HOSPITALITY AT ALL. NO RESPECT. Is this how 5 star hotels treat their clients, especially on a birthday occasion? The owner should get their staff some classes, and send these people back to hotel management schools, so that they learn how to treat clients. Dhaba s staff workers are much better than this Piccadily!

We made a booking in advance for a big family gathering. On the day of the event in their restaurant, these things went wrong and their management couldnt handle anything:
1.April heat and ACs NOT working. When we complained(5th time probably, the manager went to his staff and started giggling about something. So prefessional)
2. Our reserved tables were occupied by other customers.
3. Warm water served to us in summers
4. Utensils breaking all around the restaurant. Kids could hold plates better.
5. Bad starters and overall food quality was terrible
6. We requested for a waiter to serve the elderly, which didnt happen.

Basic advice, if its an important event for you, dont even think about coming here. There are better places with basic human decency to serve u better.

Very poor arrangement . We went for the marriage on 16 Feb 2021. Horrible management by the hotel . Vry poor quality food. When complained about the same, their manager Divya Sharma replied like an uneducated person with no regrets . Very shameful

Ambience is good bt they should improve their services

Rooms are a little dated and tired. Most if the restaurants were closed due to refurbishment. The location is excellent though, it's very close to public transport and a shopping mall with several food outlets.

I did not experience a room feature. I was here to attend an EVENT but food service and the staff behaviour was good enough. In the basement, there are meeting halls named like Crystal, pearl and so on.
It is just opposite of JANAKPURI WEST METRO STATION.

I had a mixed feeling about the hotel. I cannot give it a 1 star for some bad experience neither I can give 5. Here is my summary of what was good first:
The hotel infrastructure
Breakfast
The rooms were big
The shower was hot
The linens were clean
Right next to the metro

Now, what I did not like much

The hospitality of the staffs from right at the entry point. They tried their best but their facial expression and body language did not convey what they said by the words. They looked more irritated, frustated and sattirical.

The toilet paper was very limited. If you ran out of it, there was not even a single extra.

The heat was not working in any of the rooms. We accommodated twice and both the times the heat was not working

The lift is scary. It should have been there for quite a while. We got stuck in one of the lifts for 10 minutes before the help arrived.

I would recommend this place because this is a beautiful property, has small gym, has swimming pool but do not have high expectations.

The hospitality is very good even in this pandemic situation of covid 19. The palace is short of staffs but still they are able to provide the 5 star services to you as much as they could.Before check in they sanitize all your luggage and

Day by day quality is deteriorating. Service is also becoming poor. Though AC & Elecric mechanics are promt and habe 24 hrs service. Breakfast /Dinner spread is superb.

A 5star hotel deserved a 5star . I did not take a room here... Did go as a guest for a marriage, and everything was beautiful right there.... Cleanliness at its peak.... Good english speaking staff.... Everything automated, the lift, was a little, very little in a bad state for a 5star. A very soft music round the corner... In these times of covid, the staff had there precautions.

Food is good and so is the music. They have a bakery that gives a good discount in the happy hours

The hotel is lavish and highly maintained with all the facilities required , and love the lighting and infrastructure of the hotel . The room was very clean with required things for a couple, Staff is very supportive and housekeeping services are good enough. My cousin was fond of swimming and she enjoyed a lot there. I recommend and rate it 4/5.

I recently went to The Piccadily for dining with family and it was a great experience. It is cleaned and has good hospitality and great food. The location near metro is good and there are multiple cameras for the manager to watch upon any misbehaving people. Overall, The place is nice and a must visit for all. Only drawback is the over charging and high price of meals

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. The property is in very bad phase. The staff is very untrained. Furniture is not maintained. The water in washroom & swimming pool is hard & stinky. The breakfast option a average

Rooms are good... Hotel is located bang opposite of Janak Puri West metro station on blue line. Good buffet option at restaurant.

Note:
1. Good option for out station guests as blue line metro will Connect you to best places for shopping in Delhi. Like Karol Bagh, Connaught place. To visit Chandni Chowk change metro at Rajeev Chowk.

2. From June - 2018 onwards, to visit sarojini nagar, Lajpat Nagar, South Ex 1 & 2. Change metro at Rajouri Garden Station and take pink line to visit these places.

3. Metro in Delhi is best way to move around, beat traffic and pocket friendly also.

My only concern is regarding services at hotel...

Just like any other 3 star hotel with a wellnoff service. Did have a good time while staying there. Over all i would rate it 6.5/10

Comfortable. Need more staff to welcome guests upon arrival. After a long journey guests don't like to wait. Room is clean with all the facilities. Will stay again.
