Earlier this hotel was Hilton property. It's business hotel located near district centre Janak Puri East Metro. This hotel caters basically business class people who are looking for corporate meetings and conferences. Lunch invitation or any kind seminar. Hotel is very nice and area is busy and traffic jams are there always. All kinds amenities are there.
Rooms do not jets installed in the commode! Only paper towels
One of the worst hotels to stay in... no value for your money !! Everything is so dirty ! The reception is so filthy with dirt ! The rooms has mosquitos, the towels n the whole place is filthy ! Pls guys don t waste your money here, the pics are no way compare to the hotel, very very very disappointing!!! Worst than a lodge
This is not a 5 star hotel. The room was dirty, the sheets were soiled and I checked out early.

Attended a full day workshop in Piccadilly Hotels, and I must admit Piccadilly hotel offers one of the worst services. Staff is most hostile and unhelpful with an attitude that they are working in a dhaba. Senior Management is just non responsive. Attended this meeting opal room 4, ground floor. Services need to be greatly improved.
Nice Hotel very close to Delhi Metro Janakpuri West Metro station. Has good parking facility. Has manu sightseeing, eating and shopping places nearby. You can find all type of shops near this at walking distance. Staff is very nice and co operative. Quality of food is very good.

This is a pathetic hotel. Here are the reasons -
1. The water in the bathroom is hard and salty
2. They do not allow food or drinks from outside the hotel.
3 The food/drinks from the inside menu are very expensive and not so tasty.
4. The AC in the room does not work at all.
5. The key of the room gets invalidated and needs to be validated at the reception quite often
6. There is no jet near the commode.
7. They do not give you the required invoice if you have done your booking through an online aggregator.
They should stop calling themselves a five star hotel.
Rooms are good... Hotel is located bang opposite of Janak Puri West metro station on blue line. Good buffet option at restaurant.
Note:
1. Good option for out station guests as blue line metro will Connect you to best places for shopping in Delhi. Like Karol Bagh, Connaught place. To visit Chandni Chowk change metro at Rajeev Chowk.
2. From June - 2018 onwards, to visit sarojini nagar, Lajpat Nagar, South Ex 1 & 2. Change metro at Rajouri Garden Station and take pink line to visit these places.
3. Metro in Delhi is best way to move around, beat traffic and pocket friendly also.
My only concern is regarding services at hotel...
Its an average 5-Star hotel . Food is nice , services are not up-to-mark. The employees are not as interactive as they should be. Room service is good. Rooms are good and meets the standards of a 5-star hotel. One can face disappointment if fond of swimming.

I had a worst experience staying in this hotel. I totally didn't get it that how can it come under 5star hotels.
1. The AC wasn't working properly. After complaining so many times they changed my room but still cooling wasn't upto the mark, so I have to get an table fan in my room which is really disappointing.
2. Toiletries were not there.
3. I have taken the buffet breakfast but in moring I got to know that there is limited breakfast items- besan chilla, omlett n coffee.
4. No hygiene
5. Room service is really poor. I mean literally poor.
6. Usually, they don't pick the phone. So, I had to go downstairs from 9th floor to the reception mostly for any requirement.
7. I have made the payment online so I had no option to leave the hotel because it would be wastage of money. People who had to pay earlier were leaving their room in midnight due to the AC and poor room service.
So, people who are thinking about staying here, kindly go for other options because honestly I am regretting it.

Worst treatment ever. The manager was disrespectful towards the guest and very rude. No management at all! Though it is a 5-star hotel but the whole chindigiri was the matter of "plates". The manager was literally trying to snatch the plates, calling people cheap and on top of it not accepting his mistake.

We were looking for a 5 Star property and remembered the property where we have had countless banquet parties.<br/>The place is going under renovation and facelift but that did not stop them from giving the good hospitality. You enter into the largest hall where the reception is and the staff is pretty friendly.<br/>We were given room no. 604 and the room was pretty good. The room had a warm tone with the decor matching it it. With a large bathtub and city view from the room, it was an ideal destination.<br/>Pros -<br/>1) Adequately priced.<br/>2) Friendly Staff.<br/>3) Bathtub.<br/>4) Room decor<br/>Cons -<br/>1) Hallways need ventilation, but we understand that they are renovating.<br/>2) Room AC needs a little service.<br/>3) The table Light on 604 needs repair and the curtains on bathtub do not work.<br/>Keeping aside the small cons, we loved our stay and look forward to the renovated new Picadely.
Its kinda budget 5 star hotel where you will get what you pay.
The valet service is polite and quick. The drawing hall is large and well lit. Washrooms are neat. Food is top quality with so many varieties. Waiter service is a bit off the mark.
It is a good place. The event was huge and perfectly organised. The place is expensive but also beautiful and luxurious at the same time.

The room was spacious but it look old and alot broken thing in the room. The wifi was not ok at all.
It's a nice place but you get a feeling that they could do better. The service can be more professional. Small but important things missing. The main issue is that the bathroom doesn't have a jet spray.
The food is good, the choices in the buffet were excellent.
Booked superior room. Old & stinky room, terrible & unfriendly staff they don't know what is customer service. First aid was not available. Too expensive not at all value for money. There are much better hotels than this one at this price point. Horrible experience. Do not recommend anyone should stay here.

We went for dinner, below are the observations: Very average menu with very less options, even they had not able to provide the items written on it. But whatever we ordered was good to eat. Staff in restaurant seems to be bit untrained...
Though the food quality has been tolerable the facilities show signs of run down. Focus seems to have shifted to only the banquets business resulting in lack of hospitality focus in restaurants, rooms upkeep.

Location is best part, it is situated near Metro station very easy to travel in the city. Better if u go for online booking, the rooms are more cheaper if booked online.

Whenever I think of Janakpuri, Piccadily come to my mind. If you want to stay here insist on a Pool view, rest all other are building sites.

Worst hotel I have stayed. It's not 5 star hotel. House keeping is poor. Cleaning is awful and filthy. Very unhygienic hotel to stay. During my stay I was worried about my health. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody even at no cost. I give 0 rating
Good hotel near janakpuri west metro station. Amenities are very good. Loved this place. Big gathering place for parties and marriage purpose.
We arranged a family wedding there. The relationship manager -Divya Sharma-assigned to us has been very dictator from the very first day. She told rules and regulation and how particular she is about things. But when it came to following those rules, they broke all the rules. Services very pathetic and slow. We asked to serve snacks in bridal room, which were served after two hours. She kept telling us that our ordered will be served in ten minutes. Things were messy even at the food counters. There was no staff to serve the food and tea. We had to keep telling them plz serve. Otherwise nobody to oversee things. It claims to be a five star hotel but the services and the level on poor management makes it just an ordinary roadside hotel. Food there is not very great. Bakery was closed. They had excuse for everything. There was a lack of communication from relationship manager s side. Who hired her only God knows. They are going to turn into Hayat but I feel it won t match
upto that standards. Only good thing was that at least manager of the hotel, he came forward and apologised and later got involved in things himself. Otherwise this hotel turned a good occasion into a mess.
I booked this hotel for my newly married nephew and his wife. He did not find anything that he demanded and at the same time he made a lot of rules as his hotel was under renovation. There was even time for hot water and he did not state at the time of booking that the hotel was under renovation. Booking here was very useless.

Rooms are very dated.
The bathroom was in tatters. The shower was old and had no tap. The water in the bathroom had a distinct rust smell indicating the pipes are rusted. Cracks in tiles in the bathroom.
The toilet does not have a handshower so use only toilet paper to clean up.
The breakfast spread was good but the watermelon juice was turbid and stale. We complained and then they changed it. That's very bad!

Extremely good services. Good breakfast. It is a very well constructed 5 star hotel. It has really good washrooms. Well maintained. Extremely good cakery.
Found it a highly overrated hotel and the experience did not at all match the expectation. After a research on Delhi hotels i squared in based on the ratings but was disappointed to say the least.
1. The staff is not at all accommodative to any request for example relaxing the check out time even for an hour.
2. The service has a huge time lag.
3. The restaurant within the hotel has a limited menu and the hotel strictly prohibits outside food to the extent that I was checked from getting even small portions of outside food in my luggage. Don't expect such restrictions when the room rent is already premium.
4. Service in the breakfast buffet was not a delightful experience because there was hardly any variety at the live counter. The waiter took ages to get a cup of coffee despite several reminders even when the occupancy was very limited.
5. The front desk staff lacked warmth and cordiality, the only expected attribute out of them. Rather they were found to be snobbish.
In all, did not find the experience worth the money. Would recommend all to explore and prefer other options within the tariff bracket.

Located right next to the janakpuri metro station on one side and the janakpuri district center mall on the other, the hotel offers the convenience of easy transportation as well as shopping. It has a grand walkway with vallet parking facilty and a royal touch on entry into the hotel.
The buffet kitchen is setup on the right side once you enter the palatial property. It offers an array of cuisines to choose from sometimes making it difficult for the guests. Right from chinese, Italian, French baguette to desi khaana they have everything under their hood.
I attended a wedding at this hotel and stayed for a night. This hotel was decent and good but its not a five star hotel as they claim it. I have been to various 5 star hotels in India and across the globe and this was nowhere compared to anyone of them. This building from outside does look like a 5 star property but it is not. The services, staff, rooms, amenities, interior, maintenance etc. were not at all 5 star category. Overall its a decent hotel but don't expect too much. This hot was leased by Hilton earlier but they left it and then it became Piccadily Hotel and now i have heard that Hyatt group is taking over from early 2020.

Welcome on entry, security staff, just lovely, really helpful. Reception staff lovely. Rooms, a little dated, but clean. Good size room, and a lovely comfy bed. Very good hotel and well maintained.It is very well connect with road as it is on ring road. It is also connected with delhi metro janakpuri west is closest metro station. It's 2 minutes walk from station.price waise it is also very competitive, and staff is good.only drawback is it is not very suitable for tourist/travelers if you are here to do delhi tour as it takes 1 hr or more to travel by road to reach tourist attractions like qutub minar,red fort,india gate.

A well maintained and a luxurious hotel. The place is well accesible through road and metro. Facilities like gym , swimming, spa are available here. Personal opinion: very less dedicated green cover.
The hotel is completely mismanaged. It is long due for a maintenance and the services are pathetic. The washrooms are not at all clean. Though they have maintained the high price, but the 5* experience is a disappointment. Not recommended.
First of all in the state of dengue, this hotel have tons of mosquitoes flying inside the room and no proper response was given by the receptionist.
Secondly for a family booking, for couple of rooms they give u rooms here and there on the different floor or same floor instead of giving next to next room.
In dining room staff hungry for tips rather than providing quality service.

Located right next to JanakPuri West metro station, the place is usually packed with traffic jam. Overall the place and ambience is very decent. I personally didn't like the dinner buffet I had. Although, the variety they had was amazing, right from the snacks to sweet dish. The place has a wheelchair access and no need to worry about car parking.

I stayed for one night but the service was pathetic. I requested them to make some arrangement while booking in advance but that was not done. Guest expect at least basic facility like toothpaste and bush even in a 3* hotel but after several reminders they sent to my room. Now when it comes to the first aid facility, they don t have. Even the breakfast provided by them was not up to the mark. In my opinion there are many good other hotels in Delhi Area.
Worst hotel ever seen, everything is broken and damaged. No ambiance and class, feels like government offices. Prefer to book OYO room but never ever will book Piccadily. AC was not working, Lift doors got stucked, beds are smelly and dirty.
