It is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Room: I booked the superior room. The room were not clean, the shower area had no divider/door, the showers didn t barely had any water pressure, in 5 degree celsius outside it had no warm water.

Food: The food was absolutely tasteless and horrible. Breakfast is edible but whatever we ordered at the room service was a waste of money.

Location: The area is really bad. Key places and malls in Delhi are all very far (50 mins minimum) from the hotel.

Would not recommend.

This five stars I have given for there very bad attitude and services The so called manager Mr Jayesh and there colleagues are not having sense of talking with their guest I am not able to understand that how he became manager of reputed hotel and how management of this hotel has appointed this guy might be his buttering towards management liked by the management. I am a traveler from last 20 years but I haven't seen this kind of man in my whole life .I will not suggest any one to stay in this hotel until an unless this guy Jayesh is there

It was nice property, spacious and very good location. Walking distance from Janakpuri west metro.
Just one thing...it doesn't seems properly maintained. But you will feel at good place. Very nice Halls for party or conference or yearly events.We have been using Piccadily Janakpuri since many years for our residential and no residential conferences. The staff in their food and beverage team are very good cooperative and helpful. They try to offer their best services to every individual. All the guests went happy at the end of the conference.

Recently planned my baby shower and had a horrible experience dealing with the staff, bad management.<br/>Stay clear of this hotel.It was the worst experience, very poorly managed extremely dissapointed.<br/>Service-1/10(extremely dissapointing)<br/>Food quality-2/10(promised to provide all the mocktails.. but nothing was fresh n everything was served cold) <br/>Arrangements- 1/10(we booked the place for 3:30-7, even after reaching 1 hr late, their wre no arrangments done, tables wre getting arranged in front of our guest... such a disgusting laid back attitude of the manager)<br/>Extremely unprofessional and rude. <br/>Even aftr spending so much had an embarrassing experience in front of our guests.. we literally had tears in our eyes.<br/>Bottom line is HONESTY NOT DELIVERED <br/>HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED FOR ANY OF UR SPECIAL OCCASION .. So the first time I stayed in this hotel was in 2013 around Christmas time. At the time the hotel was owned by Hilton and its name was Hilton Janakpuri New Delhi. The experience was great! Clean rooms, friendly staff, awesome food. I loved this place. Now fast forward to today - October of 2018. Its shocking how this hotel have changed. It's no longer owned by Hilton, so that may be the reason for the decline - no standard to be kept. It all started at the check-in - when my wife and I started asking some questions about our accommodation - we received some weird and unwarranted attitude. As we proceeded to our room, I was surprised to see worn out carpets, smudged mirrors and walls covered in water stains and scratches. Our room was also a disaster - dirty bed sheets, dust everywhere, windows are hard to see from because of the thick layer of dirt on them, smell of mold, disgustingly dirty bathroom (literally caked toothpaste stains on the sink from someone brushing their teeth over few years), all the chrome is stained from nobody ever cleaning it with chrome cleaner. So we felt really disgusted and after 35 hours of no sleep, we contacted manager to have our room changed. Our request was granted, but the new room was no better, which is again just points out to the total management failure and lack of care for their customers. When we asked out sheets to be changed, the guy who was changing it went through (no kidding) six sheets from his stack of "clean" sheets before he could find the one without stains.
From our conversations with the staff, we found out that Hyatt will be in charge of the hotel from January 1, 2019. I'm sure that will revamp the hotel and hopefully bring it back up from the ruins. But right now - 1 star. Only because of some of its staff members.

The hotel rooms amenities was poor. For each service have to call customer service for on or operate it. Iron was not working, bathroom water clogged, coffee maker not working properly, TV etc.
The photo showed that the side table and drawer is damaged already when we checked in.

This hotel is over rated and so is its price. The property looks magnificent and the location is amazing but there are many reasons why you should avoid a stay at this hotel.

As soon as you reach out to the reception desk, you get a cold, poker faced and unwelcoming look from the staff. You have to repeat yourself to get a response from them and this when you have to brace yourself for their pathetic dampened rooms. They turn deaf to keywords such as good room , quite room etc and just don t pay any heed to your requests.

The entire staff is racist but the guy at the concierge desk needs a special mention as he offers luggage transfer to your room only if you have a non-Indian looks. Better don t wait for them to transfer the luggage and just carry it along.

The rooms are dampened and smells like mould. Bed is not as comfortable as you might be expecting at a hotel rated five star. The washrooms are stained and tells you the saga of negligence and poor maintenance.

The breakfast spread offered is below average for a five star hotel and the staff ignores your presence I could hear many of customers shouting at the staff for their negligence towards them. Probably they had already lost their patience and given up on them.

I would advice you not to avail their cut throat and insanely priced room service and instead you can just walk into the adjacent mall and have a delightful meal. Caution! Do NOT plan to get any food item packed for yourself from the mall to carry into the hotel room as it is a serious (very) crime as per their penal code. I observed a customer whining to the lady at the front desk for the fact that he was trying to sneak a wine bottle for one of his special occasions.

While I was checking out the lady handed over me a bill and I had repeat my questions multiple times to get the attention of the lady at the front desk to which she replied in single word answers. Finally, after checking out, I had a feeling of good riddance.

To summarize, I would advice you to do yourself a favor by avoid booking this hotel specially for special occasions as doing so would not only spoil your mood but also chances are very high that you will have a negative memory with yourself.

We went there to celebrate my wife's B-Day. We did the prior booking but got late so they offered seats to some other guests. Got the place after a wait time of 20mins.
We went for dinner at Twenty9.
Buffet food was good but in Ala Carte, service was slow.

I checked in 02 Mar. uptil today 08 night.. every single time i go out of room the room key has to be re-progamme. I called for couple of extra glasses or water bottles, i am told - there are already 4 glasses there or 4 500 ml bottles - in this heat. At breakfast all servers are so busy collecting used plates etc. that they forget to actually "servers"
Room service - terible - either they forget to vaccum or replace toilet paper or shampoo or pick up dirty dishes etc. The picture is of a plate sent by room service - yuk!

They have restarted their restaurant recently, the service has improved, though their is some construction on going which creates little disturbance while you are enjoying the meal.

You may definitely try their homemade tea, it's made personalize and really must for winter.

I have booked four rooms from 26 jan to 28 jan and observed poor service and ambience of corridor, an dirty towel was found lying there, corridor and rooms are full of bad smell, hotel staff never bother to listen for any complaints, room no 525 is badly maintained asked to shift and again asked to shift, front entrance gate of hotel is giving shabby look, i strongly recommend to avoid stay in this hotel, there are number of hotels in Delhi which are well maintained with high level of services. Reception staff even does not have clarity about persons staying in rooms. Lot of time is wasted when you check out. Furthermore, today there was full of smoke in the room when room was opened to check in the presence of police. Security officer is saying smoke is due to some repair work is going on in next room, smoke entered through ac duct, surprised to know duct of other room is having fault in fitting and security officer is saying in very light mood check karva lete hain.

I have stayed at this hotel for over a month and half. I have paid them over 2.5 lacs (5k Aud) in hotel accommodations. Just remember not to have any expectations if you are booking this hotel. Don t expect anyone to open the door for you unless you are a lady. No one will greet you at the entrance door. They have no etiquette s how to treat a guest.
The room service is really bad, and whatever you order from room dining or ask for a room clean takes ages. Don t keep your hopes high. My longest wait time was the best day midday.
Forget to say the occasional hair you find in the breakfast at least 3 times a week. Too make things better, you end up showering in yellow water (sewerage water). Haha.. forget to say the Aircon breaks down during the night, so you might not even notice it if you sleep early but if you are late sleeper you will notice the Aircon turning itself off. Oh the pool, don t think they get it cleaned much, as the water smells.
Don t expect much instructions from the gym instructor as he doesn t know much... lol you can get better instructions off google .
The hotel is undergoing maintenance so be prepared to have a delightful sleep with the all the noise going around.
This hotel has a lift problem and a power failure issue.
If I had a another option, I would have never booked this hotel in the first place.
Unfortunately you can t get a refund on online bookings and I was stuck here as I have family living around the corner.
Oh one last thing, be aware of the crocodiles as there are a female managers at this hotel can be quite abrupt or rude might be the better word to use in this instance, so just take it as a sweet dish .

Not a five star hotel. Hot water not available. When it is available, it comes out dark brown. There are four elevators with only the service elevators card reader consistently working, allowing us to get to our floor. The hallways smell of mold and are not maintained. As you walk down to your room, the paint on the walls is chipping everywhere and bulging, while every room and service door looks worn. Many walls are just covered by cloth because they have been cut out for repairs and never fixed. The rooms are also improperly maintained and cleaned. Our trash cans were not emptied from the previous room occupant. The bedding did not look very clean. The bathrooms have an obvious buildup of grime and mold due to not being cleaned thoroughly. The bathtub does not properly drain. The central air does not work (no heating in the room during the few chilly weeks in Delhi). Some rooms have wallpaper that is peeling off, the furniture is very worn with dings and chips, obviously not maintained. Some rooms have sanded floors that were obviously not restained. Spoke with the management, all they can say is I understand, and we can switch rooms. The problem is that many rooms suffer from the same issues (like shower knobs being loose which prevent control of the shower temperature, or random power outages.) When told of all the problems, no one took notes of the issues and just kept staring at me. When people were sent to resolve a problem, they just ran away without commenting and the hotel does not have a system to track of what was broken or fixed. They also put up a large Christmas tree in the lobby, that was split into two pieces, but the bottom piece was upside down, making it a rhombus shaped tree. There are some good things, like it s location which is between shopping centers and next to the metro, making Delhi accessible. Their food is also decent if not a bit expensive. They also provide Kinley water bottles in every room, which is nice. In all, our experience at this hotel was horrible and should be avoided. There are better hotels next to the metro.

Nice Hotel very close to Delhi Metro Janakpuri West Metro station. Has good parking facility. Has manu sightseeing, eating and shopping places nearby. You can find all type of shops near this at walking distance. Staff is very nice and co operative. Quality of food is very good.

Worst hotel experience ever. Half of the things which an ideal person need for a relaxing getaway aren't allowed inside the hotel, Ranging from a packet of chips to portable speakers. Also the room quality was not matched with the cost charged by the hotel. The washroom was stinky with broken glass on the walls. Had to complain thrice in one day to get someone to fix the air conditioning. All in all the worst experience in a supposing 4 star hotel! Would never suggest anyone to book this hotel for even a single night.

It is a good hotel in janakpuri. I stayed ther three or four times. The most important point is their Breakfast which is one the best! Lots of food, lots of varieties, live kitchen and nice cooks! Its swimming pool is a small and the depth of pool is 1.4 m only. But in women's changing room it has a steam sona which is perfect! They have spa facility as well inside the hotel.

Hotel is getting degraded every time i visit. There are services not taken care of, guest experiences getting bad, this is my WORST experience so far. The room was bit dirty but very stinky. There was no hot water in shower nor in bath tub. Also the bath tub was clogging. Food was okay. Really advisable to get the services and hotel on right track as this is not what guest expects.

Rooms were good, but there are some renovation works going on. The AC in the room was making huge noise, when complained to the front desk, I was told that's because of renovation work. There was lot of noise from the shower, the same reason was told. Water is so hard.
One good thing I loved was the size of the shower, I think it's about one square feet. I felt like standing in the rain.
May be a better place to stay after all the renovation is complete.

I only see flies out there not even a single visitor is present. My last visit was horrible as it was so embarrassing to see so many flies and different insects in a such a huge property's conference room. Being picaddily one should have maintained the standards. Not at all recommended dnt go just by name .

The looks of the hotel from outside are quiet deceptive. Their discourteousness starts right from the beginning when you step in. They have a person named Amit at the reception who is very arrogant and manner less. He made me wait for 1.5 hours for checking in as there was some issue with the booking voucher. And for all this while, he did not even have the courtesy to offer a glass of water. About the rooms, they are far below a 5star category. Wood work is outdated and the rooms are smelly. Intercom doesn't works. They don't have water jets or sprinkler in the washroom. They only offer toilet paper. All in all a worst experience. The property is not even worthy of staying for free. I would have rated in minus had there been an option.
