Comfortable ,exclusive, cozy , of course all of that need u too reach your pocket deeper.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond in serving their customers. The only hiccups is that I was initially upgraded to executive room and I need to ask for me to be upgraded to suite as a Hilton Diamond member (thus I am taking 1 star off because I was always upgraded to suite and I dont need to ask for it in other Hilton properties around the world, e.g. Waldorf Astoria in Chicago, Hilton in New York, Conrad in Bali & Singapore, etc etc)

Other than that, everything else is great! The suite room is spacious, clean & comfortable. The executive lounge & its service is amazing too (shout out to the top notch service from Ms. Juventia, Ms. Yuri & Ms. Angeline). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will come back and will definitely recommend to friends & families.

Good Hotel for business near air port and comfortable

Close to the station, close to walking to the car parked at the hotel hilten

The place is ok for the family. Clean. Good breakfast. Just variations are added. 3 days is quite bored with the menu

Room is spacious and clean. Very near paskal food market. Breakfast is delicous and variative. Overall recomended to stay especially if you have children. It has playground too so children can play and drawing.

The really bad experience on check in...take 1 hour and 15 minute

This is the second time i stayed. Love the hotel, great room. I like the variety of breakfast buffet. Nice swimming pool. Great service, nice staffs. Strategicly located in pasir kaliki. Easy and fast access to city (for tourist). Surrounding by lots of good places to eat, cafes, malls, etc

The cuisine is pretty good. Many Asian menu choices

This place is great! Neat and classy. Nothing is wrong when the hotel name is Hilton.

Clean room, friendly and polite staffs. No one, will lost their smile when you're asking for their help.

Location, 200m from train station near the Paskal Town Square. And one in a while, almost most airplane going to and from the Husein SaSastranegara passing by and can be seen from our window.

And aside from the swimming pool, they also have cold and hot water whirlpool directly one floor below the swimming pool.

Note that the food is just average. I've tasted better in similar 5-star hotels around. I just remembered how it tasted when Hilton Jakarta still around. Or is it maybe this is Bandung? Where there are plenty other option or good food around? Then you'll have to try yourself.

The best in Bandung and Jawa Barat. Hilton has a huge name and really high standards treat their guests and make you felt like home. Staff are professional and very friendly, various item of breakfast; Croissant, healthy juices, international and local food, all fresh, good location and super comfort room. Many activities could be done in the hotel; Kids Club, Big Pool, Good restaurants and Lounge. Splendid
