Overall a well-maintained hotel with good restaurants, great breakfast spread, well-appointed rooms and fantastic service staff.
I had an issue with my room's air-conditioning during one of my stays, and the staff were polite and efficient in dealing with the problem.
Proximity to the airport also makes this a choice hotel for business travellers.

Great room with clean and modern design. Pool just ok. Great food at the restaurant. Kids club need to be updated.

The property is fantastic. Rooms are large and very comfortable. It has a very well-equipped gym and also a nice swimming pool. Lobby area is spacious and welcoming. I would recommend having queue barriers so people will know where and how to queue up for the reception.

Location isn't fantastic. Not really near any malls (Paskal 23 is nearby but not very convenient to walk to). Other malls are a good 10-minute Grab ride away, depending on traffic which can be bad in front of the hotel.

During our stay, we saw posters in the elevators, saying 20% (or 25%, can't recall now) off food and beverages in the hotel for Hilton members. Decided to have the buffet dinner on a weekend since there was a discount. However, upon checking out, we were told that the buffet dinner price was fixed for hotel guests. Pointed out the poster in the elevator and after some calls, we were told that the price is already special for hotel guests, and the discount is for members of Hilton Stay and Dining Membership (never heard of this before. is this even a thing??). No time to argue because we were going to the airport so we just paid the amount they said.

Besides that stain on an otherwise great stay, I do recommend this hotel if you're in Bandung.

Parking is expensive 5MB / hour. Comfortable seminar place. But the Indonesian food is solid, like lacking flavor. The dessert is great

Kerennnnn, good service, but the AC is too cold for Bandung air, so .... it's ok, recommended DECH ...

I expect better than this as this is Hilton. The check in / check out is slow since only 1 person in charge, water shower is not strong enough. Breakfast is standard like just 3 stars hotel

Really good place to stay at for a holiday or a business trip. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast served is exceptional with many varieties of local and western dishes. The room itself is cozy and beautiful.

If there is a wedding ceremony difficulty parking right there, just a concern that the management hotel

The room is clean & big, the bed is very nice, the location is very strategic, the breakfast is very tasty & complete.

Great experience ! Room was very clean, the view from the bedroom was amazing, strategic location, tasty breakfast. And they also participate in "plastic reducing" by borrowing us the big bottle to be refilled from the dispenser in front of the lift. -> good for our health (making you have to walk to the dispenser if you needed more water) and environment .

It has big rooms, a family friendly one. Nice and spacious bathroom. Vast selection of food both local and continental breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Recognize hilton honors members. Thank you.

Had a several time visit Hilton for meeting or dinner, they have a nice food, nice service, nice stay...

It is very close to the train station, 5-10mins walking distance. The Executive room is very spacious and staffs at the executive lounge are very attentive, even they started communicating on your needs before your arrival by email.
Breakfast at Purnawarman can be very crowded during the weekend, unless you do not mind sitting in open air area or waiting for a while, best to go a bit early around 7am.

Good room.. good service.. good location.. recommended hotel

This Cheese Burger is a sin of not to have when you dine at The Purnawarman of Hilton Bandung. Beside of the famous Grilled Oxtail Soup, this dish will become a specialty of the hotel.

Good place, good services. You need to try finding the best price through apps or else it would a little bit expensive. But its worth.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly. If you like it, here you like to resto all u can eat .resto purnawarman. The food is fresh all. Keep the most variety of food available compared to other hotels at a price of that much. The food is also friendly. The service is also good. The type of food is usually according to the theme

Very very comfortable, in terms of service, cleanliness, room, etc. Breakfast is okay, Mantappp ... Service is very friendly and caring. I would not be embarrassed to recommend to guests "I come from out of town.
