Hilton Hotel Bandung Review

The hotel is nice, luxurious, clean ... the staff is friendly. The parking area is quite large, the ballroom is also large. But unfortunately the mosque is on the B3 floor in the parking lot. What is unfortunate is that the prayer room is as good as the hotel.

Good food selection, spacious room, friendly staffs, provide water dispenser for refills, near the train station, a lot street food vendors, eateries and massage places on walking distance

it is rather difficult to water after urinating in a toilet. I don't know whether the sensor is katro . But if 5 people urinate and all of them have difficulty to sleep, maybe we can teach all of them

It's just past, if there are officials staying at this hotel, now there are many competitors, but there are still many visitors.

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and very concerned about the customers ... really love the point

Very nice hotel, superb and atttentive staff. Got my room upgraded at no cost, wifi is flawless.

The ballroom is spacious. And the air conditioner is not too cold. be comfortable visitors.

The hotel is near the airport, train station, and also a shopping center. If you are looking for a big conference meeting, or enjoying weekend with your children, or honeymoon this place could be your one of choice. Recently i found an italian restaurant here, their located in front of the pool. The water pool is cold, so its better to know to prepare the best time for you to swim.

I booked this hotel through a third party, which I usually do. I put note for a quiet room, away from lift, as it is our honeymoon. However when we arrived, I was pretty taken back. We got a room that s directly next to the lift, and the most disappointing moment was when there s nothing inside the room. No cards, nor complimentary cake. I expected a complimentary cake from a five stars hotel. We were staying at other five stars hotel before we stayed at Hilton, and they gave us a bouquet of flowers, assortment of chocolates, a card, also a complimentary slice of cake. Which really satisfied me.

Here at Hilton I was really upset cuz of the service. However, Ms Sysy did above and beyond to compensate with the disappointment. She came to our room with a slice of cake and complimentary 2 glasses of wines. She also offeres change of room, which I declined. I felt better after the complimentary as it lights up my mood.

As for the room, it s a huge room for a standard one. The downside of it is the amenities of the room. Also, the television is quiet old, the speaker isn t that good, and there s not a lot of channels to watch.

Buffet Breakfast in the morning, the omelette taste the best!!! The food were pretty good. It would be better if Hilton has more variations of food.
However, the bread and muffins were a bit stiff and it s not as soft as it should be.

Overall I would like to thank Ms. Sysy for her followed up and services that impressed me. :)

Great 5 star hotel but somewhat disappointed by the lack of maintenance. Really expecting more from Hilton.

Great place especially on the 6th floor in the pool area. Nice and clean room. Very satisfying service, great staff. Very good breakfast.
