Very poor breackfast comparing to the price Chame

Love to see and be there in this iconic hotel, even be there a night is just my impossible dream because I can't afford, but my numerous prayers and wishes for the Owner & CEO of the Capital Gate Hotel Abu Dhabi.
Every thing was good. One suggestion to make indoor parking facility as vehicles were heating up with summer temperature.
Amazing skyscraper in Abu Dhabi, with a very particular shape. It is wanderful in the dark, when the entire surface is covered by small green lights. It's mandatory to visit the rooftop lounge, and enjoy something to drink with the amazing landscape as framework.
Excellent hotel, professional and cultural staff. Welcome and even if not living in the hotel, escorted to the observation deck!
A beautiful hotel both outside and inside. The space we had was excellent. The lobby was beautiful. The staff were very nice and did their job well. Very clean. A little out of the way from the city center but very worthwhile to stay there.
It is a very nice hotel, with a very responsive staff. Indeed, during our stay, we lost our cell phone, the staff conducted their "investigation" and found it in one of the taxis we had taken in record time! A big thank you to them for their professionalism.

Hotel at the height of its image, staff very welcoming, pleasant and helpful, this hotel adds a quality to the city of excellence that is Abu Dhabi. I was there for the boat show festival and was able to meet great people from around the world.

Very excellent, all staff treated high quality and the room service is very excellent I asked for an extra cover and immediately arrived and forgot the door of the room is open and the employee is stopping at the door, the net is very good and the room cleaning service is very excellent , well worth the price
Beautiful hotel. If you don't feel at home and well cared for, perhaps you'll have better luck on the next planet. Spectacular service, beautiful attention to detail in my single king room. Lighting in the room is technical and fun, though there are a few "on/off-but-still-on" master switch bugs to work out. The breakfast is worth your money. A multinational masterpiece, the fare is suited for both substantial eaters and the lightweight grab-n-go.

A sweet hotel, large rooms, waterway and reception staff are very helpful but there is a problem with the entrance to the hotel with the office entrance and the hotel lobby on the 18th floor but the hotel is either for restaurants, shops and grocery stores far from the hotel
One of the best hotel in Abudhabi... Chose the 2-day stay and enjoyed every minute of it. The atmosphere is relaxing, food is delicious and, the best was without a doubt the staff! Very friendly and helpful... Superb beautiful interior, excellent service and quality.

The design of the Hyatt Capital Gate was what made me stay the first time, but I am drawn back to it by the great customer service and greeting that they give guests. The rooms are big and take full advantage of the views from the twisted building.

My testimony is very very luxurious and there is a swimming pool, gym, massage, restaurant, coffe, the place is very quiet and they have all the means of luxury and reasonable in price I recommend you try it
The person who takes call at night should be trained and know how to deal with people. I will never come back again. This hotel is good but the attitude of this person is bad. I think he is from india.

The welcoming staff are friendly, rooms are clean but unfortunately the room reservation staff are not easy at all on the phone and dont understand the customers need, they are not helpful at all. I m currently in the hotel and not satisfied from the room reservation service.
Hotel is great but the wi-fi needs an upgrade, badly. Hotel is cheery, with a great restaurant for breakfast. Food selection at the breakfast place is wide, mixing international with local delicacies.
Exceptional Hotel! Great location and if you ask to be up high you will enjoy an evocative evening view directly from your bed given the window wall that has rooms. Very nice staff and super breakfast!

There is a scent in the pillows and the sheet. I did not notice this except when sleeping .. The rest of the room is clean and there is no smell. The bathtub does not have warm or hot water. With hot water available in the shore.
