Excellent service. They went above and beyond in serving their customers. The only hiccups is that I was initially upgraded to executive room and I need to ask for me to be upgraded to suite as a Hilton Diamond member (thus I am taking 1 star off because I was always upgraded to suite and I dont need to ask for it in other Hilton properties around the world, e.g. Waldorf Astoria in Chicago, Hilton in New York, Conrad in Bali & Singapore, etc etc)

Other than that, everything else is great! The suite room is spacious, clean & comfortable. The executive lounge & its service is amazing too (shout out to the top notch service from Ms. Juventia, Ms. Yuri & Ms. Angeline). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will come back and will definitely recommend to friends & families.
