The property is fantastic. Rooms are large and very comfortable. It has a very well-equipped gym and also a nice swimming pool. Lobby area is spacious and welcoming. I would recommend having queue barriers so people will know where and how to queue up for the reception.

Location isn't fantastic. Not really near any malls (Paskal 23 is nearby but not very convenient to walk to). Other malls are a good 10-minute Grab ride away, depending on traffic which can be bad in front of the hotel.

During our stay, we saw posters in the elevators, saying 20% (or 25%, can't recall now) off food and beverages in the hotel for Hilton members. Decided to have the buffet dinner on a weekend since there was a discount. However, upon checking out, we were told that the buffet dinner price was fixed for hotel guests. Pointed out the poster in the elevator and after some calls, we were told that the price is already special for hotel guests, and the discount is for members of Hilton Stay and Dining Membership (never heard of this before. is this even a thing??). No time to argue because we were going to the airport so we just paid the amount they said.

Besides that stain on an otherwise great stay, I do recommend this hotel if you're in Bandung.
