The check in experience was really smooth and the staff are all extremely pleasant. Our room is newly renovated and no complaints there! The bed is a dream. I would love to see coffee filters provided, as the in room coffee maker uses a cone filter, but that's only a problem if you bring your own coffee. There is Starbucks on site, so it's not the end of the world.

This place is less than what I thought it should be... grounds are not well kept, the staff is less than friendly and the poolside bar closes at 11:00...on weekends..not my favorite Hilton property.. I won't return here again on my dime
Good location. We had a two bedroom suite. Spacious, well appointed, comfortable beds. Two bathrooms. Full kitchen. Good pools. Reasonably priced restaurant on site. All the staff we had dealings with were very polite and helpful. Only slight negatives were that our grand floor suite had a slightly damp smell. And I would have liked one of the pools to have had a walk in entry for younger children. But that is a very minor point. A very nice resort.
Slow check-in got us some onsite credit to use. I liked that they tried to off set the inconvenience. Rooms, even for timeshare, were really large. The two bed room was Really large.
Well situated for a Discovery Cove, Seaworld, Aquatica vacation! I'll go back for sure!
It was a delicious adventure into the world of coal fired pizzas. It was near perfect, and I certainly was impressed! Their Carnivori pizza is delicious and their salad was good as well.
The service was excellent, occasionally checking in to make sure our drinks are filled and that we were having a good meal. Amazing overall.
Very impressed with the overall experience, would recommend!
Friendly staff. The location is excellent if you're visiting Seaworld at all; a ten minute walk to the Seaworld entrance means you don't have to pay for parking. A few minor annoyances. First, our room backed onto a somewhat busy road and car noise was evident throughout the night. Second, the ice machine for our building (there are multiple buildings for this hotel) was being replaced so I had to walk to the next building over to get ice. Third, the elevators were slow.
I was put into a studio and it is just a glorified hotel room. I was told that the building I was in, Smith building, was supposed to be a little quieter than the main area. It turns out you can hear the freeway all night long and Neighbors in a normal conversation can be heard. I want to use my towel in the bathroom and it was dirty. Not very happy with this site
Its a GREAT place for the family especially for the children. " meaning the active center" its something for everyone at this resort, a great vacation or a home away from home.
They try to trick you into buying what I assume is some sort of time share by saying go see this person to get your parking pass when there is no reason the person checking you in can't give it to you.
Then the room had a very overwhelming chemical smell from some sort of cleaning solution. Then at bedtime the electrical outlets did not work by the bed to charge my phone you had to wiggle the plug that I would assume is not safe you might be subject to a electrical arch that could set the room ablaze would not recommend this hotel considering there are thousands in the Orlando area
The room is absolutely enormous. It's not the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed at, but the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The bathroom could be nicer - the hot water isn't as hot as I'd like it to be, and the shower is quite basic. The pool area looks very nice, although I haven't used it yet.
We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite at Hilton Grand Vacations - Sea World for 3 nights during a Disney vacation with an extended family of 8. We stayed at Disney's Old Key West for 6 nights and then transferred to this hotel for 3 nights because of a good deal (and an agreement to attend a presentation for a time share, of course).
The suite is actually pretty fantastic with LOTS of space. It was nice having 3 separate bedrooms for the family, and the full kitchen got used each day for cooking breakfast. We all agreed that we liked the extra space here over Old Key West's 2-bedroom villa (which is pretty spacious in its own right), but we also agreed that OKW had more comfortable beds. The beds here aren't terrible, but they aren't great either.
The rest of the resort is nice, which two pools side by side near the main building. There is also a pool table, table tennis, a giant checkers board, basketball court, and lots of other activities. The kids enjoyed making a tie-dye shirt.
I don't believe the resort feels as friendly as a Disney resort, however. It just doesn't feel like the staff is going out of their way to make you feel at home, even if the amenities are top notch. I would not choose this resort over a Disney resort, but for the price we paid, it was definitely worth it.
Beautiful resort and literally minutes from Disney and other attractions. The only problem i had was that wifi wasn t that great especially if you re trying to work. There are 2 WiFi networks and both were not running properly. Also, there s a clock outside that sounds like an alarm every hour, so it you re trying to sleep in late it can get annoying since it rings EVERY HOUR. Other than that, it was a great hotel to stay in!
Clean comfortable room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, screened patio, really nice pool area and walking path around lake, very courteous and professional staff.
Fantastic staff (Brittany at the store was amazing especially). We were pampered. Rooms were nice, though who would stay in the rooms with awesome things to do like lounge at one of the many pools? The bar makes stiff drinks which is great! But seriously, the staff really takes it to another level.
I wanted to book a room for New Year s Eve and got transfer to the Hilton Grand Vacation line supposedly to safe $200 with an on us stay certificate they got me into this not transferable vacation package where they told me I can book anytime I want, I never wanna to get this vacation but hey who doesn t want to safe, I was well my daughter s birthday is approaching and I might be able to surprise her, well when I am ready to book I had a called from Kate Sandquist Reservation Specialist, Activation, she was not helpful at all at first I wanted to pick certains dates they charged me taxes for activation I was fine it s just $24 but them it s $99 fee for the dates I wanted to pick for my daughters birthday, that s when I got upset with all their lies, she waived half of the fee but I still didn t want to pay any more money she put me in contact with her manager and he finally waived the all fee for me, what a SURPRISE! when she is going to book my room since they said it s a LIFE INVENTORY I couldn t still get the room for those dates ugh!! Because someone booked already What a coincidence . I bet you if I paid I could probably get it right?? Well whatever if you don t want to lose your money like that make sure you ask all the questions before you move forward also the $200 certificate that I was going to safe that night they don t grant you until you take the vacation package. I can t not speak about the place but the all experience has been awful be more clear with your customers.
Our favorite timeshare hotel in Orlando. There is plenty for the kids to do, and plenty of areas to relax if you don't feel like doing anything! The rooms are spacious and the restaurant serves amazing food. We never had any issues parking either, and they provide shuttle service from your hotel building to the main building (if you are feeling lazy).
I m a Hilton Hotel loyal customer, but this one here is NOT that great! Room are not that clean, and the staff at the front desk weren t helpful nor friendly. If you can stay somewhere else, do it.
Love this place. Their ice cream flavors change constantly so don't get attached to any. Conveniently close to SeaWorld. They have a big pool too if u just wanna relax. They have this grilled chicken sandwich that is my absolute favorite. It taste very smokey, don't forget to request it with bacon :)
Good choice for families, especially those who are looking for convenience.
Our suite of three bedrooms had an in-room washers/dryer and a well-equipped kitchen. Not the height of luxury, but clean and perfectly adequate as a base for exploring Orlando. Good variety of pools, with a very shallow paddling pool for young children. Pool scene can be a bit noisy, with live music and lots of people, but there s a positive, friendly buzz there.
Only real downsides: It can be a long walk to the pool, and it s mostly across parking lots, so it s not scenic, and there are many places you need to watch out for cars if traveling with young children. For some reason, it was difficult to get the rooms serviced, even though we paid for this option. Also, the internet did not work in our building for two days of our stay, which was quite a hassle, because it meant we had to go to the main building to get online, which was difficult with the children to look after.
Still, a pleasant place to be, and we would definitely return.
The rooms are ok and a little dated. Especially if you compare to WGL down the road. Like most timeshares, parking can be a problem. Our elevator broke 3 times and made cary the strollers and babies down 5 floors not fun. Had to call for extra towels twice after they forgot the first call. There is a second pool, but it's nothing like the main pool. So if you are in one of the further buildings, be ready for a long walk. The staff refused to fix our broken key card when we were locked out and our ID was in the room. Lucky our guest had a working card to our room.
I cannot aptly express the pure enjoyment that is the norm here! I will say that I have never enjoyed a resort more. They have professional, friendly staff, offer a large variety of daily activities, which they call and inform you in plenty of time to participate! The food is excellent. The pools, hot tubs, and grounds are up kept and gorgeous I might add. This is a definite must visit place!!! Thumbs up to everyone there!
They charged a 442 hold to my card after I paid without telling me. My bank blocked the account so I was basically stranded at the resort. pool crowded. Then no one can deliver food or groceries to our room. They have to deliver to front lobby which is about 1/4 mile away and you have to go pick it up. I called the front desk multiply times and it normally would take 26 rings in order to have someone pick up the phone.no restaurants open to buy food currently on premises. No soda or smack machines on premises. Drinks at pool bar are 30 dollar for two Pina coladas.pop is not free.starbucks stand open but two coffees, four muffins, was 42.00.and you have walk 30 minutes one way to walk there in 94 degree muggy Florida weather. No indoor pool available.tennis courts available.unsure of fee.large parking lot.gate and security to get on property is very tight.at the front gate entrance. We almost were not let in because our name was misspelled and the lady at the gate could not find it.so our limo driver spent about 10 minutes arguing with her and us sitting in car. Of course, life did not settle down. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a phone call from the timeshare people. My husband spent 10 minutes telling the representative we were not interested.dud he listen? No. He called each day to ask us if we were ready.he has 10 dollars in a gift card for us.whoopee!
FAVORITE family vacation! The place is home away from home. We like the area, the friendly staff, and the laid back feeling we get here. We love HGVC at SeaWorld.
Great views. Great location. Great on property restaurant. The staff was very friendly as well. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated. You can hear every conversation of anyone who walks by the room. The housekeeping left something to be desired. Much better hotel offerings in the area.
Best family hotel experience you could ask for. Has 4 movie kiosks to rent free movies that are brand new onto dvd, they have pool side movies, they have a movie THEATER! And they have daily and nightly fun things to do for adults and kids. I've been coming here since I was a child and now my children have started coming also and the service and safety and security are top notch. Couldnt ask for a better place to vacation! A must experience for familys!
HGVC at Sea World is a nice home away from home, however the quality of the resort is deteriorating. We stayed in a recently "refurbished" unit and the furnishings were lovely, however the refurb of the kitchen was sub par for the high quality that I have come to expect from other HGVC properties. The inside of the kitchen cabinets were sloppily painted and the veneer placed over the cabinets was bubbled in one spot causing the veneer to split. One kitchen drawer was almost impossible to open. The DVD player was removed from the living area and instead was only in the bedrooms. This makes no sense since most people staying here are families who would want to watch a DVD together on the sofa. The buildings are generally looking worn. I was very disappointed in this property that used to be a beautiful, 5 star place to stay.
This is one of my favorite hotels, have been going there since I was a kid and hadn't changed a bit, a that's a good thing! Rooms r awesome, pools are fantastic, activities are plentiful and best of all the staff are great!
I am here for the Orlando Pet Show, without a car in building 10 which is in the far end of the hotel, so I cannot walk and need to call to a golf car every time that I need to go to the lobby. So far, I had to call 3 times to the lobby for the car and had to go to the first floor two times to wait for the car and then come back to call again from my room. In summary, I took more that one hour just to go to the lobby to buy a sandwich and orange juice. I explained at the check in that I don t havoe a car and need to be close to the lobby but they told me that are sold out even though I am a Hilton Gold member and always have upgrades or at least something close to the lobby. Very disappointed with the service and tomorrow will need to call 30 minutes before just to go to breakfast and then again to go to take the bus to the show and so on....
One of my favorite vacations! The room was really nice and the pools were fantastic. I loved being able to eat at the restaurant after swimming all day. It has a great pond with a walking path. Can t wait to go back!
It took 4 hours for my towel request to be fulfilled. Traveling with 4 teenage girls, you need towels. I was informed by the front desk, that there were pool towels. Charged my card without telling me. Tried to watch a DVD, but there wasn't any cord to DVD player. Overall for the amount of money they want for these rooms, I was seriously disappointed in the service. The room was nice, but I didn't bother calling the front desk for anything else. And will never stay here again. If I wanted a vacation were I had to do everything myself I would just stay home..
The facility is beautiful with plenty of activities to enjoy. For the kids there's an activities room, a splash pad, a shallow pool, and a large playground. For older kiddos they sport a ping pong table and pool table. Adults can lounge by a multitude of pools and hot tubs and enjoy a waterfall or fountain. They can then saunter a short distance a enjoy alcoholic beverages and snacks. The hotel also hosts many scheduled activities. The rooms are nice, though ours had a small issue of a stuck door. Otherwise the patio was well used, and our family enjoyed the trip.
