It took 4 hours for my towel request to be fulfill...

It took 4 hours for my towel request to be fulfilled. Traveling with 4 teenage girls, you need towels. I was informed by the front desk, that there were pool towels. Charged my card without telling me. Tried to watch a DVD, but there wasn't any cord to DVD player.
Overall for the amount of money they want for these rooms, I was seriously disappointed in the service. The room was nice, but I didn't bother calling the front desk for anything else. And will never stay here again.
If I wanted a vacation were I had to do everything myself I would just stay home..
