Amazing place to stay. Very courteous an has discounts for attractions. Would recommend to anyone. Rooms are amazing an has full kitchen.

The resort what every nice. We had a three bedroom villa that had alot of room and a great view. My only grip was though everything seemed every clean they bottom of my feet got every dirty walking around on the carpet in the villa. I feel the carpet needed a good shampoo or something. Everything else was very clean and in great working order. The beds were comfortable and kitchen equip with everything we needed.

Nice location, friendly staff and lovely pool area.

What a beautiful place to have a vacation. I recommend this spot to enjoy the pool, grounds and Orlando parks.

Hilton you did it again, great accommodations, loads of fun for all of the family

So far everything has been amazing, we still have about 3 or 4 nights left, and I can't complain about a single thing. The rooms are huge and look great and everyone has been so friendly

The property is amazing! There are a lot of parking spaces, the rooms are spacious, and the resort has so many amenities! Tennis courts, basket ball courts, shuffle board, ping pong table, pool, covered playground area, gym, 50 seat theater with nightly movies, actives center, and a huge waterfall into the main pool. They remodeled since we were here last and took out the jetted tub out of the rooms and put in a huge soaking tub. Also, the grilling area needs updating... Very small charcoal grill that can fit maybe 6 burgers.

The rooms were a bit far too get to but the hotel does provide a ride to the room which is nice. My girlfriend did find some dirt and rocks in the covers when we got into bed. Employees were nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about their hotel. Overall it was a good experience but expected better with their cleaning.

Very nice property. Salespeople were nice enough, but these things take longer than estimated, that is, the timeshare presentation. The property that I stayed in was Was delightful.

6-05-2019 my stay was very good. The pools are awesome.The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good lighting. All of the staff members were extremely enthusiastic and friendly. I am very excited to see they finally took my recommendation about improving the internet speeds with gamers in mind. It only took them 6 years to do it. I had internet speeds of 51 mbps down and 41 mbps up, however the NAT type was still moderate

The only negatives I found are: the set of kitchen knives were very low quality, bent easily. The door was harder then normal to close and lock fully.

With all this said I would like to stay here again to reevaluate this resort in the future.

Loved it. Would rather have stayed by the pool here than gone to magic kingdom!

Very clean. Unfortunately it is hard to get close parking and this time our room is near the elevator which can get a bit loud in the daytime but thankfully no issues at night. Bed is comfortable. Last stay we were in a farther building and parking was much better. Location is central to lots of attractions and restaurants.

Vey close to Sea World as recognized by it name. Perfect for the family size stay due to spacious room and kitchen

Our room was not available at check-in, after a long check in line. But the room was comfortable. I didn't like the 10 am check out time.

The hotel was very pretty and the service was okay but our A/C stopped working at like 3am and made it very uncomfortable.

Great Hotel! My kids love the pool, rooms were very clean, we would come here again.

Easy and quick check in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice, clean and have more amenities than expected. The pool area is wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a one bedroom suite. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. But some of the outlets need replaced and the kitchen is sparsely stocked. Very basic with only four plates, 4 spoons, 4 bowls, etc. Bring paper plates and cutlery and don't plan on cooking anything extraordinary

Best hotel ever !! From the quality to the customer service. They bent over backwards for us. 10/10 recommend staying here if you are visiting Orlando, Florida !! The pools are really nice and the rooms are great too ! Very nice scenery too. Every Hilton hotel I've stayed at never disappoints me and I don't think I will be staying at any other hotels !!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations at Sea World. My sister-in-law had a timeshare so it was a great option for us to stay there while we visited the Disney parks. (It was 20 minutes from Disney) We had a three bedroom condo. It was in the Sandy building. It faced the parking lot and was on the first floor. I did not like having a window and a patio directly facing the parking lot, but we didn't ask for our room to be changed. The room itself was very nice and roomy. The finishes were top notch. We were far away from the pool and restaurant area but after seeing another guest ride on a golf cart, I asked if we could also have a ride. The man driving told me to call guest services every time we needed a ride. This was great! The pool area was so nice. The cave pool and hot tub were my favorite. The water temperature was perfect in all the pools. The playground area was very nice too. The entertainment was wonderful. My five year old loved playing the games provided by the entertainment staff. The restaurant by the pool was good but pricey. The black and blue burger was very good, but it was $16. The market was convenient for breakfast. I liked that they served Starbucks coffee! The breakfast sandwiches were good, but again pricey. $6.95 for an egg and cheese to go is a bit high in my opinion. I would stay here again but would ask for a room closer to the pool with a nicer view.

Another wonderful vacation....great service, clean large, comfortable rooms and close to loads of attractions....very thankful to be a Hilton Grand Vacations owner

The rooms were pretty nice! If you're coming to Orlando to go to Disney World, find a different place to stay. It will cost you your first born in transportation. Also, good luck on getting the people at the concierge desk to help you with anything. Not a good place to stay for food either. Only one restaurant within walking distance of hotel

WOW. Incrediblely magical. The establishment and my salesman were terrific.

I stayed at this location and checked out on August 18th at 11pm after checking out I realized I left two boxes of expensive shoes behind by the time I got home. I called the hotel and though okay I just left the shoes should still be there I spoke to a gentleman who stated that the room I was one was still vacant and he is going to send someone to get the item out of the room...15 minutes later he called and told me the item was not in the room smh I literally left the hotel 4 hours ago so either their housekeeper stole them or the guy that claims he went to check kept them for hisself either way this incident has left a very bad taste in my mouth the shoes were very expensive 220 a piece so it s not even about the shoes it s the situation the supervisor claimed she would get in touch with the person who cleaned the room and I never heard back my sister and father is a Hilton member and I was going to become a member but after this hotel stole from me I will not spend another cent with them and will advise all my family members to do the same

Very good atmosphere and great place to stay to make your dinners at home. :) It is very close to SeaWorld and convenient enough to get to CVS and publics for food or emergency situations.

Stay was amazing. Everything was perfect. Even the food was to die for.

We have used this hotel for years for a special event that we have every year. I book the rooms and use my card for reservations and have a multi party. I have an emergency and cannot make the reservation but the others are still going so I spoke with a concierge who advised that this would be fine they can bring my card and use it for check in no problem. I had another reservation that I had to call and spoke with a rep who advised that as of two days ago the rules changed and my stylists would not be allowed to use my card, the card the reservation was placed under to check in after being told this morning it would be fine. So to get this straight they will still charge me for the rooms on the same credit card but won t allow the stylists to actually check in to the room if I m not present. Either way the card will be charged but they will not allow the girls to check in. This is absurd and I am incredibly disappointed in the fact that according to the rep this rule just happened to go in affect two days ago when this very morning I was told and confirmed otherwise. Poor customer service and I would advise that a major hotel chain such as this should get their communication correct so situations such as these don t continue to happen!!!

Beautiful outside but don't like the simple fact they charge $25 for services I didn't use, the rooms are small but nice & clean.

Nice complex with friendly staff. Security actually doing rounds while there on delivery:) delivered two of everything to a set of twins visiting here this week:)

Beautiful place, with only one quirk; the showers flood the bathroom floor. It's like the floor around the drain is too level, and the water just spreads out and travels outside the shower. Other than that, a very comfortable stay.

A little chaotic at check in but otherwise a beautiful and well maintained property.

I did not stay here as a guest but visited for a meeting. This place is amazing! I definitely would want to take my family here to stay. They have so many amenities to offer the whole family.

Great place to rest at when on vacation in Orlando, Fl.

Our family had a BLAST at this venue. Two of our boys turned 8 and 18 years old while we were here. As parents, we're pretty sure this will be the kinds of birthdays that will go down in their memories forever!

Beautiful and very calm place. Not expensive. Very well located (especially if your are going to Universal parks). Rooms are well decorated, clean and cozy. Service is good as well. They have a very nice pool area with a small lake. It was my second time in Orlando, and I've tried out another places to stay, but reserved 03 days only to stay at Hilton again. Highly recommended.

Had to wait for ever to check in. And when we finally got our room 2 hours later they gave us some one else's room.

There's so many pools and hot tubs to choose from. The water falls are so relaxing and charming. Love the deck to walk down to the pond and see the Gators. The rooms are spacious.

The vacation club property is a great setting and the rooms are very spacious and clean, the grounds are nicely done with nice size pools and areas to eat. We will be staying here again in the future. the staff have been very helpful and friendly. Very close to Sea world and 15 mins from Universal and Disney.

I stay here every time I travel to Orlando. The price is close to the same as other hotels and you get a resort feel.

Arrived at 5:30 pm on a Monday to be told the room was not ready. Waited 30 minutes to get a room by the main road that was very noisy. The building had one elevator for guests and employees. You can't be in a hurry of you're on the 6th floor.
The room description says they are 400 square feet, not sure how they calculated these dimensions as it was about 225sf including the bathroom.
They only give you a few towels and when you call for more there's no answer in housekeeping or the front desk.
You could not get chairs at the pools unless you arrived at 6 am. The restaurant ran out bread for breakfast sandwiches.
It was like spring break snuck up on them.
I wish I was able to give a glowing review like the others, just can't.
I know hilton standards an this place definitely feel short.

Totally impressed with my stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club in Orlando, Florida. I usually don't put anything in the comments but I feel this place deserves just what I have to say. Great place, great service, 5 star no doubt.

It was pretty clean, nice beds , pretty big pool and some nice recreational places. But pingpong and pool table should be taken care woth extra care

Amazing room! Beautiful surroundings, and close to everything in Orlando!

No Sea World benefits due to COVID. Be advised the quick queue benefit is not in effect. Depending on the weekend ride waits are 45 min to over an hour from our experience Aug 29. Room was in great condition and value was solid. Pool closed at sunset due to repairs/no lights. Depends on what you look for in a vacation property.

Nice place, really awesome pools. Windows in our room were really dirty as was the patio. People there are all older so if you're young this is probably not the place for you.

Nice place but got back from SeaWorld at 8:30 on a Friday night and the pools are already closed???? Wish I woulda known before I booked this place.

I love it the room have full kitchen and big living room super modern and clean and the staff is awesome. Vip service is what they do for everybody.

Great staff, tons of things to do on property and near by, great rooms

I had no idea what to expect here. I booked this room from the Hilton app for $138 a night, which was less expensive than the Hampton down the street. What I got was a full condo with a soaking tub right in the bed bath area. I can't say enough good things. Check out the photos.

Beautiful rooms! Aside from having to call in for our shower not draining twice. It was a good experience. 3 stars for poor service from one woman and the service desk, and for a very poor experience for their time share sales meeting... Note that is a problem and rating for Hilton in general.. our hotel tried to make it up to us.

Everything was perfect! We had a great trip. I was so surprised to see a washer & dryer in the room, 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. We had a Great time thanks for your hospitality.

This was a very nice vacation resort. The pool area was Awesome, good food and bar, the room was awesome and very accommodating. What keeps me from giving this 5 stars is our room was never cleaned one time even after we requested our floors to be cleaned because our feet turned black after walking around the room barefoot. Also one of the tubs appeared to be dirty as well. They compensated us a 30$ credit to the room which was nice, but still not ideal. Overall i was happy and would stay here again

Me and my family stayed here in May 2015! The service was very horrible! We had to keep asking for a housekeeper to clean our room and when they finally did come to clean the room they left dirty sheets and dirty pillow cases on our bed and didn't give us clean ones and we had to go and demand we have our dirty sheets replaced with new ones! The elevator broke and maintenance refused to come and fix it! We was stuck on the top floor and no staff would come to help us with our luggege and we had to wait forever for help! He was standing in the hot heat waiting for unfriendly staff to help us which took about 2 hours! This place has horrible service! This place is very poorly serviced!
