I would not recommend coming here if you want a quiet and peaceful place to stay. There were kids yelling in the pool area 10:30 at night. The sound they made was so loud it could be heard from the 2nd floor if our room. I called guest services and they said they would call security. Nothing was being done about it. This is the last time we will stay at a Hilton. Poor service!

Ok location is amazing, the reason i booked this place when looking to go to sea world, we walked to seaworld in just a few mins. Now for the down side and why i would not advice staying, i arived early and see they have a desk set up for sea world tickits, and at a little less then 1/2 price, so ask about getting tickits as this is why we are staying anyways was for the chace to go to sea world (from colorado so never been) get told yes and that they need to have me take the shuttle over to their other property for breakfast and the shuttle to sea world (remember i ended up walking) So anyways they chage my card and then explane that their is a Hold on my card for the saveings ($165) and that i need to complete my 90 min presentation on the property and that will be releaced back (at this point i felt stuck, personaly would of preferd to of just payed full price) So lissioning to this opportunity to buy in to a time share program with Hilton, and decided to go ahead and look up some reviews on this option at this point the sales representative gets rude with me and says she can finnish the preparation until i am paying attention, (this is about 1hr in so at this point i am stuck until the end or to lose my saveings) in the end they offered me 5000 points (for their time share ) something they said added up to a 2 bed room for 1 week a year for the price of 35,000, a 2500 closeing cost a Interest rate of just over 17.8% and 9K down, had to tell 3 pepole no before i was given the ability to leave with my promotion, then go to get my ride to sea world to find out they dont offer that ( this being the reason they told me to go to other hotel to have breakfast ) so in the end spent 2 hrs sitting with a rude sales person trying to over price a time share i did not want, just wanted to spend the night and to to water world.

Wonderful!!!! More than enough amenities with complete cooking, renovated and modern. The pool area is very spacious because it has 2, one with a waterfall. Very good services Close to Seaworld and Aquatica.

Room was clean and taken care of. The bell staff was very kind. The three bedroom suite was roomy and the bathrooms were very nice. Common areas were well maintained while we were there. Friendly staff. Room was not ready at check in time but they held our bags including groceries while we went to Universal for a few hours.

With all due respect, this place is more than showing its age. The refrigerator, cabinet doors and shower all appear to be original equipment. The floor plan of the 2 bedroom unit is a little odd - the tub is in the master bedroom along with two sinks. The lock off bathroom is tiny.

The Coral Reef and pool area are nice and the service was good, but I would not call it great. They all performed their jobs/tasks in a timely manner, but I never really felt like they were welcoming or attentive.

The location is excellent with easy access to I-4 and it's in the middle of Universal Studios and Walt Disney World, each being about a 10 minute drive.

We stayed at the HGV International Drive two years ago and it was a much nicer facility. I would give that one 4 stars. However, I would say the Sea World location is better if you have kids. They offer a lot of organized activities and this location seems to attract more families.

Quite honestly, it would be a tough call as to whether I would stay at HGV Sea World again. They would need to do some renovations and train their staff to be a little more welcoming before I would give it serious consideration.

On a positive note, I want to add that I left my car keys in the room and the security team ran them out to the airport for me in time to make my plane. They deserve high praise for going out of their way to help me in this regard.

Service was excellent. It was very family oriented, so for a business trip it was a little strange but it worked and was reasonably priced. The room was great as well. The food, though, at the poolside bar left a bit to be desired.

Nice place, a little dated. Grounds are very well kept, feels tropical. Lots of activities for kids & adults alike. Close to all Disney attractions. The staff was super nice. Everyone says hello or asks if you need anything. Pool deck is really nice too with lots of space & several hot tubs! Would def go back to stay!

We stayed here on a 9 days trip to Orlando . The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming upon check-in and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay the only downside was that alot of the electrical sockets in the room did not seem to work properly which meant we had to move the kitchen appliances to sockets that did work correctly. The pool area and outside spaces were really nice and well maintained would stay here again if visiting orlando

I called by phone to reserve this resort for $135 and later at the time of check-out I got billed with $199.

I asked them to send e-mail when i was reserving while I was in call and she said she will be sending but I did not receive any e-mail, all she gave me some number as reservation code. Be careful guys, have an e-mail proof before you reserve with these guys. And I had pretty bad experience with equipment's in the room, washer did not work and I had to call the maintenance team and they took more than an hour to fix the issue, that made us big mess up in our planned schedule!

Beautiful grounds, great kids club and staff. Everyone we interacted with was awesome. They were very efficient during what may be the busiest week all year. Our new favorite place to stay in Orlando. Management has this place down right. Hotel room was clean, upscale, and spacious.

This is a new property with great rooms but this one star is based on service. After waiting in a busy lobby for 30 minutes, I was asked did I want to be on the top or bottom floor and I immediately said the top. I even went further to explain that I am an army vet with PTSD and can t really take that bumping or noise in the night. I also stated that I didn t want anyone walking or running around above me. Well, my wife had been waiting in the car for so long and we were both tired so I went ahead n just took whatever room the gentleman gave me hoping he listened and accommodated me properly. That was a big mistake because when I got to my room a kid or kids were running up above me all night. I was so frustrated n wanted to walk upstairs to ask them to stop but my wife stated that wasn t the right move. After they settled down I got in maybe a couple hours of sleep but again was startled by kids running up above me early in the morning. I simply asked to be on the top floor because of this and they didn t listened. So I paid $213 for a night of barely any sleep.

Pool side was dirty today - empty drinks, bandaids, trash all along the edge of the pool and stacked on tables- gross. Mounds of towels not picked up. Chunks of hair on the edge of the pool. All sitting there for hours. Didn t make us want to eat at the restaurant.

This resort was awesome. Big resort, but they have people riding around on golf carts to give you rides to and from your room. The pools were amazing, gym was average... its hotel gym. The food on resort was a little high, but it's about 5-10 driving distance from a variety of restaurants and stores. Only thing I didn't like was they dont let you pay cash or card in many places. You have to charge things to the room.

Best place ever, the wife and I had the time of our lives. Great staff, room was fit for a king. The pools and the water falls make a great back drop for those keepsake photos.

I've been bringing my Family here since 2002 ... Pool & Hot tubs are Amazing! ... Activities for Kids is Top Notch! ... There are activities for 5 yr olds to 18 yr olds! ... Thx you Hilton Seaworld for creating Priceless Family Memories!

The facilities were great the room was great, but some of the staff was not great. I didn't feel as I was treated the way I should have been after spending the money t cost to stay here. Upon check in they are supposed to give you a resort lanyard for extra perks and discounts for the parks. We were not given them. They are also supposed to offer to book you a COMPLIMENTARY tour of sea worlds rescue facility, that was not offered to us either. I called the front desk on or last day to ask about her lanyards and she said to stop by concierge before and pick them up. The concierge lied and said they were all out, which was so convienent. So she wrote on a resort guest card and assured it would work the same. It didn't. We were given grief every time we tried to use it for our extra %10 off of food. She also gave us some seaworld cups so we could at least have free drinks, which was not the case, we still had to pay every time we got a refill. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR LANYARD because they told us unless guests ask for them, they don't hand them out when on the website it specifically says that they are given upon check in. So in her words if people don't know that they are supposed to get extra perks when they book and check in, they won't say anything and you won't get them. Which is totally wrong in my opinion. Make sure you read and research the "extras" you are supposed to receive for booking with ANY of the resorts and make sure You ask for them or else they will just shrug it off and not even attempt to make it right. I am so disappointed at the whole experience I will NEVER book with this hotel again and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. The nice rooms and the good food and everything else is automatically lowered in my book just by the way we were treated.

The hotel is old and dirty. The facilities are ok, but things like the blanket in the rooms are just old and dirty. They try to sell you a breakfast and a discount to parks when you check-in, it is a bait and you do not get the breakfast, just be careful and double check. Overall staff was friendly, but it does not cover for miscommunication and the old facilities.

Check in experience leaves a lot to be desired. Granted we arrived at 3:56 and check in starts at 4, we were told that no rooms were available and would receive a text when our room was available; 45 minutes later we received the text after sitting and observing others be issued rooms before us-ridiculousness.

The room was nice very spacious and most of the staff we encountered were friendly. And helpful. This hotel is within walking distances of sea world which is a nice plus, there are also a few restaurants and convenience stores near by. Because I am planning future trips to sea world with my grandchild I may give this location a second try. Maybe the check in issue is because it was the room was booked in connecting to a timesharing presentation. We were told during that presentation owners received preference so the people who received rooms prior to us, when allegedly there were no rooms available, must have been owners.

The staff were so helpful and genuinely friendly, from the front desk, security, concierge and food and beverage staff. Complements to the chef at the Coral Reef pool bar, the food was incredible. I recommend the waffle eggs benedict. The property has plenty of ammentities for adults and children. Every staff member acknowledges you as you walk by with a smile and a hello. The room was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable you didn't want to get out of it. My only negative is small the bathroom had no vanity for your toiletries only a small shelf, however it did have a large cabinet to store them in. You didn't even have a place to set a bar if soap to wash your hands. I would prefer a vanity so I didn't have to keep the cabinet open. I can't wait to come back and stay more than 3 nights. Thank you Grand Hilton staff members for making my stay a memory of a lifetime.

One of the worst experiences with Hilton chain. Overall stay was fine and I can rate as good but initial checkin process was absolutely shameful. We had waited 4 hours outside, just sitting in a car with kids. The check in staff is not giving us the exact time when can we have our room. The only request we made is to change the room when we got it initially as it was well surrounded by trees and we are allergic to pollen and trees. It seems the check in staff did not like our request and they made us in a pay back situation. The Front desk staff said the other room is available, however we don't know when can we give you. The staff did not giving us the exact time or proper answer. We ended up waiting for 4 hours outside in a hotel parking lot with kids and without having a definitive answer from front desk staff. It was unbearably hot almost 105 F and we are thinking that we are victimized by Hilton check in staff because we made a request for a change room. Finally after 4 hours of waiting as my patience was reached, I ended up literally yelling to them then the staff realized and give us a room. The manager called next day and she was very apologetic but I told them what was done it should not happened to others. As a compensation they waived our two days of resort fee which is really not much what we had paid altogether including a horrible experience by Hilton Staff....

This place is a fantastic family resort, the pool was so good we didn't even go to Disney. The kids spent hours in the pool, we had to drag them out. The activity staff keeps everyone entertained. Drinks are pricey at the pool bar. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Seems like you're 5 mins to everywhere in terms of restaurants and entertainment. Front desk staff was great and really helpful. We made a mistake on our reservation and front desk went over and above to help us out. We will be back.

The facility is nice, but in the restaurant we got some of the worst service I've ever had. Our server was extremely rude, and had a horrible attitude. Food was sub-par. Room was great, enjoyed the pool and playground. The jacuzzi tub in bathroom was fantastic!

I love the people and the atmosphere. I come back early every year. Rooms are spacious and the service is excellent. They have a lot of activities, great pools, a small playground and a few outdoor hot tubs. The place is kept well and I've always felt safe walking from the main area back to my building at night. The food at the Coral Reef is OK but the servers are fantastic. Its also a good place to bring kids. I thoroughly enjoy this hotel.

The Hilton Grand Vacations is very nice! It's conveniently located near SeaWorld, the convention center and about 15-20 minds from the airport. Easy access to the highways as well. The room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. You can see it is well taken care of and there are accents that show thought went into it's design for comfort and asthetics. Huge soaker tub is definitely a welcomed feature. The staff is very friendly and approachable. Had dinner at the bar. The bartender was great and offered nice recommendations. The food was worth the price and the drinks are most assuredly NOT watered down! The pool at the bar while not deep, does offer a break from not and with it's huge overhanging Rick feature, you can relax beneath the water as it falls.

The stay was pretty good. 8 days The only thing they told us absolutely nothing about the extra charges for receiving pack shipments. Really a big disappointment to know that for wanting to buy they would charge us 5 dollars minimum for each package. And they didn't take care of the lack of explanations at any time. On the hotel website no information. At reception they blamed each other for the lack of explanation. On 3 occasions we wait at reception for up to 60 minutes until the packages are delivered to us. They made us sign a paper quickly so that we avoid looking at the charges and giving us any copies. Now I understand why we didn't find any Latino in the hotel. In summary. Small letter that I never found.

The staff is very kind, the environment is clean and well maintained. The $ 25 charge for the hotel facilities is a little overdone. Also the charge to receive packages. On the plus side the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Upon arrival we entered the lobby area to check in and my seven year old son immediately noticed the lack of guests wearing masks. Once checked in we (family of four) began to walk around to check the property out. We saw two guests on the entire property with masks on. There was NO ONE with a mask on around the entire pool area. There were signs but the Hilton isn t enforcing the rules. After two hours of waiting (arrived at 1:45pm) to get a room, we got back in line to find out when it would be ready.. we were told there still wasn t anything ready, they are short staffed and doing the best they can do. Twenty minutes later we asked again and this time I literally begged and suddenly they had a room available. The four of us headed to our room only to find guests waiting for the elevator with no masks, the guests that got off the elevator also had no masks. We are all vaccinated and have been quarantined for just over a year. It is extremely frustrating to see this property not taking Covid seriously. Now we get to our room, looks good. Begin to look around and find the dishes in the dishwasher have the worst water stains, coffee stains and silverware is covered in a film of water stains (same with the coffee maker). I call the lobby and ask for linens for the pullout sleeper sofa- they were delivered in a bag and were wet. We called again and they fixed it. We went to the pool the following day and didn t get in because it was totally overcrowded and again, no one wearing masks. We go back to our room and call the front desk to ask if they will be enforcing people to wear masks, again they tell us they are short staffed and cannot force anyone to wear a mask. LIES! What they don t know is I am also in hospitality. I am the director of security for a very busy hotel in South Florida. You can enforce it! The Hilton is choosing not to! Lastly, I am writing this review so early because SeaWorld started cutting their grass at 4:30am and it woke our kids. We are still here- in fact, we have only been here for a few days. We will NEVER stay here again. This was our first experience as owners and quite frankly, I m ready to sell. This was the biggest waste of points (I ll never get them back and we are spending our vacation in our room) and time. This is also not the Hilton brand we know and recognize. We took off a week of work, spent a lot of money for this trip and ultimately we are scared of getting sick because the staff isn t enforcing the CDC guidelines.

Update: Both of our kids have tested positive for Covid. We left the resort on Saturday and Sunday morning they were tested. None of us have had Covid this entire time and we are 100% convinced that they tested positive due to the fact that wearing masks at the Hilton is not enforced.
