Our stay at the resort was pleasant from check in to room service to the accommodations themselves. We will return to this location.

Enjoyed it while I was there. The resort is large but they have golf carts to take you around. Not s far walk from SeaWorld and everyone does a great job to accommodate you while you are there.

The respond to my review is q joke. I responded to email that was provided on response .no one ever got back to me. Dont waist your time and money here. There is alot better places with out 25 dollar resort fee

Awesome accommodation, beautiful grounds and great service.

I do not care for the time share hustle. A very well mannered guest specialist offered a pair of tickets to Epcot for about half price. We accepted and then he proceeded to explain the caveat to the discount. It would have been professional to have explained up front the conditions before offering the tickets. The awkward feeling and push to get it done before he went off shift was even worse.
The resort has seen better days and is classic fare for the area.

Old property needs updating. To far to walk to get to any of the activities. Personalities at the front desk need some work. Not very friendly and definitely not willing to go the extra mile to help. Much more accommodating and friendly across the street at the Hampton Inn. We will stay there or the Homewood Suites next time we come to Orlando.

Resort is very pretty. We were in a one bedroom unit. Nice modern renovation. If you intend to use this resort as a home base to be in a park all day it will be great. If you want to come here to chill and relax by a pool you need to come in the off season or look elsewhere. They were very busy while we were there and the pool areas were completely overwhelmed. People everywhere. Lots of loud music playing if you enjoy that by the pool. I went down to the pool at 8 am to pick up some towels and literally every pool chair was already "reserved" with towels with no one around. The pool amenities are simply way undersized for the amount of guests allowed on property.

There's plenty of space, rooms, and things to do. Not disappointed at all.

Room looked great but the bathroom smelled like stale urine. Housecleaning obviously didn t clean the bathroom. I understand they wear masks due to Covid, however the smell was pretty strong and made my stay very unpleasant. For that one reason I regret spending $240 to stay for one night and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It s unsanitary and disgusting

Probably a Great Place for family fun. The facilities are clean and complete with pool and good food. We were looking for a more peaceful setting for two.

Great value hotel. Family orientated. Huge range of activities for all the family. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Not a bad resort. Hallways weren't the cleanest but rooms were nice and my kids really enjoyed the pool
