Stayed here for Microsoft Ignite. Wife just had her 4th open heart surgery in July and has only 1 lung. I called before we went here to ensure it was a smoke free environment. Was assured the only smoking area is in front of the lobby. Two asthma attacks later and we were still getting mixed stories. Staff was not compassionate at all. Not once did I hear a sorry or how is your wife. Not once did it seem like anyone cared. Final day, after filling out an incident report with loss prevention due to having to move rooms from someone smoking pot in the connecting room, I talked to the front desk supervisor. He blew me off 100%. As I'm writing my statement someone else comes to the front desk to complain about people smoking. He tells her to basically get over it and he can't do anything about it. Worst front desk experience ever. Contacted HGV through twitter and am still waiting for them to 'review and respond' to my contact. I wrote them the incident on Monday the 11th so we will see if they actually even get back to me. Not holding my breath with everything else that has been wrong with this place.

Old rooms, service is good but they need more bilingual staff. For families it can be a good place

Decent rooms at a reasonable price. Rooms are pretty far from the lobby.

This is a hotel in a fantastic location! Right next to Sea World and easily within walking distance of the park! Rooms are constantly fresh and clean, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests! I love the hotel and service has never let us down in years of owning a timeshare here! 10/10 would stay again!

This was one of the best resorts I have stayed in. The rooms were spacious and the people were nice. They had 3 pools in 2 different areas and one had a waterfall. They offered free did rentals and the TV's and appliances we're new. We didn't receive house keeping for our 4 nights so be prepared to make your own beds and take care of your towels, but when requested they were able to provide more towels and bedding. That being said we didn't mind the extra privacy. In the one bedroom suite we had a full kitchen and silverware and cookware provided which was nice as well. Overall a great place and nice experience staying there.

We had a fantastic stay here. The suites are amazing, especially for a longer stay. Gorgeous grounds, many pools and hot tubes scattered around. The pool bar and restaurant has great food and drinks that are convenient for chilling by the main pool. Best of all, the staff is wonderfully accommodating, meeting our every need with a smile on their face and overall very cheerful attitudes that only come from loving their jobs. If you're looking for a central hotel for all the parks with all the accommodations you could ask for, stay here!

We stayed in a beautiful spacious room. More like a condo! It was a very comfortable stay, and the staff were all friendly and helpful!

Good rooms, fast wifi, really nice pools. The staff at the restaurant near the pool could definitely be better, the waiting times for food are bad though the food is good. Overall recommend if you're on a budget

It is a nice hotel! Hotel is very clean. Staffs are very kind and they celebrated our honeymoon!

Good location and great customer service. The resort is very spread out so I'd recommend having a car. Only big negative is the sink water smells/tastes really bad...

This hotel/ resort was amazing! There were activities every day, and the activities staff was awesome with great games. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The suites were immaculate.

The rooms are nice. Some have full kitchens. There are several pools and hot tub to use. It's a quick drive to Sea World and 15 minutes from Universal.

Our room and stay was perfect. We loved everything about the resort and our stay. Unfortunately my parents also stayed, in a different building, and they had a little trouble. Specifically their bathtub and shower was typical in a hotel, with a curved shower curtain rod, but in this case no shower curtain. It took multiple calls, the front desk telling them they didn't have shower curtains, they were designed to not have curtains, etc. After towel deliveries (to mop up the water covering the bathroom) and finally a call to the manager, and THEN they brought them a shower curtain. Frustrating.

Other than that we had a great time.

The resort is great the service was great, my grandkids loved the pool and activities. I was here for my birthday and security was called on me because when the girls sang happy birthday I was told they were too loud from the adjoining room guest. Other wise we had a great time

It's a lovely place, but the building is older with some maintenance issues. Notably, there was black mold growing in the grout of the window of our bathroom.

Rooms nice, but don t get conned into sales presentation!!

We were told they d give us cheap tickets to Seaworld, what they didn t tell us is that we d have to goto a sales presentation to buy a timeshare! Oh my, 3 hours of my life I will never recover from, at one point we were told we d have marriage problems if we didn t invest!! It was horrendous, don t do it!!

The hotel is nice, the pool area is okay, though the food is poor.

All in all, it was nice but the sales presentation con job left a sour taste!!

Enjoying our stay, beautiful view, awesome pool, great amenities, rooms are phenomenal being I have to cook my own food and refuse to eat out daily. Clean rooms and furnishing. Hanging by the pool has been so amazing with the waterfalls. I will definitely be back for many more visits. Thank you for a great place to lay our heads.

Loved this place as a vacation stay. Very accommodating and personal.

Rooms are really nice but there are some wierd features about the hotel. Pools are hard to get to from any room, the layout of the buildings is confusing. Also not a lot of kid friendly things to do. Pools are nice and heated well. We have also stayed at the Marriott near by and found they had some nicer amenities

Very nice rooms and beds. Could have more coffee supplies. We have not used the amenities.

The room and staff was great but our elevator didn't work well and we had to use the stairs alot.

Hilton Grand Vacations at Sea World is great for families or couples! They have activities the occupy the kiddos and adults. Great place to stay!

From the initial greeting of the entrance (whoever the security guard was, he made me smile) and throughout our 7 day stay...IT WAS GREAT!!!!
Fully stocked 3 bedroom suite, dishes, cookware, soaps and in room laundry. The big tub, big space, big table, big rooms it was AWESOME.
The only downfall was the $25 charge per day cleaning (extra $196)

This hotel never fails.... Rooms are clean and spacious, very close to sea world and aquatic and staff is very pleasant.... Peaceful and the pool activities my 9 year old loves....

Stayed here for a convention. Great staff, love the little golf carts. Piano in the lounge was nice too!

Very disappointed with this hotel. We checked in early which was great but our room had a musty moldy smell, we turned on the air and tried to clear it out before going to Sea World for the day, when we returned the smell was worse. We noticed that the vent appeared to have build up on it possibly mold. We went down to the front desk and requested a room change and the staff did not seem pleased to assist or appologetic for the issue. Our next room was in a different building and was much better. We had been offered the opportunity to attend an owners presentation at the end of our stay and received multiple calls durung our stay confirming we would attend. When we arrived at the presentaion we filled out a form and were told we did not make enough money to qualify to see the presentation, we hadn't been advised there was any such stipulation. We own a small business and are in our first few years of operation so our profits are all being funneled back into the business not being taken as wage. We were interested in the possibilities the presentation may have for future vacations but were very disappointed with how we were treated and that we wasted time going to another location for the presentation then being sent back to our hotel only to be told they would not honor the gift promised either. We left feeling insulted and angry. We enjoyed the parks and Katrina with concierge service was very helpful in obtaining tickets. But we will not be using this hotel again and will be reconsidering Hilton and their honors program.

These staff of hilton are very accommodating, they answer my questions when i was blinded to this new adventure.
They change my room when there was a problem.
I use their partners locally, but the resort was something else to see. We love it.

Rooms are HUGE! Theres so much to do! You can't get bored. They even show a movie outside on a big screen while you night swim! P.s water is warm too..besides the pool with the water fall.

Very relaxing location. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Front counter is either slow or they need more people. I have to wait every time I check in or have a question. The in room wifi is great. The pools are pleasant and the food is enjoyable. The shrimp and orange marmalade is my first choice.

It's fine. My room is clean and sufficient. My room is a bit far from the main building

Excellent space in each room and there is a garden bath tub in the bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Elevators are kinda slow, take the stairs if you can. Breakfast is al a carte.

Good timeshare hotel however the 1 bedroom room we stayed in had an odd odour to it. Rooms could do with a little revamp but would still go back. Nice friendly staff.

A solid 3 star hotel. Free parking, big pools and hot tubs, free bottled water, and good rooms.The shuttle to seaworld doesn't run that often or that late. It takes a while to get to Aquatica on the shuttle. The restaurants on-site aren't great and the hotel is kind of spread out so the pool can be far away (5-7 minute walk).

Outstanding setup for us! In town for a competetion and this was by far the best place we have stayed. Room setup with kitchen is great and probably saved us money by being able to cook.

Easy access to parks and other attractions and staff is great. Will definitely be back!

Hello there, your place is so cool and you have a place for kids and there is pools and great service.

It was ok, clean rooms, we contacted room service for towels and never received them and they showed up 15 minutes before our check out time

We enjoyed our visit completely, just would have appreciated more dining choices.

Totally lacking in Handicap Parking Spaces. Only 2 pet big building! Distasteful!!

Hotel is amazing and they are very accommodating. The room we stayed when we arrived, had a humidity smell and they gave us another room the same night. I will visit again.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. The rooms are clean. They have great activities for everyone of all ages even a movie theater! If you need anything all you have to do is send a text and they take care of it! We will definantly stay here again when we are back in Orlando.

We had a great stay here! The staff were very helpful, and the accommodations were suitable!

Good rooms but check in process was difficult due to lost reservations. I will commend tell staff however for their assistance and going the extra mile to ensure an issue with my father's Hilton Honors points were taken care of.

The location was great for the activities we planned. Every associate we came in contact with pleasant. We stayed in a studio. It was well stocked and clean. I would like to suggest they tone down the atmospheric scent. It was too strong in the room. One other suggestion would be to put slow-close mechanisms on the doors to the rooms; the doors slam shut. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Took my kids here for vacation & went to SeaWorld. Kids loved it. I loved it. There was a lot of different things here to do for everyone, not to mention the pool area is amazing!

Loved it here this place is beautiful. This is the best vacation spot to stay. Well worth the price. Wish i booked our stay longer. Only flaw was towels smelled but they have washer and dryer in the room so i washed them no biggie but definitely coming back here for my birthday.

Great hotel. They have a real movie theatre on-site. So awesome. Three pools - one with a waterfall, restaurant and bar. The Hilton Vacations staff off the side of the front desk will try to get you to sit in on a presentation during your stay if you're not already a Grand Vacation member. Beware of that. They offer gifts if you do the presentation which will take about two hours. They saved me a couple hundred bucks on park tickets that you can't get online. Nice to have shuttle service to the area parks as well. A bit pricey during high season but worth it. Will stay again..

Great service nice spacious rooms love the location.
On another note the balcony was very dusty so we kept the door closed avoiding the dust from getting into the room.

Amazing rooms and pools, fun activities for kids! Just don't buy a drink at the bar!
