The hotel was fantastic. The location is perfect if you're planning on visiting SeaWorld or Aquatica. Free shuttle service is provided with your stay to both of those parks as well as the other local parks I believe, just make sure to reserve your spot. Restaurant and bar located by the pool, also a market right outside the lobby with pastries, fresh pizza and other things. Two main pools, one with a waterfall the other with a fountain in the middle, movie shown at night at the pool. We had a 2 bedroom family suite, full kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, blender, serving ware, utensils and glassware. There was a 6 seating dining room table, sofa bed and tv. Master bedroom had a king size bed, bath tub and shower. 2nd bedroom was just a joined studio. Service was great from check in to check out. The staff was very helpful especially the concierge. Will definitely be staying here again

Horrible from check-in until when we left our reservation early! Reserved King Suite, lock was poorly installed therefore we were locked in our room until we busted it off. Room was dirty with hair everywhere and dirty silverware. Restaurant food was awful not to mention they bleached the seats when we arrived for breakfast which ruined all of our clothes. Management also did a poor job addressing the situation which forced us to pack and up move hotels. I do NOT recommend his hotel. Very disappointing and frustrating way to vacation

The place is beautiful however, we got our 3 bedroom suite on the first level and we had cockroaches almost everyday and it is just not acceptable.

It's like a second home for our family !! They have tons of fun family activities where if you play them you win prizes! They have a play ground and a great swimming area ! The rooms are super nice

Absolutely one of the best places to stay for a family vacation. So much for the little ones! Can't wait to come back.

Perfect location for visiting Sea World. Multiple pools, tennis, a basketball court, movie theater, and more. Close to tons of other activities. The room was very vice.

Beware of timeshare sales. We were "sold" discounted theme park tickets when we checked in after a long day of travelling. They turned out to be invitations to a timeshare presentation by Hilton. This made us feel insecure for the rest of our stay hence only 3 stars rated.

Aside from the timeshare issues the hotel was quite organised and well-staffed. It did also feel very grand. The room was very big and had nice kitchen-style facilities. It is such a shame about the timeshare "push".

I've stayed here 7+ times and this place is finally starting to show it's age. I've called 3x about a malfunctioning A/C and now my refrigerator just died. The staff could care less about fixing it.

Very nice hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good price for the room also. I would definitely stay here again. Across the street from Sea World and close to Universal and Disney.

Still in the lobby for my roam to be ready, all my colleagues got their rooms, Hate it will never stay here again.

The resort was nice, but they have a lot of construction crews there. Very noisy and the staff were not accommodating.

We have stayed multiple times and it's always great. My favorite HGVC in Florida.

Already having the worst experience was told my Rooms would be ready by 4 it's now 6 and they keep telling me another 25 minutes another 25 minutes another 25 minutes another 25 minutes. Don't waste your time staying here. At what point is it acceptable the have a Room check in after 6:00 p.m. It's a one bedroom unit what the hell happened in there for it to take so long to get ready. Wasting my whole day waiting for my room to be ready had dinner plans at 7 but they clearly don't care. You are suppose to be a Hilton not a red roof inn. Never stay here not worth the money.

This place is worth the money! I was in the king suite and it felt like I was at home in an apartment. The balcony is big and has a table with chairs. The bed is huge and comfy. Everything was clean. I had two TVs and they were big. The kitchen and living room were roomy. Just everything about this place was awesome. Next time I come to Orlando, I'll be coming back to this pace for sure. It's also in a great location. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you! :)

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff, quick check in, secured grounds. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located between Orlando and Kissimmee. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed from September 21 to 28 in the room 5101 really comfortable and clean. Staff really friendly.

Rooms are ok, amenities are good, but their check in process is ridiculous. First time here last year, I waited 30 minutes to even get to the desk then I was told a room wasn t available yet. I waited another 2 hours for the room to be ready. I accepted it because I was an hour before check in time. This year I arrive 1 hour after check in time and a room is still not ready. They need a better process. Customers just arriving with luggage have nothing to do but sit and stare at the front desk. At least offer a drink or something for people waiting. I wouldn t stay here for vacation, I only come for work.

Great resort.
Safe, gated grounds, immaculately kept.
Room was large, very clean and comfortable.
Various pool areas to sit, beneath sunshades, with plentiful towels, and complimentary iced water available on tap.
Poolside bar/restaurant had a good selection of dining options.

Beautiful resort with LOTS of nature trails, excellent service, pools, a theater, nice outdoor bar near the pool, several hot tubs and very well maintained. I have enjoyed Hilton Grand Vactations at Sea World for years and would suggest it for anyone spending time in the Orlando area for work or pleasure. There is plenty to do for kids and business travelers alike and it is a short distance from the Orange County Convention Center for professionals.

Resort style ammenuties, a little larger rooms than a typical hotel, great location, you need a car, but that is true of most of Orlando

Very nice clean room's. Pools all around main pool clean hot tubs too. Little slow on check in thou 2hr past set time.

HGV SeaWorld is a great family resort. SeaWorld is in close proximity and they offer shuttles to the park.

Great locale with easy access to amenities. Nice big, clean room.

The rooms are decent. King bed sleeps well. There is a kitchen in the 1br but it is not well stocked. There are stores close to stock up. They do not seem to recognize Hilton honors. They did not treat us like an elite member or a valued guest for that matter. None of the staff we spoke to could be bothered to be helpful or care. Not the experience I would expect when they need people to want to buy into the time share. Great pool area too though. The kids loved it and it is walking distance to Sea world. Coral reef restaurant has great service too. No room service and no maid service.

As a timeshare holder, I usually have a great experience with HGV. Tonight I walked into the kitchen and had to kill 7 roaches. I will not stay at HGV Seaworld again. Never had to deal with this at HGV Tuscany Village (it was sold out)...

Located In a non obvious discretion place rooks are a but small and there's no room service

This is our second trip to Orlando. Stayed here last time, liked it so much we came back to stay here.

Two bedroom suite was a great size! Saw a broken light that was cleaned up and repaired immediately upon reporting. Older units, though, so floor turned our feet black, shower wasn't great, and the washer was the loudest washing machine I've ever heard.

Service at this hotel has been incredible and the distance to the different theme parks like SeaWorld and Disney World is very close.

If there is anything to complain about, it would be that the service for purchasing the SeaWorld tickets from the hotel lobby felt a bit shady. They would not provide a receipt with the cost breakdown.

Great pool, huge rooms, and a lot of activities. All around a great time!

I have mixed emotions about how I should rate this location, but at the end of the day it was just Ok, especially for a resort type location. Luckily I had a deal where I visited a time share sales pitch during my stay or else I would have disappointed at the full cost of this place. Upon arriving the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and clean. Had everything you could possibly need! But there is no daily room service unless you stay a certain amount of days, but they will send people out for a charge of course.

The pools are nice and well kept but not as kid friendly as I would have expected. Especially after seeing the pool at a nearby Hilton Grand Vacation.

There is a shuttle to Sea World across the street so you don t have to pay for parking.... but you will be charged of course. For a 2 minute drive to the location the hotel is named after. And the wait will be significant. They will also tell you there is a shuttle to Universal but it only runs once in the morning and brings you back at night.

Lastly, the concierge desk was what disappointed me the most. We had a $150 credit to use towards tickets. We had bought our park tickets before arriving so we asked for recommendations. The woman recommended a particular dinner that was family friendly . So we got the tickets and were excited. But when looking at the location it was not at all family friendly and a friend who lives in Orlando told us not to take our kids. So we wasted our credit and were dooped. When I told this to the staff they said somebody would get back to us because we were on a promotional stay. And I m sure you can guess, I was never contacted.

Overall the location was fairly nice, rooms are well kept and located close to most everything. But like I mentioned I m glad I didn t pay full price.

This is a nice hotel. I would've given a 5 star if we didnt get ignored my the waitstaff at the restaurant. We waited for 30 minutes at a table before we were acknowledged. Then he took our drink orders and we never received them. We left and went down the street to bonefish grill.

Took my son a week ago the hotel community itself was nice especially the one bedroom suite we had. What I dislike about my time was the customer service we got from the young lady at the front desk. I believe her name was yasmine. Very smart mouth and tend to be nice nasty as a person who works in customer service if you don t like dealing with a great deal of people during busy times you should find you something else to do. Check out procedures wasn t clearly elaborated to us which caused confusion during check out. Spoke with another employee which was very helpful and I was pleased.

We have stayed at a couple of the Hilton properties in Orlando. This property offers great upgraded and modernized suites with super comfortable beds. The pool area is very nice with entry of room for all to enjoy. Breakfast by the pool is affordable with a good selection and variety.

I loved this place, it has many outdoor activities and among all the two pools are certainly my favorite ones.

I was extremely impressed upon first arriving. Unfortunately at the end of the first day, my boyfriend and I came back to a note in the door explaining our room wouldn't get cleaned since we weren't staying for at least 5 nights. We weren't told this ahead of time which was inconvenient and the whole idea is upsetting. At least the room set up with the half kitchen, tub, dining area, living room and balcony was very nice

Decent resort stayed for 4 days 3 nights we had a studio clean.
Housekeeping didn't clean bath tub 4 days stay dark spot was highly visible throughout the tub. Toilet paper wasn't replace
The jacuzzi was nice with a good waterfall flowing and also was nice as well.
Service desk are nice people and very catering

Just wonderful. 2 main pools with 4 hot tubs. Bar by the pool. Pool open until about 11pm. No lake at the pool with turtles. Rooms are well maintained, coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Also our room had a balcony. Billiards and table tennis by the pool. The staff are polite and very helpful. Nice the second time here and will definitely be back.

This is my family's home away from home when we go to Florida. The kids call it "Our Florida House!"

Had a great time at the resort, the pool is bit small. But the rooms are nice. Mine even had a balcony. The Roman tub is a nice touch. My only issues were the room was missing a bathroom door, I'm not sure if it was part of the design, but every time we showered there was water everywhere. My wife had to clean the bathroom every time one of us showered. For the most part, the rooms were clean, our first night at the resort huge roach came out of the sofa, needless to say the wife wasn t, I just killed it and moved along. Needless to say the resort is fine, the gym however is very tiny, not a place for bodybuilders, unless you plan to rest for a few days.

Fabulous resort with spacious rooms and nice amenities. Multiple pools and poolside grill has amazing food. Check in and out is quick and easy and staff is very friendly. I've stayed here at least 3 times and they have never disappointed.

The resort is very nice and decorated well. Only a few minor things are a bit annoying. 1. No updated TVs. It's 2018, get smart TVs so that guests can plug in electronics. 2. It's a long walk to the main hotel part to rent a movie or order food. 3. None of the remotes cooperated with the TV's. And no DVD player in the bedroom. 4. The dryer malfunctioned. However, they were quick to repair/replace. 5. Shuttle times to Universal were confined to one time slot unless you pay. Otherwise, the resort is quite accommodating.

I never stayed due to the fact that they don t offer Shuttle service from the property However Hilton Grand Vacations to get your money and get you booked then you find out. However I have a disability and they weren t trying to do anything to accommodate me! They couldn t come get us from the airport but they were willing to arrange a shuttle for us to go on a tour. I have canceled with Hilton Grand Vacations and this property and have booked with someone who was willing to accommodate us!!! You live and you learn but never ever again!!!!

A pretty nice place, though not as nice as it once was. And not as nice as many other resorts. The rooms are nice enough. The beds are clean and comfy. Pillows way too soft for me, but not horrendous.

On the exterior though, the place has a slightly run-down feel. Shingles need replacing and paint needs tounching up. We were also upset that our requests we made at reservation time were not met. We wanted two rooms next to each other, as we are 3 families travelling together with 6 adults and 3 kids. When we arrived-an hour after check in-our rooms were not ready at all. And it was a few hours before they found us two rooms at all. Same building, same floor, but far down the hall.

We also ordered takeout from the bar and grill, calling ahead to order from the menu they gave us. I don't know if it was an old menu or what, but when I ordered the fried green tomato blt, they didn't know what i was talking about. So they just threw some bacon on a bun. It was pretty gross.

Other than these hiccups, the stay was okay. But in a city full of great resorts, there's no reason to settle for this one. Just saying.

Looks great. Size of room is perfect. However anytime there are roaches it ruins everything. Disappointed that I was not asked how my stay was.
